Attended a seminar in one of the conference rooms in the hotel Very clean, modern hotel with lots of amenities to make your stay a pleasant experience

Rooms need an update however. This is not a long term stay hotel. It’s def an airport hotel which is all we needed.
Props and major acknowledgment to the staff. Anita and the gentleman on night shift was hands down so so very sweet.
I quite literally have never even received this type of service at higher end properties.
Will def come back when we need a quick place to stay before our flight.

Mr. Walid Fawal is such a great person who helped to upgrade my room to higher suite. Also, he is such a warm person to speak with. Front desk guys - Ravneet and Shamaila were of equally great help and support. I will recommend this property to everyone coming to Toronto. Got upgraded to a nice suite. Surprised by the cool water slide in the pool which also had a hot tub! Very comfortable, bright and friendly staff. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Pros: Free breakfast, big rooms.
Con: Nothing around, old.

Customer service was very good

We called ahead to check the times of the pool/waterslide and was told it was all open from 6am-10pm. When we get there the waterslide is only open friday-sunday.

We booked a room for 2 nights at $150 a night. We got charged 400 when booking in with $50 of it being a security deposit (which was not shows on the invoice).
When we checked out after the second day, we were charged ANOTHER $100 for another security deposit.

The hotel and staff need to be more clear about the deposits they take.

Brought our family and got two rooms. Our suite was terrific. Found everything clean and spacious. We made good use of the pool although much to our disappointment, we discovered the hot tub not working upon our arrival. We spoke to the manager and he offered several concessions to ease our disappointment. All staff we spoke with were very friendly and outgoing. Great customer service. We would 100% stay here again.

We really do appreciate the size of the room. Plus the comfort of the location.
We did late checkin because travelled by land for 8 hours and they gave us the late checkout privilege to 1330hrs. Highly appreciated it.

But they do need to check the clogs in the sink and bath tub. Water flooded the floor

The staff were friendly snd provided great service. The rooms had everything we needed and the facilities were great. Having breakfast included was a bonus. The pool, water slide, hot tub and gym were great. No, the hotel isn't perfect and could use minor repairs, but if you're looking for perfection in all areas you're obviously going to pay a lot more. This hotel was a great value for a 2-night mini vacation for my family. I would definitely return in the future.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was clean (nice cleaning staff as well) and maintained very well. We stayed for a family vacation. Our daughter loved the pool and we loved that we could bring our dog! The hotel is tucked into an industrial area which does make it quiet but you will have to drive if you want any other amenities (which was fine for us as the hotel was very close to the highway). PS.for those travelling with kids, there is an adventure zone/jumpy house business right next door for the kids to enjoy some activities. Value for money, this hotel is a win!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The room was extremely clean and modern - a great size too. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Unpleasant experience, the fire alarm went on midnight and we had to evacuate. No safety team to guide where to go, no communication from the hotel or management.
The hotel over is outdated and far from everything.

Very basic hotel, basically a 3 star experience. Nothing fancy in here. Could be recommended for short family stays in Brampton. The hotel is located in an industrial area surrounded by plants and wear houses. The suite was below basic, and there were no water bottles in the room. The central AC unit was broken, so there was a split unit on the window that was very noisy. The breakfast buffet was ok. The hotel is not eco friendly since they only provide plastic utensils. The on-site parking is free for guests.

I stayed here just this past weekend and had a great time! I was in the Presidential Suite with the jacuzzi which I did not want to get out of, along with the very soft king sized bed and comfy pillows.

I liked that there was a seperate living room area with a couch which my dog was happy about and the bathroom was spacious as well. The heater worked wonderfully, kept me warm the whole time.

The breakfast buffet offered a good amount of options, I just wish there could’ve been some fresh fruit perhaps and another waffle maker would be a good idea as there was quite the lineup for the one that was there.

Otherwise, staff were polite, no issues there. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Worst Marriott I've ever stayed in. Nihad, you and the other gentleman were always polite and helpful. The ladies were less than helpful. We never once in our 4 day 3 night stay had our rooms cleaned, trash never emptied. On my bed the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on. I requested a new one. After 1 & 1/2 hours a lady brought the sheets and handed it to me and left. I had to make the bed myself. No new soap and shampoo each day.and other small inconveniences. They just acted like they wanted us to leave. I'm sorry you had to be lumped in the review with them, again I want to say you were always very helpful.

Picked this hotel specifically because there were pictures of a waterside on their website. Get here (with 2 excited kids) to find out that it's only open 16 hours a week, none of which fall into our stay. Frankly I feel like I was tricked into staying here.

They claim to have a satisfaction guarantee but the only people you can actually talk to are front desk staff who obviously can't change a policy like this.

It was the worst bed my husband and I have slept in!
The room was ok but needs an update.
The bed was Deplorably atrocious and should have been replaced 5 years ago.
The staff were friendly and apologized when we checked out. If I didn’t have my 2 year old son we would have moved rooms.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and organized despite lifting the bed sheets and finding sprinkles on the mattress itself under the sheets. Other than that I didn't have any issues. Staff was amazing and helped us find great places to eat. And the pool slide was so much fun. I would return.

Well I had two rooms and were hoping to stay for two nights…. When we arrived at 5 pm one room ready and the other we had to wait for. The Front desk staff was friendly. In our room the closet door was broke and hanging there. The pool was green the hot tub didn’t work. There was blood on the side of the mattress. After travelling for 8 hrs with 3 kids we had to stay. The next day we checked out a day earlier. I felt bad for the girls at the front desk because everyone was complaining. Worst hotel I have been too.

It's out of the way but great option for traveling with pets. I do wish they had a little more green space for the dogs to do their business but it is what it is. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Pool was ice cold and green. The room rates was different than what they gave us. Please check your bill. The bed was not comfortable.

We were here for a hockey tournament and the pool was all green, they cleaned it out however, but water super cold, and the slide was not working, something the kids where looking forward. Breakfast another disappointment, eggs are overcooked, the turkey sausage are overcooked and dry when you eat then. If they invest in maintenance this hotel would be better, the service by the staff is amazing.

Overall pool and breakfast can be improved.

I stayed there for a week and have to say “Great place to stay, comfortable bed. ” Over all loved their service. Especially Riya and Saugat helped me a lot.

The cleanliness during Covid should be the top priority however it’s completely opposite at this hotel! We have stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and the room was much better looking and clean

It was okay. There were some areas of improvement: deeper clean, repairs, etc. Good value for your dollar if you are wanting alternative to high priced hotel rooms. Mattress needed updating. Pool water was chilly.

I hate giving a bad rating but in this case, had to be done. Pool was dirty and full of hair. Sheets were stained and pull out couch mattress was also stained. Overall not worth the price paid.

Booked this hotel because I like Marriott hotels and have always had good experiences there. However, unfortunately, this time was different.

For the room - it was dingy, outdated, and not very clean. The bed was also as hard as a board - no kidding! And the TV (only 30 channels) was in regular definition at best. It was so poor I ended up just watching a soccer game on my laptop.

Speaking of the internet - although the wifi did connect initially, I never received a popup in my browser to login. Mentioned it to the front desk and all she said was " it works for everyone so try connecting again". Great suggestion.duh! After googling a workaround I was able to login to the hotel's router to fix it. Unreal!

Finally, upon checking out, I asked for my bill to be split in two (as I had shared the room with a friend) and it was if I asked her to climb Mt. Everest or something. She had that disgusted look on her face, and didn't even acknowledge me or say a word. Rather she just handed me the visa machine. Even after paying no thank you or nothing.

I can count on one hand the number of times I actually leave a review, but this hotel/service was so terrible and frankly unacceptable that I couldn't let it slide. How on earth it is even associated to a Marriott blows my mind!

Do yourself a favour and stay at one of the many, many other hotels in the area. I know I will next time!

This hotel rooms are bit dated, so we had some issues during 1st night which was immediately addressed next morning by the management and adjustment was done accordingly. Overall, great stay.

The hotel was very nice and staff were great. There were a few hiccups with our stay but staff went above and beyond to accommodate. When we arrived we'd origionally booked a suite but it wasn't ready for us when we got there. At first they asked us to wait while the finished up cleaning it (they offered a discount for the inconvenience) but after an hour waiting they said it wasn't going to be ready and upgraded us to 2 rooms without upcharge and with a discount on our origional purchase. We weren't too upset with the wait and were very greatful for the upgrade. We were super impressed with their service and their accommodation, the only reason I docked a star is because of the pool. The water was way too cold to swim and they have the jacuzzi turned off despite having to register (ie book) the pool for an hour per room. That's was a little disappointing as all of our party loves using pools at any hotel we stay at. Also staff couldn't raise the temperature, because apparently it's preset at the "perfect" temp. It felt like the pool heater wasn't even working which was very disappointing. If they fix their pool I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Room was okay. Walls were filthy and bathroom wasn't great either. Lamp wasn't working and neither was the TV. I'm sure we could have had those issues fixed but couldn't be bothered for one night. Probably wouldn't choose this location again.

The price doesn't match their low service quality. Ice vending works only on level 4, I was on the 2st. Room was mot properly clean, it was still ice/water in the ice bucket. No trolleys available for heavier suitcases. They said they have only 2 and they don't know where they at. Internet? Is there an Wi-Fi Internet? I connected twice my devices and both times, I barely opened an email.

Very very little variety for the continental breakfast.
Room could have been better cleaned. I definitely had to clean it again.weird splashes like, wine, blood or sauce by the jacuzzi walls in the washroom. Dont want to really know to be honest.good thing I walk with the disinfectant sprays, scrub brushes and cleaners I do. I ended up cleaning again.
This is no good.especially for COVID situations.
Oh room service also knocked my door at 830 am to clean my check out is 11am.

Pet friendly, which is AWESOME. Had my Rotty with me and he got lots of attention from people:) So he also enjoyed his stay! Very friendly staff. Clean room. Not a 5 star but was a very decent stay.:)

The place was clean and the air conditioning worked and the staff are friendly. The biggest letdown for me though was the breakfast. I understand that during covid the kitchen staff may be reduced. But I at least expected a nice pre packaged mean with eggs, bacon, maybe some fruit, bread, hash browns sausage. Instead we got a store bought muffin, a pack juice, and a yogurt. I just expected more.

Rooms are very nice, and the staff from the cleaning team to the front desk are very friendly and professional. Always a nice smile on their faces.

The only thing that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi (guests could also be more respectful of the pool area by showering prior to entering the pool).

If you don’t care too much about the pool or jacuzzi cleanliness, then this is a really nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Out of the 4 times I’ve been here, the rooms, hallways and lobby were always well kept.

Advice: Inspect and clean the pool properly daily at the end of the day.

Stayed here a number of times. Easy to get from 401. The rooms are good. There used to be construction in the past but seems all done during this visit. Have used their fitness center and pool. Its also good. Also, enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast is included. Selection is good as well for breakfast. If you are there by 5pm then can get complimentary cookies. Overall good place to stay.

No walking distance to anything because you're right off the highway at a dead end road in a more industrial area.
For the most part, this hotel was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. Awesome continental breakfast in the morning in a comfortable seating area.

The pool is a bit unclean, the outside environment is industrial so it's very loud all day and night with factory noises. The mini fridge has no freezer section, and the bathtub didn't hold water. Was a roof over the head, and a bed to sleep in.

Room are clean but the pool looked like they rent it out for dog swims it was very dirty and lots of hair floating on top when I told the manager he said he would have some one clean it. It should have been shut down but nope it was left open and kids were swimming in it. I wanted a place I could stay and use the pool and hot tub but could not. I will never stay at this place again. I hate places that charge more because they have a pool and then do not keep it up.

Understaffed and unpleasant atmosphere altogether. This place is a zoo!

Loud, rowdy, and pretty much like staying a in daycare where the children are in charge.

Staff try their best but there are not enough of them for the customer type they attract.parents with broods of children under the age of 12.

The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. Staff is polite and courteous, but overwhelmed.

One front desk clerk in the mornings to handle check ins and check outs, and no one else to walk around.

Gym equipment is being damaged by children whose parents are not with them and although there is a camera in the fitness centre, there are no employees to address the issue.

Breakfast is the typical North American sugarland. Some fresh fruit is available. Coffee is tasteless; a cup of hot water with a little bit of colour.

Frequent smell of people smoking a variety of things is also an issue.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast option. Pool was a bit small but kids enjoyed it and the hot tub. Staff was very courteous and welcoming. The only downfall is that because we were travelling kids brought their PS4 and the TVs there so not allow gaming connection. I even went as far to buy a tv for the night and they also blocked the amount of power in outlets to not allow gaming.

People stay here if they're travelling for work and visiting one of the businesses nearby. So it's in a terrible location for food and there's always random noises from outside at all hours. Walls are way too thin and the rooms are getting a bit dated.

Reliable service, reasonably priced, well located to Brampton, Mississauga and Pearson Airport. Great option for budget conscious business travelers.

My family and I recently travelled from the United States on a 9hr 21minutes trip to Toronto. Upon arrival at the Fairfield Inn and Suites I was very impress. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. From the moment that we check in until the second that we left the hotel our experience was absolutely satisfied. Raffi, Samta and the African American lady that check us out was phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Canada and I sure will stay here on many trips in the future again. Even though we have hotel experience, I must say that this hotel exceeds our expectation.

I booked a hotel room with their front desk directly a week ahead and gave them my credit card number. However, I got an email at 10: 24 am the same day I supposed to check in on Aug 4th 2018 saying that my credit card was declined. I did not see this email until 2: 00pm and called them right away. But I was told my room had been sold to someone else. I asked the front desk and both manager none of them could help me get a room that night. They had my phone number but did not call me. This hotel sold my confirmed the room to someone else who paid more because there was Caribana Parade in Toronto that day and hotels were all full and more expensive in Toronto for that weekend. I had to fly away on Aug 5th at Toronto airport. I could not find a hotel nearby and only found on about 40km away from airport. This was the only hotel who dishonest customer's confirmed booking in my many years of travelling. Please avoid booking with this hotel because you might have no place to stay at your arrival.

Location of the hotel is a bit away from the beaten track even though it is 2 minutes from the highway. In the sense, there is nothing you can walk to from the hotel. It is in an industrial area with lots of warehouses and truck traffic. However within 5 minutes drive there are plenty of commercial establishments including restaurants.
Checkin was bit of a disaster. I was anticipating on a friend that was going to be staying with me coming in earlier than me. I had called the hotel to alert them of this. They made it VERY CLEAR to me that unless they have my credit card preauthorized they will not be able to let me friend check in ahead of me. I took the time to fill out a preauthorization form with my card details, scanned and emailed it to the hotel. In addition to this, I had taken the trouble to ensure that the right credit card is on my Marriott profile. When I tried to checkin, they still had an old expired visa card on my details. All that drama and work that I went through for this! And. I am a Gold member of Marriott. Completely unimpressed. Very poor attention to detail and lack of customer focus.
Room was in order with 2 Queen beds as per the booking. Work Desk and plugs in all the logical points. Bathroom is spacious and nice. They dont provide Body Lotion. Not a good move! Not in line with other hotels that are in the same category. Lost marks here again.
Temperature in the room was comfortable and sleep quality was good. Plenty of pillows.
WiFi internet worked well, speeds were comfortable. Did not have to log in each time I connected. Very happy with this.
On Sunday afternoon, I had a few friends visit me. They had brought some lunch. Rather than eat in the room, I requested if we could eat in comfort on the tables in the breakfast area. They let me do this and we had an enjoyable time having lunch and talking. Appreciated this greatly.
Breakfast offerings were adequate. Usual offerings of both hot and cold options with juices, yogurt etc. No complaints.
Checkout was the next challenge. When I checked out the person at the desk reconfirmed my email address and said that the Invoice will be emailed to me. By next day it had still not arrived. Had to call the hotel again and remind. This person wanted to re-reconfirm my email once again. When I did it, it took 1 second to receive the Invoice on my email. Clearly the person the previous day had blown off doing this.
Overall, I would say quite a few rough edges when it comes to touch points with the customer.

Arrived on August 29th, needed a one night stay while my rig was getting fixed. Booked a room, was about $40 more expensive than I was told. Told them I was here for one night because my truck broke down and just needed a good night sleep as I was to start driving to Vancouver the next day. They gave me a room on a floor that was booked with a wedding party. People who have no respect for the fact that other people are staying there as well. They had their door latch over and kept going in and out of their room all night long with the door banging against the latch. Now I can understand a wedding is an exciting thing. When management was told about this, there response astounded me. It was a simple “oh.sorry”. That was it. Nothing more. No OFFER to compensate, no NOTHING. Was very disappointed in this. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Quite enjoyable. Pool and hot tub were nice, slide was closed. Rooms were very clean. Freezer didn’t exist as it was full of ice and needed to be defrosted, but I didn’t really use the fridge. Over all, due to the “customer service” aspect, I have to give it just 2 starts. Not very impressed.: (

Rooms were fine. Breakfast was good. Stayed with my wife and our children. After a long day we all looked forward to enjoying the pool. It was gross. Felt like you might get sick if you swam. Clump of hair on the deck. Big clump of hair in the pool. Oily surface to the water. The pool bottom was permanently stained which made the water look greenish. And there was dirt floating on the surface of the water. The front desk did compensate us for our disappointment but still pretty bad. No complaints otherwise
