I’ve been coming here with both mat cats for years and it’s been great! That staff is awesome and always very helpful

Been going here for years, and even after moving 30 minutes further away we still visit. They’ve always explained things well, and they’re very honest. I’ve book my 3 pets (2 cats, 1 dog) all together and we’re out within 1.5 hrs, I find a perfect amount of time. They also kindly offer to help me carry the carriers and watch the kitties while I have the pup. My dog has anxiety, however loves the staff (and treats, haha), and I am comfortable with how they treat her. She’s also underweight and consistently check in on her health to ensure she doesn’t lose anymore. Recently, I’ve called to get a first time prescription for travelling and it went very smoothly. I have another puppy now and will continue to bring my pets here for as long as possible! They sure love animals, and my pets love em back.

Archie my 3.8 lb yorkie loves everyone at Fairmont. They treat your pets as if they were their very own. This past June I sadly had to put my dog Bentley down but they all were so comforting.

Our little yorkie Soleilah had her first puppy appointment yesterday and she loved every minute of it! The staff are all so kind and so loving, we are beyond happy to have chosen Fairmont!

Have used this animal hospital for more than 20 years. Have always been very happy with the service. Was a little concerned about the shortage of vets. After meeting Dr. Vicki we are confident that our needs will be met. She was very caring and helpful when treating our dog.

They were very patient with my pet. They even cleaned out his cat carrier after he had an accident. The vet explained everything clearly and was very thorough and gentle during the exam.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the amazing service they provide. They truly love and care for the animals that walk through their door as if they were their own. I always loved and appreciated how they treated my dog even though he is an absolute nightmare from the moment he would walk through the doors. I ordered specialty food from them often and always appreciated the promptness and good communication from the clinic staff. Had to put my beloved dog down last week, and once again was so thankful for how the staff treated me and my dog in his final moments. This is a great clinic, full of hard working and honest animal loving people.

We had to take our beloved dog Dane in last week to have him put to sleep. From the call to book the appointment right through the whole process they were wonderful, helpful and compassionate. They made one of the hardest and saddest experiences a pet parent has to go through less painful. We would highly recommend Fairmount Animal Hospital for all of your pets needs.

An amazing vet! I would recommend for anyone in London, the staff is incredible and they treated myself and Toulouse so well every time we called or came in. They have the option for the online VetStore which was so incredibly helpful when we had to put Toulouse on medicated food for a Urinary issue. Saved me from having to drive through London to pick it up and instead it was delivered directly to my door. We were clients of Fairmont for 5 years and the only reason I am leaving is due to a house purchase outside the city so we have had to switch. Pam at reception is the best, huge fan forever <3

We really love Fairmont Animal Hospital! We have 3 cats and the reception & tecs always remember us, our cats and their individual issues.

What I am so upset about is ; We rushed Our very sick cat in there. Within 20 minutes the vet went from saying We should pay them $1000 & Our beloved cat Bandit should go to the 24 hour animal emergency & We'd be paying top price. But within 20 minutes without even having time to cope or decide, we were then told We had to Euthanize. Not that night, not the next day but right then.
And it would have meant so much if the Vet explained why We couldn't make Bandit better. We had so many questions afterwards, but We don't know why 20 minutes was enough to be certain He couldn't get better?
I hope staff read this. That would have made it easier for Us to accept. But We went home devastated with so many questions & no answers. We also weren't told this tiny urn was going to cost $200.
I had to Edit this as Fairmont kept their word & mailed Me my cat's paw print. It was ever so appreciated! And it meant the World to Us, sincerely.
My only complaint was just that I wish the Vet would have talked with Us more, or explained why my cat got so sick so quickly.
Otherwise the service was FANTASTIC
& We most Sincerely appreciate them taking Our cat (who had been referred there by Our Vet - East Middlesex Animal Clinic, as Dr. Dev was doing surgery that day & couldn't come out to see Our animal so We had to race to Fairmont) They took Our beloved Bandit INSTANTLY & got him comfortable & pain free.
If I EVER change vets it will 100% DEFINITELY BE TO FAIRMONT ANIMAL HOSPITAL!

They take such amazing care of our new puppy, always available to answer questions over the phone and quick to get us in to see the vet when needed!

Great prices & great staff. If you leave a message on the answering machine, they will call back the same day. I am always satisfied with the veterinarian's work. They are very thorough when explaining the work they have done. Thanks Fairmont Animal Hospital!

These folks are very caring and professional, and we've had great service from them. However, their prices and constant push to buy products from them have made us change vets. Our pets last exam, which might have lasted 15 minutes, was billed at just under $100, before tax. No tests or vaccines were administered.

They're caring. But not appropriate in their prices in my opinion. If money doesn't matter to you, they're very good.

I am so, so pleased with every single staff member at Fairmont (especially my girls vet Dr. Sarah Wells). My rescue Theo came to me with heartworm which was such a terrifying discovery. Dr. Wells has worked diligently to make sure she receives the best care and I am comfortable with the entire process. She personally checks in to see how Theo is coming along with her treatment. Heartworm is one of the scarier diagnoses to hear and deal with, and yet this hospital has made the entire process a positive one for me and my baby.

The staff LISTEN - they respond to emails quickly and validate all the concerns you may have about your baby. I am so happy my friend recommended Fairmont to me and that little Theo's health is in their hands.

Very good with 1st visit with our 3 yr old hyper rescue - got the meds and exam done. They offered to have us just do some visits (once Covid19 restrictiond are lifted) to acclimatize our dog to the clinic staff and environment. She is friendly once she gets to know someone but always defensive with strangers.

The most incredible veterinary office! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Fairmont is a money-driven animal clinic. Your pet/best friend deserves nothing but the best and Fairmont is mediocre.

I just called in Fairmont Animal Hospital today and I wanted to transfer my puppy from a previous vet to this clinic as I thought I'm more confident with their services in bringing my dog in here but the lady on the phone they just flat out refused said they're not taking in new clients. I understand that they're all fully booked but I wasn't even gonna bring my dog in today cause she's already done with all her vaccination for the whole year.
I just wanted to sign her up in the system so she could visit in next year for her next shots. The lady on the phone said she just couldn't take her in. I just felt terrible and unwelcome. Bad reception right there, upfront!

Sincere and loving to their patients. Everything is perfectly explained. Very happy I chose this place.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! They answer any questions I have, fairly priced, are friendly and truly love the animals and their job!

I'm new to London and decided to take my dog in for her shots as they needed to be updated. I was a few mins late but am still learning my way around the city. They were very understanding of this. They were absolutely excellent! My dog is a rescue and because of her past does not like strangers and can become very defensive and difficult to handle. They were VERY understanding and tried a few different things to make her comfortable with the situation, where as my last vet would just muzzle her which would make her more uncomfortable. They found alternate ways and she didn't need to be muzzled. It was a great experience! I highly recommend!

We received top notch care for our beloved cat, Dusty, from start to finish. The professionalism and compassion shown to Dusty and to us has helped us during an extremely difficult time. I strongly recommend anyone to bring their pet to Fairmont Animal Hospital!
