That store doesn't even deserves the one star I gave. A store with zero customers service starting at the point entrance to the checkout. The manager has zero ears for complaints. My son and I was stereotyped the day I went to buy soccershoe and shinguard. When the shinguard wasn't appropriate, we returned it to pick another one but they refused to take it back, and gave a reason that she won't be able to resell it.
Methinks it is better to keep your old customers than to have a one neophyte manager mess the long standing relationship up. That store is an apology!

I just bought a pair of shoes from the store. The representative Nolan was super helpful, he showed me couple of shoes, until they got the right ones. I am very satisfied with the purchase. We will go back again!

Such a great store - with a large variety of shoes. Went in for shoes that I saw on their website. The pricing was inconsistent, but they decided to honour the lower price when they could’ve just ignored it. The floor staff were super helpful and genuinely wanted to give a great experience. Will certainly go back for more.

Picked up a pair of Helly Hansen hiking boots. They had the best price compared to any other online store or in store that I found. Service was excellent. Probably the largest selection of shoes I've seen. Definitely be coming back.

BUYER BEWARE! No deals here. Bought winter boots (Bogs Arcata urban lace ankle boot) yesterday at 189.99 plus tax (214 something). Came home and found on Amazon at 127.31plus tax (143 something). Saving over 71 dollars. Returned boots to the store today. Checked online prices at different stores and the four different boots I tried on at Factory Shoe Outlet/Emile Shoes Ltd were all available elsewhere for significantly less money. Won’t be back.

The selection of shoes in this store is by far the best I've seen anywhere else. You can literally find there any brand and all the popular models. Prices are great too.
