My career path program is beyond excellent, the construction blocking off the nerve center of Fanshawe Campus severely impedes traffic flow for thousands of people.

They have the best team and are super understanding. I've never felt so accept at a school. They are efficient and are on top of EVERYTHING.

This is a post secondary college with campus social life. Everywhere here bubbles everytime

I studied Business - Marketing at Fanshawe. Zero replies at the resume for 1+ year, no help from college. Plus, everything was online due to COVID, and the fees remained the same, no discount refund.

Sometimes, it's difficult to adjust the schedule, and the only problem I faced here.

First visit there. Very nice facilities. Buildings are all connected and classrooms are easy to find.

Support staff is garbage. This is a direct reflection of the leadership management at the school. They treat their students like children. Instead of understanding that the students pay the bills at the school. We paid to be there they work for us not the other way around. School is all about money. Dean should be replaced with a more student centric leader. The 2 stars are for the underpaid professors who are for the most part great!

After working in the Social Services for most of my professional career, I returned to Fanshawe to follow a dream. While I took Film & Television Production that was taught by industry leaders, 2020 was not the greatest year to graduate. Regardless I valued my time learning the principles of cinematography, and have taken the lessons I learned and applied them to the world of photography. Thanks for getting me started on the path to success.

The washrooms never seem to be clean, and are always out of soap. The parking is far too expensive and doesn't work well. Not to mention their system had the completely wrong email somehow and I didn't get any information on my upcoming course, until i emailed them a week before. The professors I had were pretty good though.

Fanshawe's student insurance is the worst, In order to reduce their cost they have purchase group insurance from morecare. They never give you any claim. Just you pay more than 600 $ a semester.

But other than that Fanshawe is a good place.

A horrid experience filled with unprofessionalism and remedial education. All you will learn about are systemic and social injustices displayed by the institution and how our education system has deeply failed us. They operate on fiscal responsibility and corporate sway as opposed to their own standards. I was left for 7+ weeks with no work to do, the program taught me how to send an email 45 times and talk to a supervisor, students plagiarized my work with no repercussion, and my emails and concerns were never addressed; most being entirely ignored and so much more negativity and poor displays of professionalism within a two-year time frame I could write an entire book.

Doubled their parking fees this year and won't even issue enough passes for all the students. Also tow their own students registered cars without warning.

They have no support system for students to keep the staff accountable. Racism is very much preset so much that I couldn’t believe that this type of ignorance still does exist. Ironically, their EDI specialist is also a white guy lol go figure.

Everything food related closes between 4-6 pm.very inconvenient.only place open after 6 is sunnys which is super unhealthy.the dining hall has very early closure hours, and as a student living on campus food accessibility is not good.please consider lengthening your opening hours for food.it is ridiculous for 80% of food places on campus to close this early. #notmyfunshawe

Not really recommended. The stairs are such a pain and it ruins my day! Also driving past western university, and seeing how students get these car things to get around the outside of the school and an elevator + idk but it carry's you up the stairs. I'm jealous of them! Online school was horrible, teachers kept locking me out of meetings if I was 0.0001 sec late. Had to change classes due to the rude teachers. OH! Another thing to add, that's a freaking junk yard. It's so dirty like nobody cleans it trash is everywhere and it really stinks in classrooms.

Definitely the worst option for studies. They only care about money and are cheating and harassing students.
When they have to take fees they will keep tagging you but when due to any reason you have to take the money back they simply will not listen to anything.
I am still fighting to get my fee back because I had to drop out due to visa refusal. And they are refusing to entertain my follow-ups. They simply say their decision is final and they will not listen at all.

Extremely disorganized. A week before school and they still do not have the schedules figured out (one class listed as to be determined). Also they have me booked 4 classes back to back. How am I suppose to get to class when they end the same time as another starts? Only one class booked on one day and two on another. Then they randomly throw in 4 classes all starting and ending at the same time (6 hours with no breaks) plus another class later with only an hour gap. Why not schedule some of them on one of the the days there is only 1 or 2 classes? Two days notice to pay reserved parking. Who checks their email daily? It’s going to cost hundreds of dollars now using the meters. So many costs that they don’t tell you about. Will update if things improve and about my experience next year.

Worst experience ever as I'm student I'm trying to call them no one received call from last 2 hours and no body help me to out my current problem so if you get admission in this college then literally change or withdraw please.

Went to Fanshawe for school, loved it so much. The Oasis building is amazing. Most of my classes were in B so didnt have to tun around so much.

We put our hard earned money for paying fees for our daughter's education with Fanshawe college in Sept 2021 session. She had completed the 1st semester online waiting for her visa which got refused. Therefore she decided to drop out before the starting of second semester and intimated the college much in advance. We have provided all the relevant documents / proofs to prove the timely withdrawal from the course/college which entitles her for refunds of second semester fees completely. However the college rejecting our appeal for refund again and again #education minister in ontario London request your intervention in getting back our money.

Waste of time and money. Stay away from ECE or ECL programs and if you decide to join it will be a good idea to check who the faculty you will deal with are.you'll be surprised. You're welcome

I don't even want to give one star. My visa was rejected twice and my 2nd visa was rejected on april 20, my class would start from may 2. I haven't even start class, and did nothing to cut amount of 2300$. I requested them to return in april 26, even before my classes.but before that around april 13 or 14 i requested them to defer because I was afraid i wouldn't make it to class if my visa result would be delayed. But my visa was rejected in april 20 twice.so, i tried to explain refund team but they cut 2300$ by telling, you didn't apply from.new offer letter that was send in april 23 in future, after my rejection. I told them how can i apply from new offer letter which came in future after my rejection, i don't understand they are dumb or trying to take money in their pockets. I requested them, my visa was cancelled twice with reason course was not fit according to embassy so, i can't apply anymore. But they really want to cut the money. I requested and literally beg them as 2300$ is huge amount but no, they didn't listen. It was the worst experience for me. They don't understand the situation at all, they are just there to eat money. So disgusted that i even think of applying here. Please be careful before applying here.

Good school, has a community garden that you can rent spots in, rabbits are an unfortunate threat to harvest however.

My husband I just finished our M2 course. We learned so much for the course. Our instructors Brian and Carmen were totally amazing. I would recommend this course to everyone that is thinking about getting their bike license. Awesome job guys

Graduated from Fanshawe College, I gave it 2 stars because of no support from them and all of my courses were online 2 of the classes are face to face. I hope the CTN course has so much better. Some professors were really good though however CTN Course must have blended delivery. I wonder why some courses has so much face to face than us so disappointing. I paid $32,000 doing an online course. In short 2 stars for the management which is for the CTN Department and 4 stars the CTN Course

DO NOT do online school. Professors just post their weekly slide shows and sit at home and do nothing. It Takes days for them to reply to emails, just seems they do not care about their jobs. You basically pay FULL PRICE of tuition for teaching yourself, it’s ridiculous.

Every professor in Aviation school is Industrial Experienced, polite and friendly staff. I enjoyed my study there

This school is the worst option for those who want a good education. Every single time you need something from the school they will fight you on it as hard as they can. They care about nothing but profits. I had a class in my last semester where the professors didn’t show up until the final week just to proctor exams. This school is pathetic and I pity anyone who ends up here.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT come to this school.

Awful college faculties, most of the professors here lack empathy they mentally torture students and they have a set quota to fail them to steal more money.

Be warned! This is not an emotional statement this is a reality in Fanshawe many students suffer here just because they chose this college.

Good school however, they have dumb class like WRIT for lower educated teachers can have a job.

When will you open business genral programs for undergraduates. I have been applying for offer letter from last 2 month's but still courses are not open

So many people have similar experience in this school. But my question is how did this place get the status of 'designated learning institution '? Is there any corruption in the evaluation process? Does it really meet all the requirements to become a DLI?

Now share my experience, I know things aren't quite right when one of my online teacher missing almost one third of her lecture time often without any reasons. And the international student center just won't give me the completion letter after I finished no matter how many times I asked them. I finally got the letter 3 days after I sent an email to their official email. But my status is already illeagal. All thanks to international office, a call center with flags hanging on their ceilings, YOU HAD ONE JOB!
