Went there to get some original equipment supplies for my car. Parts department staff were friendly. They had the items in stock. It was a bit pricy but I expected that at a dealership and was willing to pay the premium for OEM supplies.
Went there for an oil change.made an appointment as I would wait for the job to be completed. Still took 1hr and 15 minutes.not sure what the hold up is.refining the oil out back? Staff were pleasant, there is a TV in the waiting room. But very expensive excessive mark up. Its only mobile 1 oil.even Wal-Mart carries this stuff.not sure I will return based on the price -

It's long story, but the short cut of it is I got misinformed multiple times which leads to scamming from the sales department and the customer service, too. Just be careful dealing with this dealership and you have to record the calls with them because they will deny what they tell you.

We have a lease 2018 brand new chevy equinox, after 100km having issues with automatic starter. The car will not start for hours. Was told we need a new battery for the vehicle and spent over $700 for a new one. 2 mothns later same issue. Was told its the system in the back of the car that controls the key fobs and tire system and have to spent another $680. "We will really dig in this time" ABSOLUTE JOKE. Stay away from these vehicles

The service was excellent. Service tech Nick P.was great, everything ran as expected, he arranged and confirmed shuttle service, and no one tried to up sell me or tell me I needed unnecessary repairs. I will be back at this Niagara Falls Dealership.

Sale's rep was awesome would recommend seeing Jeff at the dealership he goes above and beyond to help you get what your looking for. Traded my pickup truck on December 21 and forgot my 4 floor mats.spoke to the sale rep that same night about heading in to pick them up the next day and 2 of my 4 floor mats are missing and nobody knows where they are. There service center sucks wouldn't recommended to get service from this location they don't want to work with your schedule. You have to take a day off to work with there schedule.stay away from the service center.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I had a problem with my auto stop feature on my Buick and called Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC to schedule a service appointment. Sure enough they asked me to come in the very next day. I have never witnessed a faster turn around time! I dropped my car off at night and they had a very straight forward key drop box, unlike any other mechanic/ dealership I’ve been to. They provided a pen and a detailed form to fill out including what time you’d like to pick up your vehicle at, if you would like them to contact you before fixing your car and if you approve of the expenses. Last but not least once I picked up my car I noticed they had washed my car after fixing it! I wasn’t expecting that and it added a nice touch to my customer service experience. A big thank you to the team at Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and especially the service department.

So disappointed with their service center. Booked an appointment in advance for a simple task - to change winter tires for brand new car. It took 6 HOURS. I stayed almost all day without my vehicle and cancelled an important meeting cause of it. I cant imagine how long it will take to replace some vehicle's parts for them. And their logo" CERTIFIED SERVICE" My service adviser was useless and waited for me with a stone careless face. Its time to change my dealership, I will never be going here again.

Tried 2 pre owned vehicles when I got there and they both had issues with them. The first that I test drove had a weird noise and the salesman (niceguy) said it was rust on the rotors and apologized and the second vehicle just didn't feel good from the pedal I could feel tons of vibration. Quite the experience for a Gm dealership. 3 stars was for the salesman, he was nice and helpful and was even shocked at the quality out on the floor

Carry the receptionist was terrible and lacked customer service skills. She hung up on me multiple time before hearing what I had to say after mentioning Hyundai, I have two vehicles and mixed the two when I first called. I then called back several times and got no answer, then got a voice-mail and then when finally she answered and I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor Ryan or Bryan, he was no help as well. This business is very unprofessional and their excuses is because they are just a "Franchise". If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Cary is the worst customer service receptionist. She lacks such basic skills in communication and common courtesy. The management is not helpful at all and they don't care much because they are a "franchise". 0/10 would recommend. Business is not professional and not helpful.

Brian and the whole team at falls Chevrolet were amazing to deal with. During this time when it’s not easy to find your dream ride they made it easy.

We were able to get top dollar on our trade and was all done over the phone. Brian even drove the car down to make it more convenient.

I recently purchased a new truck from Falls Chevrolet and from start to finish Jeff Paterson made the process absolutely flawless. I was skeptical at first about placing a factory order during the chip shortages but I am so glad that I did. Jeff gave me his personal cell number and answered any of my questions and concerns 7 days a week. To top it all off the truck came in much faster than I expected. The customer service could not have been better and I could not have felt more comfortable dealing with both Jeff and Carol. All around best case scenario for my first new vehicle buying experience. I won’t deal with anyone else.

Had an appointment booked for oil change. Wanted srop leak additive put in. GMC said they never heard of a stop leak additive.
When I booked my appointment the young lady assured me that they sell such products. I arrive at 9 am only to be left standing there for 20 mins while parts manager delt with personal matters on his cell. Then only to be told that they can't help me with an oil change on my caddy.
I left straight to Canadian Tire were services was outstanding and I was able to purchase oil additive.

Sent my car here after the battery died and I got stuck in the middle of the street. (Chevy malibu 2018) my car has an automatic start stop function that has no off switch. So I had Canadian tire roadside bring the vehicle in. They insisted on doing a diagnostic so I agreed and was very clear, there is the battery issue but also a MAF sensor code I think is P1011 and while you conduct your diagnostic please look at this code. They dismissed the code and replaced the battery. Had St. Catharines dealership look at my code, they found the issue and they said it would have been hard for anyone to miss the black smoke coming out of my car when it started up.

I dealt with Shawn Clarke and Nick Parkin here at the Falls Chevrolet location, and they were able to swing me a fast service to get my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze up after an incident with my theft deterrent system crept up randomly on my vehicle one night as well as issues with the battery.

The swift service, including a shuttle ride to the dealership to pick my car up and the due diligence in laying out the details of the deal were highly appreciated on such short notice with an error like this one, with the new battery installed very fast as well, she runs like new.

BEWARE OF BAD CALIPER

ME and my wife both bought a GMC terrain Denali 2019 she was told after 1700 kl she needed new rotors because there were 2 deep scratches in the rotors only the back and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes I said no way there's something wrong with this so I call GM customers service and they call the manager then they call me and said there was no recalls for this I then went to see the service manager he said it could be cause by the new rims they GM puts on them lol I said I believe the calipers are sticking he said no recalls and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes
I work for this factory for 30 years and I will never buy a GM again I then said to them my back brake are the same and the service manager said oh there still good lol I said why is it the front rotor are great I got no reply lol

I worked at Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Niagara falls as a lot Attendant/Rust Proofer. Although the job was good and the workplace was friendly, the owner from the day I started rust proofing (first time rust proofing job) they provided barely any training and no up to code safety equipment (not working there anymore because I was coughing up rust proof). After a year of rust proofing it was brought to my attention from a co worker (mechanic) that my hoist didn't have a up to date safety, which is suppose to happen every year.ventilation was never up to code, Gave me wrong filters for my mask so I was breathing in rust proof for a year. This place is a joke for workplace safety.

The staff at Falls Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick GMC are very friendly and courteous. Myles was very approachable, professional and sincere. When Myles knew he couldn’t be available to assist us on a particular day, he made sure we were looked after. It was Sandy who helped us that day. I bought my 2015 Verrano from Sandy when she worked at another dealership. We went back to the other dealership to have Sandy help us purchase my husband’s 2018 Sierra and we’re disappointed to see she was no longer there. Imagine my surprise to see her working at Falls Chev. We were extremely pleased with Myles and how he took care of us and handled everything for us. We will definitely be dealing with Myles and Falls Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC again in the future! Thank you Myles! I love my Caddy!
