Cassidy is awesome, she always gives great advice and my hair look fabulous. She is a great asset to the salon.

Most of the time I have a great service at fame. But just today I had a new girl, who was very offended when I said, the curls were too loose for my liking. She told me I was wrong, and that she made my hair like the example picture I showed her. - she did not. I told her I disagreed, and then she told me everyone has their opinion. Then in huff she reluctantly re-curled my hair. Clearly displeased look on her face the whole time, I’ve never been more uncomfortable getting my hair done.

Great service and atmosphere at Fame! They do great work and work within your budget. I always feel so refreshed and relaxed when I leave! Adriana Color Master and Melissa Master stylist are my go to… they are amazing!

I just visited Fame for the first time this week. It was the first salon I’ve been to in 6 months so my hair was a mess.
I knew I was in need of a dramatic change which can be scary. Adrianna did my colour and she walked me through the process more than anyone has ever done for me. By the time we began all my concerns were gone. The colour ended up amazing and I’m so happy with it. Next I moved to Ben for a cut. My hair was long and just not working for me and he recognized it and convinced me to chop almost 5 inches off. I was so scared but he talked me through the process and wow! It took a day to sink in but the next day I did my hair as I usually do and I couldn’t believe how incredible it looked and how amazing I felt. You really need an expert sometimes and these guys knew what to do! I’ve been looking for a salon for over a year now since mine closed and I’m so happy I found these guys- plus Aveda products are the best!

Best haircut I’ve ever had. Stanley is so incredibly talented and explained the process to me throughout the haircut. He also washed my hair and the head massage was great! The man at the front desk let me try the chakra samples and explained to me how it works and how to do it. He even read the cards to me. Overall wonderful experience

Carmen is an amazing stylist. The staff always welcomes you with a great smile. Would definitely recommend Fame to all my friends and family. It is very clean and everyone is very professional.

This was my second time going to Fame. Both times I had a really positive and relaxing experience. Ben cut my hair this time and was so detailed, my haircut is perfect! He took extra care with my scalp treatment due to my eczema and was super understanding. I highly recommend this place! All the staff are very nice and welcoming!

Our experience in this salon was very disappointing. Sadly the hair stylist didn’t even know how to properly straighten hair. I would give it a negative star if I could. Around 3 weeks ago my mom came to this salon for a blow dry and straightening. I mentioned before booking that she has wavy/curly hair. After finishing and getting home I saw that her roots were not straightened. The stylist only straightened the roots at the top so it wouldn’t be visible at the time. When I called the salon 10 minutes after her appointment finished and told them they mentioned the manager would call back. It’s been 3 weeks and still no call back. This has shown how bad their customer service was. I would not recommend this salon.

My hair is not usually something I've ever prioritized; it's fine and straight so there's not much I can do with it style-wise, and usually opted for something like a messy bun or ponytail. I would get my hair trimmed a few times a year and that was about it. In the spring 2023 I decided to treat myself to a salon experience for my birthday.

The salon is bright, beautiful and clean. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and welcoming, offering a beverage to sip on while you wait.

I've since had 2 appointments with Carmen and both experiences have been fantastic. He actively listens and offers his professional opinion and options openly in a way that you don't feel pushed into making a decision; it's very much a discussion rather than just an agreement based on a yes/no answer.

For my latest visit I had the most radical idea yet for my hair, and when I presented my idea and inspiration photo to Carmen he was all for it and excited to work some magic. I came with an idea and Carmen was able to expand on that to cut and style my hair in a way that complimented me and wasn't just a copy of a picture I provided.

I love my new hair and it's definitely added a boost of confidence. I will certainly be back and will sing Fame's and Carmen's praises when talking about my hair.

Absolutely loved every part of my appointment! There was a huge hair transformation using a botanical hair treatment which was enhanced with the level of care and professionalism that went beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Ben - he worked with me to create something out of (what I would say) was a birds nest prior to my appointment.

I have been coming to the stouffville Fame Salon for over 10 years now. They are always friendly, welcoming and just an overall great experience. I have ultimately brought my daughter to this salon and many of her friends. More specifically Adrianna Lapadula has been my rock when it comes to her advice, opinion and ultimately her extreme talent in being able to make me so happy with the way my hair looks feels and at the end of the day ladies makes you feel younger! Thank you Adrianna for everything you do to make my confidence and hair love life! I would ten fold recommend Adrianna Lapadula and the Fame Stouffville Salon. You won’t be disappointed.
