Have a current loan with your organization a few days ago I get a call saying you didn't take the full amount you were approved for would you like to. I said sure sent them the documentation and than get a call back saying I was denied. What a horrible way to do business. Do you think this is going to inspire loyalty. I have had generally good experiences with your organization before. I am so very disappointed in your service.

I had a bad experience I went to apply for a loan at first I was attended to by a lady I don't remember her name she was very kind when I went to bring her some papers that I was missing Dharmik attended me and told me that the lady who attended me is sick and she didn't know when I was going to return The process began with Dharmik, I left him my papers, I went several times and he did not give me a solution to the loan, he is disinterested and tells me that the papers that I gave him he gave to another person in the office so that he could continue with the procedure. But that person left work and my papers were thrown in the trash. I did not proceed with the loan. I am upset and I hold Dharmik responsible for my documents if anything happens with my information.what a bad service

I was approved for a loan. Then asked for document, after document after document. Was told “I will call you back” that was last week. I gave up and went to somewhere else that didn’t pressure me into taking the max amount I was approved for instead of the amount I needed.

The staff at Fairstone at The Centre on Barton are welcoming and friendly! Lorne is fantastic and very personable and makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. He shows great understanding and listens to what you say and offers his advice of how you should proceed with your financial situation as everyone's is unique. Thank you for all your help!

I had a great positive experience with Lorne. He was extremely helpful and so great with kids too! He kept my daughter engaged while working efficiently. He remained positive the entire time, he was patient and very understanding throughout the process. Krinal and Marissa were great supports as well. I really appreciated all the patience and positivity.

Came into office to make my payment, Lorne
and Krunal helped me considerably. Very pleasant and put a nice smile on my face.

Dharmik was very helpful.
Krunal was excellent helping him completing the process.
Lorne jumped in when I had specific technical questions about the home and auto protection. Overall excellent service. Got my emergency financial needs covered.

I dealt with Lorn! 10/10 exceptional service I’ve never wanted to deal with a company more would come back here every day just to chat with him and his colleagues thanks Lorn and Fairstone for the good experience I will suggest all friends and family wish I could give 10 stars!

No idea who sold them my information, but I constantly get mail, with my personal information on it, from them stating I have been pre approved for a personal loan. I have never been to their company every, and quite frankly never will because of how shady this is.

Who is selling you contact names?
I received an unsolicited loan card for your Upper Ottawa branch in my name with no return address on the envelope. Stop doing this to me and all the other people you have and will do

Should be illegal for you to tell me to get another loan when I'm having a hard time making payments to a loan I already have. Absolutely disgusted in this business and the people who work at the Barton Street store in Hamilton.

Very sympathetic group of individuals at this location, it’s great to see that the world still has people that want to help and not just make it about money. Highly recommend coming to this location.

I have never heard of these people in my life. Have never dealt with them and yet the put a report on my credit that I owe them over $21,000. Except for my mortgage I have never even had a debt this high to anyone. Equifax will be looking into this fraudulent claim. Disgusting. The only other thing I can think of is identity theft and that scares me as much as this does. I only have a 1 rating so I could leave a comment.

Can never get ahold of any employee at this location to answer questions. Have put in 3 inquiries and all have gone unanswered/ignored.
Very frustrating and huge disappointment.

Place is a rip off don't accept any loans from this place high interest rates also if you can't afford it don't buy it!

I don't even want to give a star! Yeah they helped me out in a time of need, but jfc. Showing up at my house for $135.00? Can you say HARASSMENT? ! I wish I never went through these people!

Wow I was going to go here on Monday and i have a good paying job but after these reviews no thanks my god. Thank god for reviews. I see nothings been done to make it right either so thats a for sure no from me
