WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY! I literally only have $21.00 left on my loan and they still took out $80 from my account today. I have been paying $80 a month since 2021. I paid an extra $80 yesterday on top of my regular January payment to pay off my loan. THIS IS GREED AT IT'S FINEST.

I unfortunately didn't understand a particular part of the loan and now paying an obscene amount of money back. Do not use this company no matter what. I wish I stuck with my original $2000 instead of going with $10k (even though I didn't need it). This is really horrible and upsetting to know that I am financially restricted so badly now. I took the loan out so that I can pay for online school which was only a $400 course.

After reaching out to Fairstone about changing the loan, my experience with the company has improved. I don't think I should have had to take out another loan nonetheless.

Fairs tone is amazing but these place locate in Kitchener ontario Not organized place.ridiculous customer service. Unprofessional people.

I just recently had the most amazing experience at Fairstone on Fairway. Manuj was very professional and understanding. He definitely made my time there calm and efficient. I have already recommended this company and location to a few people. Keep up the awesome work!

I had a very good experience with this branch. The financial reps were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is for them to go over the details of the loan beforehand so that you have all of the information beforehand.

Went there for a loan and had the pleasure of dealing with anushree (hope I spelled it right) and I believe her colleague was Hardik who was very informative, helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend
