These people are greedy. After my brother passed away they did withdrawal of installments from his bank account and never returned the money to his spouse. When I called them they said oh we can't take money from person who passed away and we will return it, since 2 months and contacting them multiple times they don't respond. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE and BRANCH and COMPANY.

I had a very good experience with Dhruv the lending Specialist 1 quick easy step my loan was approve. He is very friendly and I will say if you want your loan approve I recommend that you see him.

Absolutely horrible service. Took me 4 weeks to close my account and 10+ calls. They try to avoid me and transferred me serveral times. Would not recommend getting a loan or line of credit with them. I'm still currently working on closing the aaccount even tough it was paid in full 4 weeks ago. They keep calling me every week with promotions even though i expressed many times i am not interested and asked to stop calling me. Stay Away!
