Fanny has been my stylist for over 10 years, always high quality men's hair cut, never been dissatisfied in any way. I highly recommend her salon. Just the other day her stylist did an excellent job with my daughter's hair.

I deleted my older review (which was also 5 stars btw) just to write how absolutely cool Fanny is! My haircut was great, of course but I just HAVE to mention how fanny is literally the coolest person to have ever cut my hair (sorry mom).

Fanny did both my husband and my first haircut in 2 years after staying away from hair salons throughout the pandemic. Our hair had grown very long and dull. Fanny did great cut for both of us. She is very experienced, pleasant and knew exactly what we wanted. We both look many years younger after the cut. Thank you Fanny!

Today I got haircuts and highlights done on my hair I love the amazing work that Fanny K did it she’s absolutely amazing women and she have a great sense of humour and both Fanny K and assistant is amazing and very friendly atmosphere I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or visit again for any other service thank you Fanny

Fanny provided us with a great experience, as she managed to accommodate myself and three of our children have in very short notice. Her quality and care was fantastic despite our very picky teenagers:) I definitely recommend coming here for a great cut and style (boys or girls!)

I love Fanny K Salon. It has an amazing team. Firouzeh is a professional stylist. She gave me a haircut with the colour and highlight and I can truly say that she did great! I trust her for everything she says for my hair from the haircut/style to colour. She picks what is best for you. I’m so happy that I finally found a great stylist! ️

I went here for the first time and Firouzeh was the hair stylist that did my hair, and I am just amazed at how nice it came out to being. I had a horrible balayage before I walked in and she worked her magic and transformed my hair into amazing highlights with a mocha undertone. She was absolutely the best hair stylist I ever went to and I 100% recommend her. The owner, Fanny was also incredibly sweet and welcoming as soon as I walked in. They are both super kind individuals, and also incredibly professional and talented. I will definitely go back to her in the near future.

I had a great experience here! Firozeh fixed my mishap box dying hair to fabulous blonde! Im in love with my hair! Both are wonderful ladies and I will definitely come again!

Firozeh was so amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me something better. She took her time and paid extra close to make sure every crevice was dyed properly. And lastly she was so nice and easy to talk to. Definitely going to be my regular salon.

I got my Hair colour done from Firozeh. She was super friendly and sweet. I loved the fact when she said "I don't talk much while I am working, so don't get bored. She is professional and I got comfortable very easily.
Also, Fanny she was very welcoming and we shared some good conversations.
Thanks to both, I love my hair colour. I will certainly visit again.

My daughter went for hair cut appointment and was very disappointed. She showed them a picture of a hair cut she wanted the first lady started with her didn’t do anything to her hair just touching it then the senior lady or the owner started cutting and didn’t do a good job They charged my daughter double price for two people touching her hair even though the first lady did nothing. I rate this place below zero. Stop rating 5 for bad services and deceive people?

Fanny was really nice and funny.she was very welcoming and the services we experienced were really great. Firouzeh was also there she was really kind and polite. Definitely I would recommend anybody to visit this place if you want to get your hair done.

I had my appointment today with Fanny in the afternoon. This was my first visit to Fanny K. I must say that she is a living testimony to the quality of customer service. This is what is required to meet the demanding challenges of the customers. The shop was splendidly spotless. Fanny’s warm communication-based approach emanates from her passion to please!

It is an honor to have sat in her chair today and to have the opportunity to advocate on her behalf. Fanny shall most assuredly excel in providing you with top notch service!

It’s a scam. Never accepting the mistakes

I asked for fixing it not even the refund but so arrogant to accept their mistakes. Instead they will blame you. Now when I asked for compensation then they blame you more

My hair is ruined. In the beginning I didn’t see hair so I thought it’s good but when i checked properly it is worst. Worst

I told my requirements with Firozeh,

1. No balayage at the roots. It is worst at front

2. I asked for specific horizontal line (don’t mind the curly hair) with skip slice and thickness. With strong contract and blending with my natural hair. Can not see horizontal lines colour.

3. I showed few pictures just to explaining that what kind of details i am looking for and what I don’t wants, especially randomly colored hair, by which means spreading the colour vertically. I showed the pictures for better clarification.

None of the requirements fulfilled. Worst
I didn’t ask for perfection but I asked something which I wanted. I didn’t get. My hair looks worst. I am so angry. My hair is just ruined. Lairs and arrogant. Not even accepting the fault. Liars

I got a great hair cut, fanny is a true artist, she got me exactly what I askes for, she is also super funny, overall I had a great time and also got a great hair cut.

Had a great experience getting my hair cut and colour done by Firozeh.she was professional and understood my needs and suggested the style and colour which I loved.would definitely recommend the salon for anyone looking for a clean and professional salon.

Very disappointed with the service in this salon. My son got a perm last December and the stylist did a very sloppy work, which lasted only a few days. She said we can come back for her to do it again for free and it was a broken promise.she never committed with it. I don't recommend this salon. Very unprofessional people.

Response to owner's comment below: What a poor service and how unfair is that she takes advantage of the pandemic. How could we come back if the stores were closed?
If there was the sloppy work, she shouldn't charge for it in the first place. Instead, she said she will do it for free later, and we agreed to pay. Conveniently, she didn't mention any condition about how long I had to come back. What is the diference in coming one week or 3 months after, certainly we came back later as per the pandemic, because a week after, is when the closure of the business took place, we couldn't come back inmmeditelly. What an unfair way to take advantage of being closed! She dismissed this fact conveniently.  "standard protocol", yes, but there is nothing standard during these times.
I paid the full amount for a perm that was done incorrectly and the stylist knew that, the owner even said that it was done incorrectly. I demand a full refund of my money asap!

Loved my haircut despite it being a tad shorter than I envisioned and Fanny took her time with my hair. My hair is EXTREMELY unruly, thick, wavy and quite long (reached my shoulder blades) - even Fanny was surprised I think! Hahah! However, the result was very much to my liking. My hair is now in a Bob cut and it feels like 20lbs is off my head. It took awhile but I felt cared for and Fanny entertained me the whole time. She’s quirky in a good way and I’m happy she’s open during Covid season as many of us could use some TLC especially our manes. I’ll be back!

I had color, haircut and blow dry a few times now and I get a lot of compliments on my hair all the time even from hairdressers. Fanny loves what she does and cares about her clients and it shows in her work.

Yesterday I got my hair cut and highlighted by Melisa and I love my hair! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure they delivered exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be coming back when I need touch ups.

I had my first haircut at the salon today and it was a very good experience. My stylist was Fanny and she's really great. She makes you feel very comfortable, she's friendly. Also was nice to find two Latinas with a great smile and customer service.

I was fortunate enough to be able to get a massage from Monica Zielinski on a few occasions and it was by far the best investment i have ever made for myself. The day after my massage all of my usual back, hip and knee pains were basically gone and by the time i had a second massage i felt like a new man. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

Yesterday was my first time at Fanny K. Salon, and I must say it was a lovely experience. I went in for a color correction after trying to dye my own hair with box color. My roots were too light, and my ends were way to dark. Fanny and her amazing team were able to correct my color mistake, and give a what I wanted. I was so happy with the results, and made to feel right at home. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Easy to book, I enjoyed that the place is not too crowded or loud. Staff are nice. But best part is that I didn't have an appointment for a cut, and asked if they could do anything with my very short hair to make it less messy! Fanny gave me a complementary trim for free! It was exactly what I wanted without having to explain much to her. She's quick witted and very good at what she does:)

Fanny K. Salon is more than just a hair salon. Fanny makes sure you are not only a valued customer but a friend. After a long day from work, I went to Fanny and left looking like a new man and enjoyed a lot of laughs. Regarding hair cuts, I always go home loving how it looks. In the past, I went to other salons paid the same prices and it was never consistent. With Fanny I never once had this problem. She always gave me a quality hair cut and treated me with lots of respect.

Love the service and the atmosphere. And super satisfied with the service. And Franny is really cool

I relate to A. Chang's review. Fanny gave me a layering cut that was uneven and choppy. It was a bad experience overall. I would not return and do not recommend.

I had my first haircut at the salon today and it was a very good experience. My stylist was Melisa and she's really great. She makes you feel very comfortable, she's very friendly and she asked all the right questions to understand how I normally style my hair (habits) and how I wanted it cut. She was so careful not to cut too much off. She started with cutting just a bit, close to the length I wanted to check if it was ok or cut a little more. I really appreciated her care and attention to what it was that I wanted in the cut. As for the cut, it looked nice in the salon after she cut and styled it but once I got home and my hair settled in I liked it even more. Very happy with it. Also, they have the cutest little bird named Frankie who is the salon's mascot. He keeps chirping until you give him a little attention. You can tell that little bird has a personality. Too cute!

Amazing salon. It was a great experience from the haircut to the atmosphere. Melissa and Fanny were so kind. I got my haircut from Fanny. She cut and styled it exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend.
