Presentation with Rae Phillips was well done and all questions answered. Rae was very personable and easy to talk to.

Dianne White was great, she answered all my questions and explained all parts of the will document clearly.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jake, a very calm, knowledgeable and patient agent at Global Life. He explained the will kit, last will and testament, funeral benefits, and a guide for my family to have.
He was very thorough and not pushy or invasive at all. I can say that as a professor of social work and having worked in healthcare I know how important it is to establish rapport and create comfort. I also teach this. Jake has the ability to create a safe and informative conversation on an important life event we all will one day encounter. I feel fortunate to have had him.

It was informative with information you need to know, there is no such thing as too much information with the end of one's life and their wishes.

Alexander was a great help. Answered all our questions. Learned a lot from him. Very satisfied.

Ron is quite an outstanding gentleman. I hate it when people push and push to the point that I just want to hang up, but Ron made me feel incredibly comfortable. I particularly dislike speaking about death and all that accompany the topic. I didn't cry once while discussing any of it.

First of all I don't usually do this but I felt compelled to do so, given the way things are at this time I feel people should recognize when you have been treated with respect and courtesy.

Ron Firon is both professional and patient, he was pleasant to speak with. I was concerned with being hassled and hounded in regards to the free will kit.

The information Ron provided me was far beyond what I expected, it was like talking to an old friend, he listened to me and made his responses clear and concise.

Although at this time I have no need for any financial services, I would surely do business with Ron with trust and confidence that he would be an excellent choice.

In speaking with Ron I felt that any question was a good question which made talking to him easier. He left me with the assurance that he was willing to answer any further information I may need.

Both my daughter and son are in the financial field and truthfully I would do my business with them but if asked I would definitely pass Ron's name to a friend.

To make it simple I really do not like doing this but I wanted to.

I'm not sure how Orett Nelson got my personal information but when he called a few days ago he referenced another insurance company (not Family First Financial) and then identified the insurance policy I had with them. He made no reference to Family First Financial, in fact, his follow-up email referred to the meeting as, “Review of the Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit through your Union”, so I assumed he was from the other insurance company – Very deceptive! Anyhow, I agreed to a Zoom meeting today at 11: 30 AM. Well, that never happened. I blocked out time for him and sat on the phone for 15 minutes, sending him an email while waiting, but nothing. I wasn’t planning to leave this review until I received an email thanking me for attending today’s meeting. What a waste of my time. To Family First Financial, lack of professionalism like this is going to bring your review ratings down!

Just got a phone call and email form this company. Today is August 6th, in the email, they schedule a interview on AUGUST 1ST for me. FFF, Please do better job to make a successful scam.

Was chased for two weeks for an interview - finally was able to book a time and was completely blown off - got a call 45 minutes later and all of my concerns were brushed off - total waste of time

Just got a weird call from their HR too. I cannot imagine what part of my resume was so enticing that they would be eager to offer a full time position when I have zero experience in finance or anything in sales really.

I've been working here for a short time but I am enjoying my time here. Flexible working hours and working environment is friendly.

I got called in randomly for an interview and thought it was absurd. So, I decided to check the reviews and noticed some had mentioned that it was a pyramid scam. Also, checked out their Linkedin page and the company only comprises of HR which is absolutely weird. So I saved myself the trouble and didn't go in. If you are a qualified professional or even looking for something relatively decent, I'd advice you to keep applying. The right job will come to you:) Stay away from this company! Thanks for the honest reviews, it truly helps!

A wonderful place to work. Getting the license was a bit of a headache but definitely worth it. Have been here for 4 months and absolutely love it!
