We stayed here for three nights with our kids. Parking is free. Location is very close to a lot of stores. The staff are nice and helpful.
The whole hotel seems very clean. It smells clean and seems like the staff do a really good job at keeping it clean. The rooms are very clean and there isn't dust anywhere. Sometimes in hotels you find balls of dust under the desk or where there are electrical wires but not this hotel. They seem to take a very serious approach to keeping things clean. I have a habit of looking under the bed before leaving to make sure I didn't leave anything behind. There isn't any dust or garbage under the beds. It's clean.
The air conditioner worked and was nice and cold. The only thing is when another room nearby is taking a shower, you may hear loud water sounds.
The washrooms were ok. But the hotel should consider getting small step stools and premptively supply it for parents with young children. That would definitely be a nice touch.
The breakfast is very decent for what it is. Decent selection of drinks, hot food and other things. The staff look like they work very hard to make sure the breakfast area is well stocked and clean. I noticed the staff will take note of where people are eating and will wipe down the tables right after.
There is also a drink are where water, ice, tea and coffee are available around the clock.
The pool was ok but some of the floor tiles near the chairs are starting to break and need repair.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that this hotel is still using paper plates and glasses. Surely it would be more environmentally friendly to use regular dishes and wash them? Get with it Marriott!

We stayed for one night. The beds and pillows were amazing. I and my traveling companion both had the best sleep. I wanted to take a pillow. Haha I didn't don't worry. The pool area was small, but functional, hot tub was relaxing. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. The staff friendly. Good stay.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff comfy bed. Room was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

An overall good and very clean hotel. Throughly enjoyed our stay overnight while on a road trip through Sudbury. However do NOT be fooled by the fact that it says they have car charging stations. I chose this place among the other options because I intended to charge overnight while we slept and instead all they have are plugs you can plug your own chargers into. Not at all the same thing and I was left having to go find a fast charger after a long day because of this inaccuracy. However the staff was MOST helpful unlike some other places I’ve stayed at on this trip and helped us find a place to charge nearby while we grabbed a bite to eat and gave us snacks to eat for the inconvenience of the error. And since we had to leave very early the next morning they prepared little bags of breakfast to go for us that were ready for us at 5: 45 am to pick up at the front desk on our way out.

Ok hotel. They hold $250/night on your Credit Card for incidentals/damage deposit. Crazy amount. We stayed 3 nights and had $750 held. They don’t even have a onsite restaurant to warrant such incidental/damage charges.

I enjoyed my stay here. Modern hotel, spacious lobby with plenty of seatings, business centre, coffee corner and a mini shop. Very friendly staff, ready to accommodate your needs.
I was lucky to get an upgrade! The room was nice, a little outdated but ok, big sofa and a decently sized desk, and a flat-screen TV. Beds were so comfortable, crisp linens, and a quiet environment except for the fridge which was so noisy! Bathrooms, were notably clean and well stocked with toiletries.
The complimentary breakfast is decent, not many options but a very good start to the day, from hot eggs and sausages to a selection of cereals, fruits, complemented by good coffee and juices.
The hotel’s location is a definite plus. Many restaurants are just mins away, Costco (if needed). But the area was all under construction, and there was a lot of delay in and out, but I believe it will be done soon.
The gym, while serviceable, could benefit from a few more equipment options, it’s a very small area, and the pool looks great although small as well, but at least you’ll have the option to dip yourself after a long day!

Lots of parking, friendly staff. There’s a swimming pool if you want to cool off. Ambience is okay. I recommend it if you’re in town.

Great stay at Fairfield with family for our daughter’s wedding in the area. The suite rooms were smaller in size without the full kitchen yet the price was comparable to hotels with full kitchens. However, the very friendly staff, and full hot breakfast made our 4 night stay wonderful. The pool and hot tub are not large but also not busy at all - our kids and granddaughters enjoyed having the pool to themselves most days. We were able to gather with the whole family in the breakfast area later in the day - staff were helpful in supplying paper plates and taking group pictures. Thank you for making a beautiful wedding weekend even more special.

Morgan at the front desk was amazing! He did an excellent job at going above and beyond to make our stay memorable! 10/10 service. Would definitely stay here again!

I’m so particular when it comes to hotels. This one is amazing. The breakfast was the best out of any hotels I’ve been to. The room was clean. Great shower pressure and the staff were so kind. Highly recommend. Also very close to all other store you might need.
