No clear information on loan amount. Please be aware about their insurance amount which is optional. And you have the right to say no and cancel the insurance amount. Agent is very disrespectful and have attitude problem. Lack of customer service. They randomly talk out and change the policy to however they can so they can loot people off with higher interest rates.

I think this company is a joke. I make more than $500 per week and I have a 733 credit score but their excuse for not giving me a $1000 loan is that I'm working under 35hrs per week

This guy Raj made it so much easier for me to get a loan. He was fast and he values his customers in high regard. Even near closing time, he didn’t see it as a problem and still got his job done.

Had an appointment Oct. 13,2022 for my personal loan to Ms. Christine Llewellyn she greeted me like we knew each other already, but it happened she got an applicant so she endorsed me to Ms. Laura Connors it was very fast processed my loan even I arrived last min.already, They were very, kind, accomodating, excellent costumer service and dealing with me professionaly. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.from df

I have been requesting an email summary of my payment. However, they always inform me on the phone with different amounts than the website. They keep calling and ignoring my email request.
To make the payment I’d like to know why the amounts are different. I am, again, requesting a summary. Please provide an email with the details of payment so I could make my payment. Please do not call. I am working 9-5: 30.

The lady (Christine Llewellyn) before hanging up the phone on me told me she was going to send an email and it’s been a week. I do receive phone calls but an email.

I truly don’t understand why it is so hard to do it unless they mix up the amounts.

Please take action, so I can make my payments.

Edit:
I am called again, requested the email about the matter they call. She asked if I’d call back, I would like to receive an email. I asked her to be respectful about my request instead of trying to call. She literally HUNG UP the phone. Please take action.
