My fiancée and I absolutely loved our experience with Fair Trade. Robin and Nicolette were both wonderful to work with while we talked and worked our way though the process of designing an engagement ring. From being knowledgable about their products to being super patient with us while we went back and forth over our options, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

I can't say enough about my experience with Sonya and her team at FTJCo. Getting an engagement ring can be a stressful experience, and Sonya walked me through everything without being salesy or applying any pressure whatsoever. She explained and showed to me all of the options during my initial visit, as well as our subsequent visit to pick her ring. Even more importantly, she found a ring that she loves and everything was kept within budget. I highly recommend FTJCo for anyone in the market for jewelry.

We had a great experience with FTJCo for my engagement ring and our wedding bands! The staff make it the process very easy. They have a large selection of stone (natural and lab) and settings. They also have customization services, so you can create your perfect piece. They also will work with you and your budget. The staff is very knowledgeable and will share all of your options on metals and stones.

The first consultation left us with a lot of confidence in the product, and they have an online status check so you can follow along to anticipate the completion date. Pick up is flexible as well, and any questions that we had throughout were quickly answered. I would highly recommend FTJCo for anyone wanting to create their engagement/wedding bands.

Robin is a very knowledgeable owner and walks us through all the specs, details, and ultimately and most importantly, it felt like there was no pressure and never once I felt like they were trying to upsell you or anything of that sorts; as someone that is always skeptical of salespersons in general this was great experience. Wonderful service, materials, process, and end product. My engagement ring is absolutely perfect and everything I envisioned. The process was simple and much less overwhelming than I expected. Everything was communicated well, the online timeline is helpful so you can see where your ring is at. We purchased our custom engagement ring from FTJCo. Nicolette and the team were very helpful and patient with us in showing the various designs and stones available. Just discovered FTJCo recently while looking for a wedding band. The experience has been fantastic and beyond my expectations so far and I'm waiting to get my final product in a couple of weeks!

Pricing is fair, designs are unique and customizable, great communication and good web interface for tracking your order every step of the way. This is the way jewellery shopping should be!

My fiancé proposed with a loaner ring by FTJCO, which was a brilliant idea considering how picky I am with my jewelry. FTJCO was ALWAYS accommodating, patient with us, and never pressured us to make a decision at any given point. We booked multiple appointments to look at engagement rings and wedding bands, and we've always had a positive experience with all their team members. We could tell the quality of the ring we received is amazing by the color and weight of the gold compared to other jewelry I have at home.
