Kids allowed to play hockey at night in the hallways with a full net. No manager onsite to address concerns and junior staff member left to manage hotel solo. No apology and only told over and over again by the one person onsite "no refund " or credit since I already checked in. We left anyways. Had a much better experience at Hilton Homewood the next night. Will be giving Hilton my cash rates going forward. Got Hilton 2 bedroom real suite for less than this Fairfield junk fake suite.

Was always weary of trying these lower rated Fairfield hotels and now I know from experience not to try again.

Rooms ok but no separate wall and door for what they call "suites". For Etobicoke off-season not worth the money even if I stayed. Nice firm beds though. Marriott brand hotels seem like great place for hockey teams.

Gave 2 star (1+1) because they at least only charged me the 1 night instead of 2 even though I didn't stay.

My experience at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Toronto Mississauga was fantastic! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the area. The hotel's modern amenities, like the fitness center, added to the overall positive stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

When I arrived their key maker wasn't working so I had to be walked up to my room. They said they would drop off my key shortly. I had to call them to ask about it 45 mins later and it's clear they forgot about it.

They also failed to mention they weren't doing daily housekeeping, which is extremely weird. I was there for such a short time so I didn't care. But if I was hear for leisure, I wouldn't have been happy.

Room was clean and the area was quiet at night. Close walk to a bunch of restaurants for meals. Gym was small with limited equipment and has a pool but no hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was good and offered a decent variety.

Nice rooms, clean. Gym was good, small but had everything I needed. Didn't use the pool but hubby did. Buffet breakfast was good as well. The best thing about this place was the staff! They were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Custodial staff was amazing, so very nice!

We were stranded here for Christmas, but the staff here made us feel so much at home. Everyone was so welcoming and the customer service we received was among the best we’ve experienced! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable.

Just had a great stay here - every staff member was polite, helpful, and efficient. Our room was clean and quiet, with a goodly amount of amenities (such as both a fridge and a microwave). The breakfast was also very much to our liking, with hot and cold options; there are also a number of good places to eat right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible hotel.
Everything is new and well maintained, with pool and gym. Room was really clean.

The ladies in the front desk were just incredible. I asked for a late check out and the hotel representative immediately said that’s ok, free of charge.

Enjoyed our weekend here. Family friendly, clean, nice staff, good free breakfast (waffle maker, eggs, sausage, yogurts, cereal, toast, bagel…) little indoor pool was nice. Area is quiet with a couple restaurants across the street.

Great stay. 4 stars on location only because we were going in and out of Pearson International. 15 minute ride. There are lots of restaurants and services close to this property. Large clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning was great.

Wonderful stay over family day weekend. The hotel was a little busy but it didn't bother anyone. Susan was such a wonderful clerk to check us in and answered all our questions beautifully before we booked (we called ahead to check about few items). The only reason I docked a star was because there were some nuance things that we felt took away from the experience. The hotel room only had 2 coffee pods available to make coffee in the room (front desk was more than happy to price extra but we had to go down to get them). Also I ordered tea (since I'm not a coffee drinker) that never came to the room. This wasn't a big deal as I ended up just falling asleep. Also they don't have a coffee station available (which was annoying not because there wasn't coffee but because I usually just take the extra cream/sugar/tea from the station to make in my room). Breakfast was also a little disappointing since they only offered the very basic (not even any pastries were present). I get covid but seeing as how things are supposed to open next month I was kind of expecting a little more. But despite all this, I'd definitely stay again if only to deal with Susan, such a lovely checking clerk.

Being a big fan of Marriot, comes from an abundance of stays and I’d say 95% of our experiences are great. Sadly, we get used to being so spoiled when we get treated with such amazing customer service.
Fairfield Inn (Mississauga) added another fan favourite for myself and my family. Our main front desk representative was so welcoming, cheerful and interactive.
With all the craziness going on in the world… she made us forget our worries and just enjoy the moments when we checked in, during our stay coming and going.
Our stay was delightful.

I absolutely recommend you consider this location!

I have stayed at Mariott hotels all around the world. The receptionist made a error when checking us in because we were trying to get a few friends in for a couple hours to spend time with us that happened to be locals.

The receptionist Sunny fixed the error really quickly and exceeded our expectations which was standard to all of my prior experiences at bonvoy partner hotels. Even with the misunderstanding I have to give this hotel a 5 star because of how he handled the situation and corrected the incident. Also I want to point out that one of my guest were not the easiest to deal with.

I have 2 companies and would hope that my employees would recover any negative situation like this.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, great job Sunny. It would be an honour to have a fine gentleman like you on my team any day.

It's okay for what you pay for. It's pretty well placed (about 15 minutes drive from Pearson airport, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store and right on the other side of the street of a cinema, a McDonald, a bunch of different restaurants and stores). The bathroom seems recent (compared to carpeted room). The shower water flow isn't amazing though.

The room I got had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee machine in my room. I had a big room with a living room space (couch, coffee tables and tv) and then I had the bedroom area with the bed, desk and TV (which has the Netflix application).

The included breakfast is okay. It is a hot breakfast but eggs that probably came out from a bag and dry sausage. There are other options which makes it a bit diversified.

They have an indoor pool that does the job. There is a very small gym with 2 threadmills, 1 other cardio machine, a bench and some free weights.

After spending one week at the Residence Inn on Courtney Rd (Mississauga) in July, my family decided to try the Fairfield Inn right next door in August as we were in town for our child for university's prep.

The experience at the Fairfield, was I will never forget, the day we checked into the hotel, I had two friends who stopped by in the lobby and our guest service rep (Kai) was lovely, she offered cups and asked if we needed anything before she completed her shift.

The 2nd guest representative (Ranjeep), approached us and asked how long we be in the lobby. He paced the area, then pointed out that he would need to clean up for the morning staff, and then asked us to clean up any left over. He was extremely, rude and obviously, wasn't trained properly by Marriot.
We were then told it was after 12pm and we would have to vacate the premises for the cleaning crew to come in.

Days later, I requested a conference room or just any quiet area, I was told that a manager needs to approve and she wasn't in yet. I waited for a manager to arrive at10am, while working out in the in the gym, she approached me and hastily, explained me that, I would have to pay $350/hr wait to use the conference room. I then, insisted that I would be available for the week, she rudely interrupted me and told be that the room was booked from September 3rd to Sept. 10th.
She then scurried off and didn't have the decency to apologize.

The very next day, I met a lovely customer friendly and professional representative by the name of Susan. As I sat in the lobby, she asked if I needed anything, I shared that I had a friend stop by in the lobby and she then offered me some cups. Unbeknownst to me, there was a party of 6-to 10 people who showed up, they ended up eating and drinking.
Ranjeep, came on duty and I asked him directly, as to why he asked me to clean up after my mess and asked us leave the lobby, then proceeded to monitor me and my friends.
He had no answer, and started to fumble with his response by saying, well, we just need to know who are guest are. I then told him, he will respond with a review for the company.

The Fairfield experience, was disgraceful, my experience at this Marriot hotel was unacceptable and borderline racial which I did not explore further. Ranjeep and Nadia was dishonest and need to treat guest equally under the Marriot rules and regulations.

I will be following up and I hope you have answers because I will never accept sub-standard treatment of any sort especially with my children watching.
I want answers and I will reach out to Marriot's corporate management.

We called the hotel asking them that we'll be arriving only around 5 am on the 13th and if we could get an early check in. We were told to book an extra day for the 12th. So, we booked the hotel from the 12th to the 17th.
Unfortunately, our flight got delayed and the car rental was closed. We were travelling from Edmonton to Kitchener. We had issues with our car rental and before we reached this hotel around 9 PM, we called the hotel to be shocked that they cancelled our reservation as they waited till 3 pm and since we were a no show they canceled it. Tried to speak to the manager which was of no use. He said, you should have called and let us know. How does he know what situation we were in? A good customer service would have been to call us and check if everything was OK before canceling out on us. They even charged us for one night.
Even though we had mentioned we'll only arrive on the 13th. Spoke again to the lady whom we first spoke to and she said she was aware that we had called and she usually calls customers to check on their status.
Anyways, they didn't have a room for me and I had to find another place for us. We were a family 2 children and it was a terrible experience by this hotel.

Room with 2 queen bed is very congested. Furniture and floor carpet are not properly clean. The beds are very very old. Even though the bed sheet were clean but you will notice the bed underneath, fabrics are falling. Me and my children started sneezing within 5 minutes after arrival to the room. They says.they are fully booked so can not switch us to another room. I arrived late night, couldn't move to another hotel since the children were very sleepy. Only thing I like about this room is their washroom. However, never coming here again

Excellent value for the price, highly recommended overall. Prompt and pleasant check-in. Very nice and big room, clean and quiet. Decent breakfast with some variety but limited fruit choices. Good location, large but full parking. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Top marks!

I really enjoyed my stay at Fairfield. The room was very spacious and clean. Love the fact the room came with a microwave and fridge. Alot of restaurants to eat around the hotel all within walking distance. Susan at the front desk is great! Very warm and friendly. I would highly recommend for the price point and amenities.

Stay was good, Food was not bad, service was decent but if you are coming for quarantine here you are not allowed to go for a walk also as it also has guest's who dont quarantine.

Newly refurbished with a cool modern vibe, lobby, public spaces and rooms very nice. Susan at the front desk was very friendly. Super service. All staff were A+. One critique.love a free breakfast but this is a busy place. When we got there, barely a piece of bread was left, no more muffins, scrambled eggs were good, no more juice left.

Super staff. Room was immaculate. Not lots of extra room around the bed. Great amenities. Some furnishings seem dated. Best value for the money. Worst continental breakfast ever. No muffins, no bagels, just white bread, yogurt, and apples.

Good location with many restaurants (mostly fast food) around and near the highway.
The rooms were very clean and it looked very modern.
Their breakfast was just a to-do bag and there were no amenities open due to covid.
Service was good.

Great place to stay in Mississauga. Far enough from the noise of the airport or the 401, but quick access to both and close to lots of restaurants, groceries, shops. The hotel is very well kept and the rooms are clean. Bathrooms are spotless. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Have stayed there a few times for business and will do so again for sure!

I have a bit of Mixed feelings about this place. The negative feelings the hotel blamed on corporate policy which also added more negative feelings. Here's what happened. I book a room through booking, or hotwire, etc. I pay in advance for it. The when I arrive they want a deposit. Fine, no issue, here's my debit card or I can give you cash. They want credit card. And on this day in question I knew it wouldn't go through as I had other deposits from other hotels that hadnt been refunded yet and I also had a month rental car charge and deposit. So sure enough my card declines. The hotel absolutely refuses cash or debit and for some reason making a payment on my credit card on line wasn't working. The only option I have at this point is to go to the closest open branch (which was 22km away, 44km round trip). And to make matters worse they closed in less than 30min. I race to get there, only to find they were on reduced hours due to covid, a policy that is lost on me, but that's for another time. So I then drive back to the hotel and tell them how far I just drove and they still wouldn't budge. I was completely floored by this. Not only is this discriminatory behavior given that not everyone has credit cards, but it is also bad customer service. I stay in a lot of hotels and not one time have any of them pushed this issue if it came up. They did agree to refund my money on a nonrefundable purchase so that was good, and they did in fact do it. But really, cash, debit, plus you had my credit card number on file. There was no compimise and had to go elsewhere.

UPDATE: . So it's now been over a month since this disaster. As I said the hotel agreed to refund my money and Priceline spoke with them. But still as of today May 13,2021 I have yet to receive a refund of just under a $100.00 from either Priceline or this hotel.

I have stayed a couple of times at this hotel and both of my stays have been excellent. Very friendly and welcoming front desk. The check in is fast and efficient. The hotel is very clean and across the street there are a variety of restaurants.

Very good hospitality Susan was a great host and made sure I had every thing I needed for my stay. Would be nice if the gym was available 24 hrs considering only one person is allowed at a time anyway. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Really Impressed by courteousness and whit glove treatment given by Paramjit. Honestly the customer service bar set by her is better than St Regis. Overall neat and clean room. Recommend to stay there.

I stayed here for one night in August 2020. Nice, clean hotel. My room was better looking then the photos so I was happy about that. Great customer service. Breakfast isn't available due to Covid but hotel is offering complimentary breakfast bags with banana, apple, hard boiled egg, yogurt, and coffee or tea. I would book here again!

Very very bad experience with the front desk Indian guy, only because he miss leaded me to go for a Suit to get the microwave oven and he tried to over price me.thereby I cancelled my booking. Kindly requesting the management to keep someone who has a good knowledge about the rooms and who is responsible to the customers.

Great staff and great hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for almost 3 weeks and I truly enjoyed my stay - very clean and well maintained hotel with friendly and welcoming staff - they make it feel like home
As for the room, extremely clean and well maintained!

Concerns and issues (if any) are addressed in a timely manner and the daily rate is reasonable given the location (proximity to downtown Mississauga) and the service offered - highly recommend!

Don't expect any help from them if things go south for you. I was booked for multiple nights, but due to circumstances out of my control I had to leave just an hour into check in. Normally a penalty or getting charged for a full day after check in plus penalty or some form of credit would be an option. Over here I was instead talking to staff who though too highly of themselves.

It really is not good enough for them to think so highly of themselves. In the end it is the people and service that makes the quality of your stay. I travel alot and I assure you guys there are very nice options in GTA where you can get more amneties for same price. Best of all? You will have staff working around you and go miles for you, they never say no

I spent three nights at this place. To my experience, they are deserved 5 star.
- The staff were very polite and helpful.
- They fully follow the COVID 19 rules.
- The room was very clean.
- AC works nicely.
- Totally, it was very quite, and there was no noise.
- During my staying, I needed some information plus some paper prints. Although there was some sort of construction at lobby and the business room was closed, Hotel employee, Priyank, could address my request. He was so helpful.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for six consecutive days. All I can say is: please book with confidence, you will not be disappointed. Customer service is excellent, staff is very friendly and attentive. NO hidden fees or charges. Parking is straight out of the hotel door, free and very accessible. Comfort and cleanliness of the room was great, consumables were replaced daily. Small breakfast buffet with multiple options, including fresh fruit, waffles, maple syrup, bagel, muffins, freshly brewed coffee, etc. Several dining options nearby the hotel. Gas stations are within five minutes of the hotel and the the commute to Downtown Toronto is short. We did check MANY options before selecting this hotel and we are very glad we booked this. We will definitely be staying in this location next time we are in the area. Hope this helps someone who is trying to get the best deal for their money, time & comfort.

Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms. I stayed here around 5 times and everytime I had great experience. Also they serve breakfast which is included in room rate and provides nice breakfast. I always stayed here with my family.

Gotta give this hotel a solid five stars based on it's value, comfort and service!

I stayed here over the weekend while visiting family in Mississauga and had a great stay. It may not be fancy or extravagant but it's practical, clean, comfortable and the people that work here are incredible.

If there is anything at all that we had a question about (relating to the hotel or the surrounding areas) the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed. If we were working out in the gym, someone would come in to ask if we needed more towels. When we were hanging near a fruit bowl of ripe bananas, a gentleman went to the back to find bananas that were not as ripe as he overheard my mother say she doesn't like her bananas too ripe. When we mentioned that the AC might not be working, someone called to follow up to make sure the room was at a comfortable. The list just goes on and on in regards to how accommodating the staff was here.

Additionally, the rooms were so clean and much more spacious than I anticipated. We had a little living room suite area, with a fridge, coffee maker, TV and couch and then an additional television in the adjacent bedroom. Super convenient to lounge and relax in between our errands and family.

Location wise, it's definitely not a great option if you want to be in the mix of what takes place downtown. It's about a 30 minute drive outside of the city, so not terrible but not great. However, if you're like us and have got places to be in the surrounding areas, it's super convenient.

Overall, gotta give credit to this hotel. They're doing a great job at running the place!

Had an appointment in the area so I stayed here for one night. I mean, when you pay $220 per night you expect it to be a few notches above what you would get at your basic hotel, but this just wasn’t. Beds were comfy, room was clean, hot breakfast included, staff were nice enough, close to a plaza with some restaurants and movie theater. I just expected a bit more luxury when paying that much. For $100 less you can get similar hotels in the area. Would stay again if cheaper but if not, would stay elsewhere. Not good value for money.

Clean, cozy (**not code for small) rooms and a friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. We did very little at the hotel itself, but it's proximity to Toronto and surrounding areas was part of the appeal. Of note, there are a TON of great restaurants in the area without having to head into the city, so make sure to check those out as well.

I am a Coach Operator, brought a group in for a 3 day charter, they aloud me to check in early as I had dropped off my group at their venue and had 6hrs to wait.all staff members were great! Professional and friendly! The breakfast was amazing and really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool! Would absolutely recommend it.
