Recently purchased a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fairview Chrysler. Gabriel Lioris helped me a lot in answering all my questions and he quickly found the vehicle I want, he worked out the most competitive pricing. He was so patient with me making my decision. After the purchase, he patiently spent his valuable time explaining every vehicle function and answered all our questions before I left. It's also worth mentioning the Finance manager Jaksa Stankiewicz who was just as respectful and straight forward. No hidden fees no pushy add-on sales pitch extras, just the direct costs, detailed explanation of every line item and all done in a direct and very quick sit down. We recently got a new car at this facility. Alex was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that we were happy with the car model, color and options. On the day we received our car, Alex walked us to the car, helped us connect our phones and made sure that we understand all the options. He was smiling and very positive all the time even when it was a very busy Friday evening. We are very happy and satisfied with our experience with Alex and Fairview Chrysler Dodge.

Was looking at a vehicle that I wanted to lease. Had a trade in vehicle as well. Spent time with a great sales person who came up with a deal which was acceptable. Gave them $1000 to seal the deal. The leasing manager even approved the deal and we were all set. We'll at least I thought so. We were just waiting on approval from Newport leasing their in house lease company and that was done. Then it happened.got a call from the salesman saying that the OWNER turned down the deal as the residual value he wanted to raise it by $5000! I intended on buying the vehicle after the 3 year lease so this was unacceptable. I went to another dealer just down the road and got an even better deal than the original! Why would an owner micro manage not only his salesman but also his leasing manager. Seems agreed upon deals there mean nothing.

Another incident was back in 1998. I had a Dodge viper. I needed the clutch done. Well when I went to pick up my 94 viper they had scratched the interior around the stick shift. They had to replace the entire dashboard and matching trim after many arguments. Original dash was not available as Chrysler had modified the color so it was never the same!

Also when I was originally going to buy the Viper in 93 this dealership was gouging at thousands above MSRP. Ended up getting one at MSRP at Erin Dodge Chrysler.

So avoid this place. You work hard for a good deal and the micro managing owner can put an end to your deal if he doesn't like it.

I purchased a 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk from Fairview Chrysler and they made it ax excellent experience. This is the first brand new vehicle I bought and didn’t feel pressured to make the purchase.
Salesman Mike Prymak was very professional and was able to answer any questions, plus he gave me the space & time needed to make a decision on my purchase. A couple days after the purchase they followed up to make sure everything was working fine. I did have a minor issue and the response had been quick and straightforward.
I would highly recommend Fairview Chrysler to my friend, family and co-workers.

Everyone was so nice but I was given my Subaru with 3 trash tires and 1 new one on my all wheel drive. Took it home and was pulling unsure why and found out now I have to fork out $1100 for new tires. Also asked for the refundable deposit too find out they put it towards the car when I specifically asked for it back.

The worst experience ever. I went there for a test drive then one of the guys came drive test with me with a running nose. Then guess what I’m Covid now!

Purchased a new vehicle through them and couldn't be happier. Nick and Jaksa went above and beyond on several occasions. They ironed out all complications with my early lease return which involved co-ordinating with another dealership that was challenging to deal with. They walked me through the process and breakdown step by step and also explained the warranty in detail. Both Nick and Jaksa are very responsive to emails and texts. AMAZING service at this dealership. Louis and Alex were absolutely fantastic with us. We purchased a brand new vehicle and had a few concerns after picking it up. When we contacted them, they immediately went into action and did everything they could to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and switched it for the one we were most comfortable with. 5 star experience for sure. It was a pleasure to deal with this dealership. Everyone was open and up front with all costs associated with the purchase of the truck. They also accommodated our request for different tires, and while not able to trade the old tires on the truck for the new ones, they gave us a good deal on them.
Alex was our first point of contact and was great. Very attentive to our needs but not pushy. Jaksa was great to deal with on the financing end, explaining our options on undercoating, extended warranties, etc, but not pushing anything.
We even got an email from Louis checking in on a Sunday morning to make sure we were happy with the whole process.

This is not a negative review. I would say though that there was very little that stood out about my first service experience at Fairview Chrysler. I purchased a late model Jeep product from a dealer outside the area and Fairview along with Unique are the two choices for OEM Jeep service in Burlington; along with several non-OEM choices; for regular maintenance like oil changes, brake service and alike. Fairview experience was "ok" and did not stand out given I was a new customer and had never been there before as well as never experiencing a Chrysler or Jeep service shop before ever. I did email the Service Manager to provide my feedback, before writing this here. Hopefully my future experience (s) will improve based on the feedback provided.

Fast and easy. Got the vehicle that I wanted. I dealt with Alex, highly recommend you talk to him if you're going to get a vehicle. Very honest he looked after me after hours when he wasn't scheduled to work he was still there to make sure I was happy and got what I needed. Great workmanship.
