I called with a question, they answered on the 1st ring and had exactly what I needed. Great service.

I ordered about 100 pieces of lumber, and they sent me all of their rejects. Not a single piece was straight or free of substantial defects.

I had some lumber ordered through a third party who is a contractor for my covered deck ceiling. Received lumber that I would not even use for a cattle barn, and there is no refund. Don't order any fine lumber t and g of any sort from these guys. Product is absolutely trash. Go anyw here but here. I went into the store yesterday to see what type of material they offer for this type of task and I'm surprised to see that they had stuff that looked half deesent, not sure why I got trash. I also work for the largest construction company in KW and I'll make sure I'll spread the word around.

Store is very nice, with knowledgeable staff. Always enjoy shopping there.
