Fair Grounds Organic Cafe & Roastery

Perfect example of a quaint little cafe hidden in between the concrete jungle we live in.
Fair trade coffee, all the regular varieties being available. Some frozen take out as well as bakery items available too.
Will need to revisit with some more time to try other offerings (had to rush out today), but the coffee I had was splendid and warrants a return.

This roastery has quickly become my favorite in Mississauga. Their beans are always extremely fresh, and pull beautiful espresso loaded with crema. Their Mexican Chiapas beans produce some absolutely sublime espresso, heavy chocolate flavor and tons of body. I would highly recommend them to any espresso enthusiast. Though their marketing may not be as flashy as some third wave roasteries in the area, their beans are much, much better.
