Love my swim spa. The tidalfit swim spa was the most powerful of all the other ones we had seen. Its now been 5 years and we still use it almost every day.

Had a great experience purchasing a spa from Factory & Zana. I would agree its best to do your homework before making an appointment and if you do, it will be evident you are getting a quality spa at a fair price. Zana is direct and to the point on how they stack up with other brands and given the sales techniques at many other spa providers, we appreciated this. Only drawback (with every manufacturer) is be prepared to wait for your spa, but take my word for it, the wait is well worth it as we are extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Artesian and Zana to look after you.

Very satisfied with the sales process. The staff truly know their product and they took the time to fully explain my options as well as the features and benefits of these options. I had visited a number of places prior to my visit here. I felt the artesian hot tub provided the best product at the best value. Looking forward to taking delivery of our tub.

I highly recommend you speak to whoever is running your Facebook account. Because of the sass and condescending tone and reminder that you receive 1000s of messages a day and asking if I was serious. I purchased my swim spa from hydro pool.thanks for making my decision easy lol.

We spent a long time looking for a hot tub and we finally decided to purchase one from Factory Hot Tubs. Both Zana and Jennifer where excellent to deal with - answered all our questions and Jennifer followed up multiple times to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend them.

What an amazing experience! We literally have been hot tub shopping and ran into some rude sales people who seem to be stressed because of the demand. Not only was Zana very helpful, he was able to get us a tub very quickly and we will be getting it this week. He also added in so many extras and provided us with the knowledge we needed as first time buyers. Very highly recommend going here if you’re looking to get an amazing tub.

Went there on the weekend. From the minute we stepped in, it was all about pressure selling and bashing other brands. If you believe your brand is the greatest, fine, tell me how great it is but there’s no need to bash the other ones.

The price he gave us for one of the hot tubs was fair but we will not buy under pressure like this. Also, they don’t come to your house to show you how to start it and explain how to use the chemicals. They show you in store and send you home with some YouTube videos. Other stores we’ve been to come to your house. That’s great customer service.

There are a lot of good brands out there that have been around for a long time. Do yourself a favour and shop around, get information.
We ended up buying a great hot tub from one of the best made in Canada brand, Made for Canadian winters, a store where the salesperson was professional, very informative and never pressured us in anyway. This was one of the brands Zana really bashed by telling us things about the way these tubs are made that once verified with the actual sales person, were not true at all.

All I can say is shop at other places before and after you go to factory hot tub and make your decision based on what each brand has to offer you, not by what Zana says about them or the pressure he puts on you.

Unprofessional

In days where social distancing and busy schedules prevail, the inability to quote or discuss pricing unless you come into the store is unacceptable. I specifically wanted a certain unit and wanted to know what I was looking at price wise. I was met with a curt answer of only servicing customers with pricing in store. I will now have to course correct and find a comparable unit from a competitor. Learn to adjust your business model to meet today’s demands

Purchased the 14’ TidalFit swim spa last July.best purchase we have ever made. I wanted a year round pool for exercise (did not need to be huge because I was not interested in swimming laps!), and my husband wanted the “hot tub” seats and jets to relieve aches and pains. This TidalFit is perfect. We built it into our deck right outside of our bedroom door for easy access. I spend from an hour in it every afternoon (winter included) just moving, stretching, and enjoying the sun (yes, even in the winter, there is sun). It not only contributed to me losing weight but I also got an amazing sun tan over the winter right in our backyard. My husband prefers going in around 10 pm to ride his body of the aches and pains before going to bed. He usually spends about 15 minutes in each seat and when he gets out he feels like a “new man”.

As for the store (purchase) experience, both Zana and Peter were/are awesome.helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all questions and concerns before the purchase, and are always quick to answer any questions that have come up since the purchase.

Can’t imagine life without the swim spa!

We purchased our south seas spa from Zana earlier this year. His pricing was very competitive and the spa school gave us a good overview of how to maintain the spa. We’ve been using it a few times a week and it’s been perfect so far. Any questions I’ve had about keeping the water balanced they’ve been able to answer quickly. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! We bought our Hot Tub from Zana. He and Peter were fantastic; they guided us through the process, listened to our needs and were very helpful. We've had our hot tub for a couple of months now and we've been enjoying it to the max! I've placed a couple of phone calls to Peter to guide me through the chemicals and he's been amazing. Bought a Hot tub from Zana 2 years ago. Gave him a call today because I had an issue with the hot tub. He answered the phone after hours and helped me fixed the issue! I would definitely buy another hot tub through him!
