Errol is an amazing professional hair dresser. He knows his job and takes his sweet time to complete the job done at his satisfaction & then at customer's. Never had a complaint since three years.

My son gets his hair cut here all the time and is always pleased. I love the way he looks after as well.
Very important: I recommended that an appointment be made. Otherwise, you may not get a haircut by walking in.

Always happy with the service and cut. Great crew and very friendly. Clean place and the have the skills for a great cut and shave. They also have been very accommodating when I need a haircut last minute.

$40 bucks most expensive cut I’ve ever paid. And even then it was also the most rushed cut I’ve ever had. Didn’t follow the pic I showed either, and my barber seemed almost mad at me.

Errol provides a fantastic service. 5/5 and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new barber in that area!

I only dealt with Bill. I get fast and great cuts and rarely had to wait. Wish it had its own parking. Good place and good people.

Absolutely recommend this place! Awesome friendly staff and they did my two boys hair today and man could I tell you I was so impressed! My kids NEVER went near a buzzer or barbershop in 6 and 5 years as that’s their age this was their first time and they were so friendly and gentle with my boys I was super happy! My kids overcame their fear because of this place? 10/10!

Is this a barbershop or a pet store. Clippers used for pets. In a hurry to cut people hair and dont style it when done and have the nerves to ask for 30$. 15$ is too much for such horrible service. Dirty place hair all over the chair and floor. No thank you no have nice day, just horrible

My son has been to this barbershop for two hair cuts and the work has been amazing. He has seen Stunty twice and both times he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work and a great atmosphere. There is upbeat music playing, the people are laughing and having a great time.it is just an awesome place to visit and get a great hair cut!

I easily make an appointment online and we are never left waiting. Stunty is our guy and great with kids!

I take my son's here to get their hair cut, the Barber Errol is very experienced the kids feel really comfortable with him. Plus I appreciate the fact that the shop is super clean and sanitized in between each client!

I was in town for my wedding and needed a haircut on short notice. I looked up the closest place to my hotel and I was in luck as Errol took me as a walk-in customer with no appointment. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had, and is a really nice guy. I highly recommend this barber shop.

Unfortunately their online payment system doesn’t work properly which put me in an embarrassing situation where I thought I paid, but apparently they don’t receive the money.

Best barbers in falls. Good and positive energy from the barbers. Suggest to have appoint booked before showing and always call before showing up. If you are going to show up impromptu and you got plans, then go an two or one hr ahead depending on your plan for the day. Enjoy

These guys were very professional and put together two great haircuts and outlines for myself and my cousin. Nunu did a perfect job trimming my Beard and accommodating my requests! Top notch place, anytime I’m back visiting from Toronto I’ll be stopping in! Thank you gentlemen.

First I booked online and they didn’t take me. No problem- I waited about 1hr. Sat on the chair and showed the guy specifically what I want on my phone with pictures. He started and just put his own twist on it and absolutely butchered it and apologized 10 times, which was nice. Still charged me $30.

I just shaved my head and beard. Don’t go to this place if it’s your first time. Trust me. Not worth it.

This place is fantastic! I first took my 3 sons more than 4 years ago when we were looking for someone that could assist with my youngest wanting his jersey number shaved into the side of his hair for hockey playoffs. The guys are hilarious and we all left with sore bellies from laughing so hard and my guys were thrilled with their cuts (especially the #2 and the flame cut into littlest's hair) My middle son, now 18 wouldn't think of ever going elsewhere. He swears by Erroll. Loves his humour. Even back in the day before you could book and you could wait hour or two for your turn. (yes it is that popular.they are great!) Noah still only wanted to get Erroll to do his cut. Having the ability to book an apt time now is a great addition. The new look transformed the place and the website is very user friendly and looks nice too. Guys, if you are looking for a new place to get a good cut look no further. Seriously, the barbers are talented, the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, the conversation will be sure to keep you smiling and you'll get a great cut for a great price. I cannot say enough about Erroll and this shop.

Nice Barber shop especially for afro-Caribbean hairs. I went there with my wife and my two boys. We had a good service and the hairs were well cut. The shop is spacious. The musics played for the time were there was 100% Jamaican. One of the things I would recommend is having a Barbershop Vacuum, there were a considerable amount of hairs on the floor and the sitting areas. I would recommend this shop for a clean cut.

TL;DR: 20$ isn’t worth waiting for me anymore, making an appointment means nothing, even if you’re a regular who refers customers.

Quick preface, i never write reviews and i take no issue with the barbers as people.they’re all nice, friendly and inviting.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year, about once a month. 90% of those visits are below expectations even knowing what i’m paying. Every time i make an appointment, which is most of the time, i have to wait at least 20 minutes to get into a chair for a SCHEDULED appointment.if you don’t make one, you can be sitting there for hours (which i’ve done many times). Most of the time i shrug it off; it’s a business, they need to make money and sometimes hair cuts run longer than expected/people are late, etc, etc.

BUT when i made my appointment (24 hours in advance) for today i mentioned, “i need to catch a bus, i’m gonna swing by early to see if it’s a possibility to get me in early”. I stopped in 30 minutes early and it was incredibly busy, talked to Errol just to see if it was a possibility even though the chances were slim. Errol had asked a gentleman that was waiting if he had an appointment with him, the gentleman said “no, i am a walk in”. So i told him i’d be back, i was just going to grab food. I walk back in 5 minutes before MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and the guy who said was a WALK IN was in getting a hair cut during MY PRE BOOKED appointment when I LET HIM KNOW i was in a hurry. All Errol did was look at me while i waited for yet another useless 15 minutes.

I’ve tolerated this places wait times for so long because my friends go here, they always do at least a decent job and they seem like good people making an honest living. But i’ve been burned one too many times by this place, which is awful for a returning customer who always tips and refers other customers. Ridiculously unprofessional. Also, change the website so other people can book appointments for the other barbers, why have 4 barbers but you can only make an appointment for 1?

wanted to give a 1 star but 2 stars because they’re good barbers, great considering the cost.however appointments are intrinsically worthless in my experience so you’ll always be stuck waiting.

What kind of business makes your appointment, asks you to come 10mins early, goes so far as to remind you the day of your appointment.that you have an appointment. THEN DOESN’T EVEN SHOW UP?

I had a 10am, showed up at 950 and waited 20mins and still no one showed up. No sign in the window, no way to get a hold of the shop. No phone calls to me saying they would be late or anything.

I’m very disappointed. Good barber but the business admin needs ALOT of work.

Professional friendly service at economical prices. Highly recommend this place. A true barber with more than 20 years of experience.
