My go to place for nails, Anita is the best so attentive and professional. They all do a really good job!

I have been a very satisfied client for 12 years. All the technicians are friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to please and accommodate your specific needs, often staying well beyond closing hours.
Anita Trinh, the owner, has many years of experience in her field and excels in all of the many professional services offered at her salon. She is a lovely kind lady who is much appreciated by her many regular clients. The salon which she has personally designed and decorated is a bright, comfortable and welcoming place. And lastly the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this salon.

I booked an appointment for the gel refill and manicure for 5: 45pm. As soon as I walked in the owner or manager of the place asked one of the ladies to remove my old colour as she was still working on another customer. Finally after 30 minutes she took me and as soon as I sat down on her chair she had attitude towards me for some reason. But I tried not to get nervous and thought maybe she had a bad day… She started to work on my nails and was irritated all the time her tone and the way she treated me was not acceptable. After maybe 10 minutes I just reminded her and politely asked if she’s still gonna do my manicure she replied „ I don’t know if i’ll have time” and i asked her why would she book me then if she’s got no time? She said idk I did not book your appt. And I am thinking if you don’t know what my appt is for why woud you say no right away? And manicure takes 5-10 minutes… After that i stood up and left the money for removing my colour even tho she said I don’t own her anything and just left. Never coming back there

When I get my nails done this is always the first place I call. Natalie is really good and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly - unlike some other salons who always seem to rush. She is still really fast even though she takes the time to do everything, and is probably one of the best nail techs I’ve had. Whenever I get my nails done here I always walk out super happy and satisfied. I would really recommend.

I dropped in today for the very 1st time to have artificial nails removed and a manicure. They were so polite and very accommodating. Just loved the atmosphere of the place. I'm sure I'll be going back again. Thank you.

First time here at Fantastic nails! I got pedicure and the lady doing my nails was very irritated and rushed. I commented about cuticles requiring more cleaning as she was ready to put extensions on! When my cuticles are not even done and previous extensions are not fully removed! - i didn’t put extension as the my previous extensions weren’t removed properly! Customers are not suppose to walk them through the process…. REALLY GOOD MASSAGE CHAIRS…. I would definitely come back for their massage chairs.

Had a shellac pedicure and very pleased with the results. The shop was clean and bright and the staff were friendly. Would definitely visit again.

I've been here many times and it pains me to give a bad rating but I won't be returning after my last visit. The person who does my nails is always very aggressive to the point where it is a painful experience. I asked her to be more gentle and she blamed me and continued what she was doing. Overall a very unpleasant experience!

So glad to get back to using my favourite nail salon. All the staff are terrific at their craft and so welcoming. My nails look and feel wonderful.

Always love my visits with Anita. She is the BEST in the business. Period. I moved to hamilton and still ensure I make the time to go to port credit for my esthetics needs!
