We purchased four rolls of sod in and some topsoil in September to repair part of our front lawn which had been destroyed by grubs. It was our first time doing a project like this, and an employee at Fairgreen Sod Farms informed us on what we needed to do the job. Two months later, and the lawn looks fantastic. We followed the instructions and the sod grew beautifully. Would definitely re-purchase from Fairgreen for part of our backyard that needs work. Very happy with the results.

Rebecca is the best! If you are old-school, like me, and want someone to take the time to explain what they are doing and why, complete the (hard) work on time and on budget and do it all with a smile and +ve attitude then you will get the same experience we had. Customer Service is not dead!

I ordered 2 skids of sod. It was delivered in the late afternoon, I installed it the next morning & about 15 rolls became yellow. I was offered replacement rolls at contractor pricing when I feel they should of been replaced for free. I will never deal with this company again.

Amazing experience from beginning till the end. Rebecca and team are quite passionate about their work. They are very sensitive and sensible to your needs. Rebecca gave pretty good advice and helped make better decisions to beautify the yard. Their work was absolutely professional. We were quite stunned how they transformed our garden and lawn in just one day. Our yard and garden were full of weeds and now after the work, the yard looks absolutely gorgeous. We had Fairgreen install sod in our backyard just over 6 weeks ago. It has been a very pleasant experience throughout from start to finish. We had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca, who is super knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. We are very happy with the outcome of our lawn. We did have slight concerns a couple times with some brown spots and some areas with bare spots but nothing major. I emailed Rebecca with those concerns and she always promptly replied back with answers.
She even came by to have a look because I wanted her to check and provide us with some of her expertise for further care. She is super amazing and very helpful. We would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience dealing with Rebecca and her landscaping team! Rebecca listened to all of our concerns at our first meeting and provided her professional feedback and ideas. Ground prep is the most important part of resodding. Rebecca and her team did not skimp on that at all and spent the time to ensure it was done properly. They were meticulous at their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who requires resodding or reseeding work done.

My first time buying from Fairgreen - bought limestone screening and top soil recently. Top Quality product. Also very easy to deal with & very efficient - perhaps too efficient with their "Contactless Delivery" =)!
- Sales / Despatch failed to notify me about the delivery and by the time I called, they had already delivered and placed 3 massive bags where I didn't want them placed. However, after I requested the lady at Despatch that they move them, she was friendly & considerate and organized it the very next morning. I would buy from them again - in a heartbeat.

My previous contractor had left me with massive unfinished work and a yardful of waste. Rebecca Soeiro and her team found time to fit my job in and take up the flack, and did a PHENOMENAL JOB in under a day. A small lot is difficult to work with, and Rebecca showed amazing creativity in making it look wow! If I ever have a bigger yard, this is the team I'm going to call.

Fairgreen sod farms did an excellent job of installing the sods in my front and backyard. Rebecca’s excellent customer service is worth mentioning. She suggested solutions to all the little problems that she noticed around our area. She is very friendly and does an excellent job of supervising the crew and she works with them as well. I am glad we chose them to get our job done.

Fairgreen delivered damaged sod and denied any reimbursement. Sod should not look like this after less than 24 hours after delivery!

Great place, staff is friendly all around and price is fair. I brought 1 skid of grass couple days ago but after laying them out you can tell they mixed the sod from cuts the day before or even before that, as all of it was not fresh. Regardless the ones that looks dry are still alive, just have to water it a lot. I guess they save the fresh ones for preferred customers, I’m disappointed as I drove out there expecting quality fresh cut. As for recommendations, I won’t because it didn’t met my expectations. I’d advise if you have left overs you shouldn’t mix and deceived people, rather sell it for a lower price and be honest. The picture speaks for it self.

Every single time I see a driver pulling out of this place onto Hwy 48, they dont stop! Doesnt matter how fast you're going, how close to causing an accident they are, they dont care. No stopping, they just pull right out in front of cars. Dont know anything about this company, but since this is how you're presenting yourself, here take this 1 star!

It all depends on ground preparation and adequate watering whennit comes to sod success. However, I have had an amazing experience with this company. Fresh rolls and prompt delivery. The druver was amazing except that he failed to call me before delivery as I requested. Overall, if you lay the sod with in 6hrs of delivery and water it 3x day for the first week, you will suceed. My grass looks amazing!

Fairgreen Sod Farms re-sodded our front yard in Markham this month. They did a great job of stripping the old sod, levelling out several low spots, applying bug killer and finally laying the new sod. They checked with us at the completion of each stage and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Upon completion, they removed all debris and old sod and gave us detailed instructions on how to care for our new lawn which looks fantastic. I would heartily recommend them for their wonderful installation and exemplary customer service.

I bought sod this summer to redo my front and back yard. The service was prompt, delivery on time and price was right. It is now two months later and the lawn looks amazing! Thank you Fairgreen.

Nov 23/2020- three years later and the lawn still looks amazing

The sod wasn’t bad but we found several grubs in it and when I send them an email to that affect they just said that it’s normal. However I have never bought sod before that had grubs in it.

I've used Fairgreen many times. They have never disappointed me. Quick courteous delivery and sales. I'll be ordering again in the spring. Thank you and see you next year.

Great service for Asphalt company's needing a skid or more to needs of landscaping company needing trailer loads & home owner needing a pickup full, everyone is treated with professional courtesy, I highly reccomend Fairgreen.

Very pleased with the garden soil. The soil has some shredded plastic bag waste but much less than another supplier we used. We planted grass and after a month were surprised at how much grass grew and how few weeds there are (hard to tell if the weeds are from the soil or missing it with weed killer). We tried a little to test out and will order again next time.

Local for me. Good value. They could be a little more prompt when I pull into their yard. Had to wait a while before they loaded my trailer.

I'm a little late posting this. I got sod and triple mix this summer. Great quality sod and soil. Friendly service and staff.

Best supply of sod in Markham and north GTA. Excellent quality and pricing. Now one can even get aggregates there which makes life easier.

Quality sod and amazing soil mixtures. Always a pleasure to deal with them. The delivery driver was so accommodating and put everything exactly where I wanted it. Great soil for my garden and lawn.

Rude, uninterested, unhelpful when I called. Not the only game in town, so decided to go elsewhere.

Delivery and orders are fast and prompt. However, 2 of the 3 bags they gave me broke and I had to clean up spilled dirt or transfer to a new bag.

They also destroyed the driveway with two asphalt marks where the forklift was. I called repeatedly. They said they would get back to me.

They promised to come pick up the last dirt and fix the driveway. No manger called or came to fix it. Very disappointed at this level of service.

This is a fair warning to others depending on the service you want from this enterprise. Deliveries are fine, but customer service and support is not.

I could handle the first bag breaking, but the second? And the broken promises and damage?
