I ordered shoes, unfortunately they had a detect but this company dealt with it immediately in a very profesional manner. Excellent service

Edna was able to help me, thank you for that. However, the manager Jedena (not sure on the spelling) was rude and dismissive. Not only did she sell a sandal that had the glue on the straps peel off in a day of wearing it at home, she has the audacity to say it's my fault the glue came off and needed to be convinced in order to accept the return (which met ALL the conditions of the return policy, so is there any reason I needed to wait 10 minutes to return a show I'm entitled to?). She then said it was a defect but it was my fault it was defective because she would ''never sell" a shoe that is defective.

The irony is she has a sign that says "respect one another" but I guess that all goes out the window when she calls you a liar when you're trying to return an item. It's almost as if they WANT to discourage repeat customers. I was going to buy a replacement sandal but God forbid I get another defective shoe and need to deal with this customer service again.

Factory Shoe is a great online Canadian Company! Steve provided superior customer service. I was looking for a winter dress boot for my husband. He needed a size 13 with a side zipper. My order came quickly and to my delight a postage paid return label was included. The boots are a good fit!

What makes the place special is not the displayed products nor the brands availability, it is the ladies who are working effortlessly to ensure customers satisfaction. Well done ladies. Got yelled at by an older blonde lady with an eastern European accent because I grabbed a box from the top shelf. “Do you not ever touch up there again for this you ask”. Even though another lady that worked there told me it was not an issue because I am 6’3”. So rather than buy 5 pairs or clarks for $120 each I left and ordered them on amazon. You lost a valued, and local customer who sent all his employees there. Hire kinder more friendly staff. And when I say she yelled, she made a scene and embarrassed me. Yelled like I was a child. It was completely uncalled for. She is lucky that I am a kind person and didnt scream back at her. Also if that is the problem GET SIGNS and make it a policy rather than hire an angry hateful woman to yell at customers.

Great store. A huge variety of choices all under one roof. I picked up 3 pairs today. A sandal pair, walking shoes and a casual loafer.

Staff are very helpful, so that really adds to the wonderful experience.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I got treated like absolute garbage. They should consider hiring people younger with positive attitudes than have miserable unprofessional people working. I was trying to checkout and pay for my shoes and the rude lady behind the counter shouted at me and made it extremely uncomfortable. I will never shop hear again! Be careful shoppers!

Giving these guys a three star only because of selection… their service was marginal. Walked into a store with maybe a small handful of customers, yet help was hard to find. When found (arranging display), I asked for a shoe measuring device, which the store clerk has no idea how to operate. No other help was given, just walked away. Definitely unlike your other stores.

Great shoes collection no doubt, but I think we were little disappointed with the customer service, lady who was assisting us was little rude.we could have taken more stuff but we have to move out because we thought she is being impatient for no reason.

Love Factory Shoe.

This is the largest selection of brand name shoes I've ever seen. Brand names that I've recently discovered in my search for comfy shoes. Names like b.o. C, Taxi, oofos and many more. All at a reduced price. Most sizes in stock. Employees are easily identifiable with store shirts and name tags. They're were very helpful. Also clean customer bathrooms and plenty of parking.

Great customer experience. Had a defective work boot. Emailed Sarah pictures of the defect. Jasenksa and Ellen had the boots waiting at the cash and I was out of the store in minutes. So glad I bought my work boots from there store.

I have size 16 shoe and its nice to actually be able to try on shoes at the store. Most if not all shoe stores only go up to size 13 if your lucky.

Unbelievable service! I ordered my shoes at 9 am with the free Canada post shipping option. They were delivered at 9: 36 THE NEXT DAY! Factory Shoe and Canada Post gave amaxing service. In that time I received 4 emails giving me status update. In the box they also included a return shipping address tag in case there were any issues and I needed to return. Shoes fit great and all is good!

Bought work boots but probably shouldn't have. No help from staff. No discounts for union members like Marks, Mister Safety etc. And return/warranty policy also seems a lot worse than competitors. Prices were on par with competitors and store had a little better selection.

On Sunday afternoon, my old sandals gave up the ghost. I went online with factory shoe.ca, found a replacement pair at a great price, and ordered them. They arrived Wednesday morning. Fast and efficient service. Great selection. Good prices. Will definitely be buying shoes with them again.

Prices are a joke. From the outside of the building, you would think their prices are going to be decent. Unfortunately, it’s just like any other shoe store. Even the clearance section looked over priced.

Good selection, large price range. Also sells work boots and wide sole shoes. Plenty of proper winter boots for cold and snowy winter weather.

A little disappointing.

I went into this store recently to buy a pair of boots. As I am trying them on I see a sales associate standing quite close and she is blatantly staring at me. I look around and realize there are three associates surrounding me. None of them have spoken to me to this point. When I made eye contact with the one closest, she finally asked if I "need help with anything. " I get that these boots are quite pricey, but never in my life have I been stared at like this in a store when I am trying something on.

Honestly, after I saw them all, I packed up the boots and walked out. I ended up buying them from Amazon.

Consider reducing the number of associates you have around on weekdays, since it appears they have nothing better to do than follow customers around the store.

This once was our favorite store. They have selection, however a lot of defective product lately. So look carefully. Non motivated and non helpful staff dragging feet around the store. We have spent over an hour there and no none said even high. We called the manager, Sanya, to express our concern but our concern has been dismissed not even an apology. I guess that is how they appreciate your business. We have spent couple of hundred dollars and they did not even offer a bag. I understand that the store is selling at a better price but don't treat your customers like another number.
As well. We have found a silver earring on the floor and brought it to cash left it with Ash. We asked to make an announcement but manager was really reluctant to make an announcement. Just passing the buck.

They have a large selection of shoes and for good prices. You'll always save going here versus somewhere else. Also, I appreciated that they offered wide shoes, as a lot of shoes stores don't.

I love this store. They have large sizes in nice looking women's shoes, a great selection, good prices, and best of all wonderful customer service.

I have been buying magnum work boots here for years. My most recent pair was defective as the insoles separated within 2 weeks. For $200 boots I expect an exchange at the very least. I am disappointed they would not stand behind there product and wont be coming back.

I have been trying to find my baby shoes and have been having no luck. I came here and a gentleman by the name of Roy helped me. At first he couldn't find any shoes for me so he got another associate to help us. When we realised there wasn't a single pair I was upset and Roy showed empathy and understanding. Roy and the lady associate (I didn't get her name) came back to me so happy, they found some in clearance. Both of these employees went out of their way and the extra distance to help me get shoes for my daughter, they were both so sweet and caring. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a very pleasant buying experience at Factory Shoes. My first time buying shoes on line. Delivery was quick. The product was of very good quality and in perfect condition. I had to contact customer service for pricing. Unlike my previous experiences with other sellers it was WOW. Ultra quick response and very nice. It was top of the line. I'll buy again for sure. Their online store sold shoes that appear used. Company refunded.

Shoes arrived today scuffed and scratched, about the amount of damage I'll do to them in 2-3 weeks. My best guess is someone wore them for a day or two and returned them, Factory Shoe figured their next customer wouldn't mind.

Company reached out almost immediately after I posted the review and asked for the photos and processed a refund.
Exceptionally nice of them to do and more than I think most companies would.
