Their commercials say"why pay full price for shoes" what garbage! They are dam well expensive!

Always get my WORK BOOTS here as this is where my company boot card program is.

The service is great! I had an issue that required warranty assistance, but I'd lost my receipt!

After 7 months they helped to find the purchase on their end and I walked out with a replacement set of Timberland Pro Boots.

Great experience all around!

I find no boots last more then 6 months, so it's great to buy from two companies to honour a 12 month warranty!

I think I found my new favorite shoe store in town. Wide selection of dress shoes. Went for kids Boots and they have a good selection as well. Everything was fairly priced.

So many options and the prices were great. We were able to get boots for all three kids for a reasonable price. Surprisingly good prices actually.

Michelle was awesome, providing friendly, and very helpful service. Cared about meeting my particular medical needs. She offered to help before we could ask! Great employee! Other employees were seen asking to help customers. Good old fashion service is so rare and appreciated! Great deals too, excellent selection as usual.

I wanted to thank you for the outstanding service. I was a little concerned ordering online from a company so far from me but I couldn’t find the boots I wanted anywhere else in the country I received my boots, which I love, in record time. The communication was excellent and they arrived with a lovely note from Julie.

Service was great, had to order in from a different warehouse. Delivery was quick and accurate.

Couldn't find the size I need. Asked a sales lady for assistance, she walked very slowly towards me like she was afraid, then very quickly walked away once she attempted to answer my question. I left without boots. Very strange behavior

My new shoes came quickly and I love them as I knew I would. What prompted me to write this review was the nice note I got from Julie. I was already happy to get my shoes but the note on the factory shoes label put a smile on my face. I’m very happy with Factory Shoe and will definitely be ordering from them again.

It was ok. I did get what I went there for, good thing I didn't need any help! Their service certainly is lacking. Oh what SERVICE!

Walked in here tonight, only car in the parking lot. Was told by a female manager (didn't see a name tag) that "I needed a mask. " Replied I dont and proceeded to ask for a product, was told that I'm unwelcomed there without a mask or shield. When I had stated that I'm exempt medically from unnecessary/unwanted medical interventions she responded "I dont care, that's policy. " When asked which one it was (store policy or her personal opinion influencing her discriminatory practice) she just refused to say anything else and appeared noticeably panicked/fear stricken as I left.

Be warned, personal opinions dictate how employees here will treat you. I took my cash elsewhere. Sad state of affairs when companies have discriminatary practices like this.

Unless you're prepared to disclose your private medical info with store employees, don't go here.

They have great shoe options but you likely won't be able to get them because they are up 15 ft on a shelf and finding an employee to help you with a ladder or check in the back is more difficult than escaping Alcatraz.

I walked in the door I was bombarded by shoes of all types! I stared in amazement at the selection, I cautiously moved down the first row of shoes, like a deer looking for water. BAM these timberlands came out of nowhere struck me like a charging hippo, I tried to escape they latched on to my feet I paid for them at the front they are now a part of me can't take them off.
Best shoe and buying experience I have ever had.

So I walk in and asked to give them my backpack purse I said no how dare you ask me for my bag it has my medical and personal belongings I will never return

I mean, it has lots of shoes which is what you'd expect from a place like this. The staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

The stores computer said they had 3 pairs of the shoes I wanted, in my size and colour, but they were not on the floor and the employee wasn't super eager to help me look for them. Decided on something else but wish she could have helped me find the ones I really wanted.

I just wanted to take the time and let you guys know you have a amazing staff working at the store on Victoria St in Kitchener Ontario. I had put an order through for Curbside Pick up on May the 17th. Unfortunately I had selected the wrong size shoe for my daughter. Michelle (I think it was or it was Melissa) and the staff went above and beyond while still following covid rules. They made my daughter's day. Thank you so much

The manager said he doesn’t care about the mask exemption rule from the government.
He either wanted to force a mask on people or tell them they’re not allowed to shop which is against the law.

Something of everything. You can buy all season shoes all year long. Service on the floor is not great, usually very basic knowledge or rushing through customers.

Amazing customer service! Christine was so delightful to deal with and she was very patient and made sure i got the exact pair of shoes i wanted. I will be back! Highly reccomend!

I love curbside pickup! Takes a bit longer than an hour, but not by much and the selection is fantastic!

We did curbside pickup during the lockdown but ventured forth when things loosened up on Friday. The employees were counting people entering and alcohol was available. The Birkenstock selection is amazing in both sizes, colors and design. Prices are always competitive. The Mephisto selection is more limited. There is a good variety in top name runners. It is a little confusing trying to find a specific brand if it is less well known, like Ecco. Staff are helpful in trying to find shoe sizes and styles that are not out on display. Chairs and mirrors to help in the selection. Check out was orderly and quick.

Great customer service when we had to return my husband's winter boots because of manufacturer defects. Just make sure you have a receipt.

Good place for shoes and such. A little packed today and I found it a little strange that they had to do an announcement to say please make sure you wear socks before trying on shoes. C'mon people, that is common sense!

I buy most of my boots and shoes at Factory Shoe and have always had good quality and great service. Last year I bought a pair of boots that only lasted to the beginning of this season, and with the pandemic I wasn't able to bring them in. I emailed them pictures of the holes in the boots, and they refunded them without a problem. I was able to exchange them for another pair, and they recommended a different make (Kamik) and I'm very happy with these. The whole process was very smooth and I really appreciate the great service.

Debra was extremely helpful while I was looking for non-slip shoes for my new job. She went out of her way to help me with curbside pickup and found me a great pair on sale. Couldn't be more pleased!

Lots of selection, prices seemed a little steep for kids shoes but they should be better quality than the cheap Walmart brands, and more selection of sizes that fit my kids.

Very nice place with lots of variety and good price. All staff take care of you about what you need and very friendly. I really like this place.

I didn’t actually go into the store, but at the front there’s a cool tank and at the back there are train tracks.a perfect spot for a cigar lol

Found a great pair of very low heel/flat knee high boots at a medium set price. Not too bad, but could have been a bit better. I tend to forget to check their clearance section when I''m there, but it could be due to it seeming hidden off on the Left wall of the store.

I was truly surprised at the selection of size 15 shoes. Usually, I'm left with a sliver of boxes on a shelf in the back of the store, with horrible styles and colours. On top of this, the prices are incredible. I got a pair of Saucony runners for HALF the price of anywhere else! Not on sale, just off the shelf. All the ladies I dealt with were as sweet as can be. What's not to love?

Went with my wife to try and find her boots for winter. My wife had a pair of indoor shoes picked out for work. We asked for help for her to find outdoor boots. Did not get it. Then on the way out, as we decided to leave instead of buying anything, the woman at the register said to my wife, "no luck tonight" and my wife said no since no one was around to help. My wife was already out of the store when the other lady said "all you had to do was ask". I stopped said she did, and that we shouldn't have to ask. Instead of having employees standing around doing nothing maybe they should ask if we need help instead of giving is dirty looks. Will not go back.

Great price and good quality footwear. Staff are friendly but super busy. So don't expect much help from them. They have a pretty good collection, however its not the largest in town. Place is usually busy so expect to spend a good amount of time to get your right one. Thank you.

Great selection and prices. Staff needs attention. I found close to no enthusiasm in any of the staff I interacted with, it even seemed like I was a bother to them when I was asking for help.

To be fair, however, I've only been there once and this may not represent the staff as a whole. You should still give the store a visit.

Cashier was very visably sick and coughed into her hands without cleaning them and proceeded to keep checking out, store was however clean and somewhat helpful staff.

Not too bad. But some of the prices leave me wondering about their slogan. Seemed like most of these shoes were full price!

I dont find the prices or sales good for a "factory" shoe store (compared to other similar factory shoe outlets I've been to)

The biggest complaint I have is that the staff is not welcoming or helpful. I was totally lost trying to navigate through there and seen multiple associates who didn't seem to acknowledge customers. I didnt see many people receiving any help.

Other then that, it is organized and well maintained and has better selection then a lot of places.

Great selection. Staff let your browse and leave you alone. Staff did come by to ask if we are finding what we were looking for. Husband got a great deal on shoes.

Colin wasn't very nice, not helpful and treated us kinda like trash not worth his time to help. The lady at the check out was kind. Hope they get someone better in the store then that guy because it takes just one bad experience to ruin it. I'm not sure I'll be returning, I drive in from Elmira and the shoes are the same price as the cute shoe boutiques and we receive friendly happy service with them. Factory shoe is leaving me with poor experience.

I have always liked Factory Shoe. The selections for shoes and boots are second to none. Just another great trip to Factory Shoe for back to school shoe shopping.

Great selection and price for shoes. Lots to choose from. Neat and tidy store considering how much merchandise they have.

I love that you don't have to wait for someone to serve you, unless you want to inquire about a size which isn't out. The staff are available to help when needed. I wish they would organise the shop a little more, maybe with signs to show where certian brands can be found.

Buyer Beware: . They have a back pack policy in place for any aged person. I went into the store to buy shoes to match my daughter's graduation dress. I carried the graduation dress in a back pack. I was immediately approached to leave my back pack at the front cashier. I was asked to remove any valuables, along with the dress. So, there I was.walking around the store carrying a dress, a belt for the dress, my wallet, my cell phone and my car keys. I am a also a senior citizen. Another senior lady was also asked to do the same.

Does the store have such a severe problem with theft to go to this degree?
I could understand if this may have been for someone in their teenage years or 20's or with a group of young people. But truly should a senior be approached with two children under the age of 18?

I should have just left the store. With this type of treatment to their customers, I will not be returning to the store again.
