I visited here for the first time for a haircut. The place is maintained neatly. I made a visit on Sunday with an appointment, but the crowd and staff bother were less.
After a quick and nice hair cut they charged me a very less amount ($16+tax).

You need to attend your customers well and treat like humans. I agree we were late 10 minutes for our appointment but there’s a way to handle it and you can definitely improve in that area! Good luck!

I always get my eyeborows done from here. The staff is very sweet and professional. Always a pleasure visiting them.

This place is the best hair salon that I went

One of my fav places to get my brows done at! Been coming here for years to get my eyebrows waxed and i’m never disappointed.

Disappointed with their reservation system if you can call it that. I booked a 3: 30 appointment this past Sunday for a haircut for my son. When I walked in at 3: 25, there was lots of people waiting and I was told by the lady nearest the door I would have to wait.
I advised her I made an appointment for 3: 30 and she talked to someone at the back of the store. When she returned, she confirmed with two other customers they were there for eyebrows only and turned to me and my son and said I will have to wait to be seen.
The lady also said someone called in sick and they are short staffed. I booked my appointment at 1: 30, why not tell me then they are short staffed, why even book me if they are short staffed.
I waited two hours to be on time only to be dismissed. What a waste of my time waiting and to drive there. Other businesses will honour an appointment first and walk-ins know they will have to wait. But here, appointments do not mean anything!
This alone tells me what kind of person the owner is.

Poor Customer Service: (I didn't ask the price before my daughter's hair color started, and the lady on service charged high price from my 14 years old. And the hair color was not done perfect. This Disappointed me. And when I asked to trim my daughter's hair, Pam was so rude and demanded more money.

This is where I had my eyebrows trimmed every now and then. They really put time to make it real clean looking

Gave them a 2nd chance, but no good. Will avoid at all costs and suggest you guys avoid it too.
Recommend spending a couple of bucks extra at some other place for a much better customer service and obviously a better haircut.

Over several years I have been visiting the salon for a hair cut and on and off so does my family for various beauty services.
They are a very good at what they do. Professionals.reasonably priced
I have always left the salon with a smile on my face and in my conversation at home they speak well of them. I would recommend this salon for men hair cuts too as Pam is very good at what she does.
