The best falafel plate I have ever had. Super fresh food. The owner also gave me my first vegetarian grape roll to try - delicious. Great vegetarian options and such much variety. Will be coming back with friends and family to try it all! Thank you for your kindness!

Good but portion sizes depend a lot on who is serving. The husband makes much smaller sandwiches, to the point where I'm still hungry after.

Delicious food (best falafel wrap I've ever had), very friendly people, it's family owned and operated and a mainstay in the community. What's not to love? !

I decided to try their food for the very first time, even though I've lived in the neighborhood for many years. I parked my car at the back of their store and happened to see the store owner, Fadi. I asked him if it was okay to park there, as I was picking up food, and he kindly said it was absolutely fine. So, I parked and went into their store to order a plate. I informed Fadi that I was going across the street to get some coffee and would be back shortly. He said that it was not a problem at all. Fadi was a very nice and charming guy.
I returned after 2-3 minutes to get my car and leave. However, this time, his son was there with his car, yelling and shouting at his dad, mom, and the staff, wondering why they allowed someone to take his spot. I didn't get involved and got into my car, intending to leave. However, his son aggressively ran up to my car and angrily asked me to roll down the window. I complied, and he screamed at me, saying that I was not allowed to park there. I told him that I had asked Fadi, and he had given me permission. His son then mentioned that he was Fadi's son and insisted that I should not have parked there. He blamed me for creating a mess, as cars were waiting behind his car since he had parked in the middle of the alleyway. He continued shouting at me, but I managed to pull out and leave.
His son's behavior made this experience very unpleasant for me. I wish he hadn't treated me that way. I genuinely felt scared and terrified due to his aggressive behavior towards the staff and the way he ran to my car, trying to reach my window. (I'm a petite woman.) I've never felt so unsafe as I did today. I won't be returning to this place solely because of this incident, and I hope his son gets some anger management sessions.

One of my places where I love to go in Toronto and I advise anyone to visit this place with delicious dishes. Thanks for read my review and God bless all.

I liked the food prepared by Fadi. Very professional and gentle man. I liked his service so much that today I decided to come on purpose to eat there.

However, there were 3 other people working, 2 young women and a man. They DIDN’T use gloves! I was shocked to see how they touched food and bread with their hands. This is not professional and not hygienic at all!

They need to be instructed on hygiene rules, as gloves and clean surface is the first thing customers notice when coming in.

I would give 5+ for Fadi and 1- for the other shirt guys.

This is one our weekly go to places for middle eastern food! We do pickup and we drive from Oakville for this.

Popped in today based on a recommendation from a family member, and wow! Had a falafel wrap that was excellent, and priced beyond fairly. Wild come back just for that, but the real star of the show was the pistachio baklava. Perfectly cooked, not too sweet, all the flavours of pistachio honey rose coming through in balance. Absolutely stunning. Top it off with incredibly friendly staff who were obviously very proud of what they serve, we will be back without a doubt!

Honestly sooooooo good! If you're ever in the area pick up a chicken shawarma wrap and you won't be disappointed. Family owned and they are amazing! Have been going here for years and they continue. Brought my gf here and we had a sandwhich after she was finished she went to order another one to go! Addicting!

I could go here everyday if I could; the food is incredible, the staff are so nice, and the facilities and restaurant are very tidy and clean. I'd totally recommend this place to anyone who's in BWV!

Chicken shawarma dinner was delicious. Really tasty and fresh plate. Chicken was just a little dry but I'm sure that's not always the case as everything was fresh and tasty.

Will come again when I'm in the area for sure!

This place is a gem! And they saved my dinner tonight! I picked up a salad and dessert on a whim, to round out a meal after getting a shawarma from a nearby restaurant who shall not be named. The shawarma from the other restaurant was so bad I couldn’t finish it, but luckily the salads were so generous (and they even gave me a falafel for free) that I had a great meal regardless. They are super friendly and everything is delicious. Also they bake the baklava themselves. Will be back for sure

The combo wrap with beef and falafel was so filling and flavorful! Highly recommend. I like that they don't douse everything in sauce. Rather, you can taste the flavor of the items you're eating

I really enjoyed the chicken shawarma dinner. It was tasty, I would recommend it to my friends and family. Delivery service was quick and efficient.

Staff was not wearing mask properly (I still do not understand why it is so complicated for some people to put the mask over their nose)

Old school family (I think) owned and operated. The falafel is very good, crispy, not too greasy, and firm on the inside. The platters are delicious and the sandwiches are packed with meat and veggies. Baklava is made in house and OMG!

Best place in Toronto for falafels.
Try the Janina wrap, it's delicious and named after a family member! So happy to support this local shop and community members.
Worth the drive across town

Love this place, a local staple in the Bloor West Village, been coming here for years.
The food is delicious, owners are very friendly & welcoming.

Deliciously authentic, no frills shawarma. Although the chicken came out of the hot table, it isn't dry and has a lot of flavour. Toppings are authentic. Hygeine guidelines seemed to be followed well. Excellent volume of meat and veggies.

Wrap style could be improved as it got messy toward the end. Hot sauce isn't very spicy.

Wow! Dropped in for some takeout. We had a shawarma and felafel plate, fantastic! Amazing home made felafel, really, really good.

And, great friendly service.

I've been here many times, I had just forgotten how great it was.
