Family Pizza & Shawerma

First time there tonight and was very impressed with the food, pizza was great wings were great and the wife loved her fish and chip's.

I have been getting Pizzas and Wings from them for many years. Great food and awesome service! (and our staff love your food!)

Just an awful experience. Phoned in my order and was told 25 minutes. Get there and they looked all confused about my order and tell me 5 for minutes no problem go wait in the car. Come back in and I can see them just starting my order, they clearly forgot to make it. Takes another 30 minutes to get the food. Get home and and missing many items. Call them and they couldn’t care less about it basically say oh well. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else in town for pizza. Employees are very confused and have no idea what’s going on.

This place used to be fantastic. But, with the new owners, things have certainly deteriorated. I had chicken shawerma with rice and my friend had chicken shawerma with lettuce. The chicken tasted like TUNA FISH! Seriously! I have no idea how they attained that, but it was seriously disgusting. I went back in to share my review with owner, giving him time to make it better, but I heard no response. It was a waste of $27.
I did reach out to you first by coming into the store to discuss, and even left my phone number. You were not interested in discussion as you did not call me.

Try their new ice cream roll. A must have treat for everyone! Choose different toppings. Mix and match all kinds of flavours. The taste is amazing and made fresh in front of you. Delicious with a appealing look. Stop by and try, you will be happy you did!

Order last night doughy crust cheap tasting pepperoni made my husband sick this morning never again thought I would try something new usually order from dominoes but find there not so great anymore will not order from here again

Since the ownership change, the quality of the product and service has gone down significantly. I will not be returning to the business ever again and suggest others go to chain pizza business such as Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. They provide much better value (and service) for your dollar.

We’ve tried every pizza place in Beamsville & Family has the best pizza in Beamsville! Always ready quickly within 15-20 minutes. Staff is always super friendly too.

I've been ordering from here the last few months and usually the pizza is great (5 star!). However it seems they've changed how they make it? Very soft and doughy, with almost no red sauce on the pizza. It was like cafeteria pizza unfortunately, very bland. The shawarma is good.

I must say.when we moved to Beamsville, we quickly found the shawarma Pizza to be a favorite treat, however with in the last year we have notesed that the quality of this particular favorite has drastically declined, and is not as enjoyable.
I miss the way it was.i may need to search for a new favorite

Extremely disappointed with new owners. Their Shawermas used to be an amazing deal, now their over priced and tiny portions make them not worth it at all. Paying twice as much and getting a 1/3rd of what you used to get is awful. Will never go back again

Tried pizza last week for the first time since new management. We were very impressed. Had the same pizza today and it was even better. The young man answering the phone was extremely polite and upon pickup both young men were very friendly. Great pizza, great value!

DONT EAT HERE. This was the place we used to eat weekly but I just got a pizza from there and I ordered cheese and pepperoni.picked up my pizza it was just cheese.he told me thats what I ordered which was not true I order weekly cheese and pepperoni i asked if he would return because he screwed up my order he said no. He just argued with me. He is very hard to understand on the phone and this clearly is what causes the issue.hes also extemely rude and unfriendly. My family and I will NEVER eat here again.that was disgraceful.

This family atmosphere is warming and beneficial. Whether they serve you at your door, or at the counter. You will be delighted by your choice of venue!

A beamsville gem. The shawarmas are always made fresh with fresh ingredients and the pizza is thin and crispy just the green way I like it. And it’s all very well priced compared to the other pizza shops around. If the pepperonis were cup and char than this place would be well known for some of the best pizza in the area, still a solid 8.3 pizza. And the staff is like family

If something is wrong with your order they will say: "Next time don t order from us if you don t like it! " Wow! Great customer service! So you better have everything in order because they are not willing to negotiate! I used to buy at least one time per month from them but never again. I worked in retail but i have never ever spoke with a customer like this. I have dinned in many places in the world but if i had a problem with the food I was never ever told don t come here again if you don t like it! Wow! Unbelievable

This is a fantastic local pizza place. Their pizza is very unique and tasty. I've been going here ever since I've moved to the area (15 years) and they still serve hot and fresh, delicious pizza. I also love their Chicken Shawarma which is also VERY tasty. I've been ordering a lot of Shawarmas lately because they're just that good! Wide variety of toppings! Family owned business and they always keep the quality of food they serve!

2 hours to wait for my pizza after being told an hour 15. Then they ARGUE with at the door! Then the driver CALLS AGAIN to argue and insult me! Never ever again.
