Fairyland Theatre Kid's Party Entertainment

The worst and upsetting experience ever, not only that the entertainer did not show up, I was given any info as to why they are late only 1.5 hours after the promised time. The kids already waited and got tired and left for the day. No matter what the reason might be there should have been communication. My daughter was so unhappy as she was looking forward to meeting the character from almost a month. Thank you for spoiling the experience for us.

We had two entertainers for my sons 4th birthday party. One dressed as optimus prime. All the kids had so much fun and said it was the best party they had been to. The entertainers were wonderful and so energetic. They played so many fun games with the kids. Will definitely book in the future.

Kids had a blast. They are so entertaining and really know how to engage with the kids. I would definitely book with them.

I want to say: Great job! Elsa was very beautiful. She held many interesting games: Children collected snowflakes, competed who would collect the most, threw snowballs at each other, Elsa brought a huge snow parachute.

In general, it was a lot of fun. All the guests loved it too. My daughter has been looking forward to meeting Elsa for a whole month. After the party, every evening she remembered this meeting, how Elsa talked to her, told a fairy tale, sang and danced.

Very professional and amazing service. When we ordered Elsa she came on time and super interactive with the kids. I honestly I can say much happy my kids ended up being in the end. Truly a magical experience for my daughters birthday

This place is a ripoff they do parties and also ballet classes as well. The mother is not friendly at all. I got around $300 rip-off my daughter was taking ballet classes and had to undergo open heart surgery I spoke with the owner’s daughter which is the ballet teacher and she said no problem she will not deposit the cheque for the month she had the surgery and will wait when and if she can return. But when I saw the cheque was cashed I called and spoke with the rude mother who said that’s not her fault my daughter had surgery and she cannot refund me my money. There is a God and I thank him my daughter is much better now after her surgery but he is not asleep he’s awake and serves justice to all

We celebrated my daughter 1st first birthday here. It was excellent. The staff was accommodating helpful, professional and so sweet. We had a blast. My guest were entertained and comfy. If your looking for an funtastic time, Fairyland Theatre Kid's Party Entertainment is the place! Thanks once again

I would give this place a one star, but in all fairness the staff was friendly and the kids enjoyed the party.
That being said, the first thing I was told when entering the place is the fact that the only washroom is broken and not to be used for "#2". They apparently have another washroom in another part of the building for those guests who need a washroom for "#2". The washroom was in bad condition without any toilet paper. They also made sure to announce the "#1 and #2" rule on the speaker, which was embarrassing to our guests.
The rest of the place was not in a better condition. There was dirt and leftover food everywhere and the coffee maker water reservoir was so dirty that nobody even bothered having coffee. The juice that was included in our package came from a bottle that appeared to have been used before, probably at another party.
When the party was over, we literally had minutes to get all our belongings out and had to move everything to the front lobby so the they can clear up the space for the next party, instead of allowing us reasonable time to leave without being pressured.
I have participated in numerous birthday parties for both my daughters and their friends, and this place clearly needs some work done to bring it to an acceptable level, especially for the price they charge.
The issues I raised are not an isolated case and in fact have been ongoing judging by other reviews.

We had our daughters 5th Birthday party here last weekend. Let me start off by saying that everyone at Fairyland theater was very nice! Aside from that the party was a total mess. First we get there about 8 minutes before our party and there were still people there from the previous party, it was dirty and messy (I wanted to cry), the owner was trying to clean but I don't think she even had a cloth, because the tables were left so dirty from the other party, I was embarrassed when our guests started to arrive. The face painting was a joke, clearly the girl had no experience in face painting, I could have done way better myself as I have some background in arts, also as an entertainer she had zero experience, kept referring to the ponies as princesses and a couple times messed up her lines, zero energy, just kind of BLAH then the owner decides to join in, she had on regular clothes and really should not have been part of the entertainment (very embarrassing) and the place is not cheap! On a positive note, this place has a lot of potential, they just need to put some heart into it, have at least half hour between parties, at least! And get better more professional entertainers, and clean up the outside/ front, the place looks horrible when you drive up, super dingy, is it really that hard to clean the windows and put up a few updated posters, add balloons so that people know it's a party. I'm not one to post negative reviews but I felt that people should know this prior to booking, I regret not going somewhere else.

I don't even know where to begin with this one. We went there to celebrate a friend's baby's 3rd birthday. The little guy loves his superheroes, specifically, Batman and captain America. They were promised to have both super heroes together, that didn't happen. Face painting was also bismal. My friend was super upset. I would be too, you pay for a service to make your child happy, and when he sits there confuses and keeps asking doe Captain America and it doesn't happen it is just wrong. Won't be recommending this place.
