Best nail place by far. Very friendly ladies, the place is very clean, you can see how sanitary they are about everything. Prices are very fair, and they always do an excellent job. I don’t get my nails done often but when I do I always come here.

Love this place! I go to Rhea for my nails and Phuong for my lashes, both are super friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommend!

Thi was so kind and helpful. I was unsure about doing almond nails for the first time, but she encouraged me to try and I've never loved my nails more.

I also did waxing with Vicky, who was so sweet and friendly, and made me feel like I had been coming for years.

Hamie did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. I am extremely picky and normally handle my nails and feet myself but I am glad that I went in today. From the massage to the painting the pedicure was amazing. I have very small feet so she had her work cut out for her. I will definitely be returning!

I used to get eyes infection several years ago and it caused allergic with most of time wearing lashes extensions, excepted Fantastic Nails lashes from Phuong has always kept me away from being half bottom eyes in red as other places did to me.
I really love having lashes done but I live in Toronto that why I can only drive to London to get it done for some formal events but I would love to have it more often because this is the only place my eyes accept the lashes.

Had the most amazing experience at Fantastic, I felt like royalty! Phuong did my eyelash extensions and they turned out natural, extremely well done, and did not irritate my eyes at all. Since this was my first time getting extensions, she walked me through a detailed after care process too. Anne did my manicure and it turned out perfect and exactly how I wanted it to be - a rose gold french mani. Everyone there was super kind and friendly. This is my go to salon in London and I would recommend this place to anyone in the city!

Staff was really nice, did a great job at helping me pick my polish colour and nails looks great. Did a eyebrow waxing just finish clean it up and looks great and very natural

Talented, friendly, and clean - this has been my go-to nail place for years. And side bonus, they contribute so much to local charities. What’s not to love!

My hair is Blond she used Black ink on my eyebrows they look absolutely awful would not recommend microblading at this saloon to anyone.
My hairdresser and friends can't understand why she would use Black ink on someone with Blond hair.

I go to Fantastic Nails for eyebrows, lashes, manicures and pedicures. Every service is of the best quality and professionally administered. The salon is scrupulously clean and the staff are very professional and friendly. My services last far longer than the same thing done at other salons. I can unreservedly recommend their services.

I had a very good experience at Fantastic Nails and Spa. I had the microblading done. My eyebrows look very natural. Phuong was very professional and she put me at ease during the procedure. I love new my brows and thank her for giving me a fresh new look. I highly recommend Phuong for anyone who is looking for this service.

I just wanna say if you are looking for a clean, friendly safe spa, this is your place! From the moment your outside the door, you are greeted by a friendly staff member, and safety is their concern, you are well looked after from the time you walk in the door until you leave. There are all safety protocols in place as well as a devider between you and the employee. The staff go above & beyond to make sure your appointment is more than what you imagined a spa would be. I have been coming here for many years, have had alot of different services done, all have been the best experience & felt comfortable for every appointment, that is how a spa should feel, Relaxing

I had a fantastic first time at Fantastic Nails! I went to FN for a manicure and pedicure for a wedding I was attending. I got my manicure done by Danielle and she did such an amazing job. I got an ombre french tip style done and it has held up so well. The artists were also super helpful with helping me decide between just doing an overlay or getting acrylic nails done. I ended up going the overlay route and I'm so happy I did! Even after 3 weeks, my nails have stayed perfect (aside from some minor polish chips that happened because of me). Danielle is such a great artist and was super friendly towards me.

I forget the name of the artist who did my pedicure, but she was super nice and did such a great job. I got a simple gel polish done on my toes and she did awesome!

The price is was also so reasonable for what you're getting. FN is definitely not a salon that is trying to rip you off or just trying to make as much profit off of you as they can.

Overall, everyone at FN is super nice and professional. Everything is cleaned so well. I was happy to learn that every new client get a fresh nail file/buff and all of their tools and professional sterilized. 10/10 would recommend getting your nails done here! I will definitely be coming back here to get my nails done:)

In the last 4 days I have been to see Suzi for my nails and a pedicure. She is wonderful and very professional. Fantastic Nails and Spa’s Covid protocols are extensive and I feel very comfortable when I’m there. I am heading back tomorrow for a facial.

I got a set of acrylic nails done by Hanie, and she did SUCH an amazing job! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect and just the way I wanted it. I'm soooo happy with my nails and I had a great experience:) Thank you so much Hanie!

Great experience! Hanie was amazing with my manicure. She recommended a wonderful colour and took time to make sure the polish absolutely perfect. I can't remember the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was incredible too! She frequently checked in and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

It was my first time going to fantastic nails and spa and it will not be my last. I received a pedicure with paffin wax and exfoliation. It was the best pedicure I have ever had. Hanie did my toes and she was great. It was like I was sitting and talking to a friend. They make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend for all your nail services!

Always an awesome experience, with high quality products and excellent sanitization! One of the best nail and esthetics service places around. So many other places don't sanitize properly or reuse one time use items several times but not here.

I haven't had a manicure in many years and Hanie was so wonderful. She was patient and kind when I was not sure what to do. My gel manicure is beautiful and I'm excited to come back again soon.

The salon itself was clean and safe with all the plexiglasses and the staffs were practicing Covid-19 protocols seriously.
I had Hanie for my pedicure and manicure. She’s a gem! She was very professional, attentive and friendly. She took time to make sure the shape, length and polish looked good and double and even triple checked. She’s sooo good with designs, too! I was so happy with my nails as it’s been such a long time I couldn’t get them done. Would recommend her if you want your nails on point!

I had such a great experience here! My nails look great. Bit on the pricier side but honestly I don’t mind it at all, it’s quality and the overall experience is more then enough to keep me coming back! The girls are lovely and so sweet and they take their business seriously. They offer tea and coffee too. Plus! My first time here I just went in for nails. They don’t just do nails, they were rated top in London for laser hair removal.after having a bad previous experience with laser hair removal in the past I decided to try it out again and I’m so glad I did! This laser is NO joke! It’s the real deal.they took me in so short notice too to get laser. By short notice I mean like “you do laser here? ! No way! ” (Here I am thinking they would say yeah come back) “Yeah we do, we can take you in right now” meanwhile it was 630 pm and they closed at 7 and stayed after hours to get be able to do the treatment. It’s a clean nail salon too. They wear gloves, the place is aesthetically pleasing too. Me and my friend had a blast. 10/10 would recommend!

My cousin introduced me to this place, had raving reviews about their service and quality. I decided to get my nails and lash extensions done here, I was very pleased about my results. Since the first time, I will definitely be a recurring customer because of the client care that is shown continually and the pleasant atmosphere that is apparent once you enter the door. I feel very taken care of here at Fantastic Nails and Spa. I have been to a lot of nail salon and beauty establishments in Ontario and across Canada, and this is by far the best one! Okay so, this is a LONG message. I have SEVERELY sensitive skin. If I shave (my underarms especially) it looks like I’ve burnt my underarms and they’re peeling, as well as having large painful hives. I haven’t been comfortable wearing tank tops or any not sleeved shirt in years. I couldn’t even lift my arms and had to make the choice to shave and be sore (I’ve tried wax and same issue— less peel, but worst hives ever!) or to just grow it out. Eventually Missy at Fantastic Nails and I talked about laser hair removal. I was timid to try because hello! Laser. But legit this takes 10-15 minutes, it feels like a light pinch, and after 2 visits I can say that I have no hair. Legit I will never have to shave again AND my underarms look like any normal persons! It was really really embarrassing to have this issue and it’s been super sensitive but now, I legit tell everyone that Laser underarm-ing, is the way to go. It’s super clean, it’s fast, and it’s clearly effective. I hope if y’all are thinking about it or have had the same issue as me and are running out of ideas/hope, that you give this a go. <3 Thanks Fantastic Fam, y’all keeping me lookin banging! Xx

Fantastic Nails is the absolute best. It is incredibly clean, reasonably priced, and a lovely environment filled with welcoming/friendly staff. When you go, request Zuzana! She spends quality time making sure she does a thorough and professional job. Moreover, her gel manicures can last 4 weeks and I am not easy on my hands. I have to get the gels changed just because the colour grows out, not because of chipping. This also attests to the quality of product they use. I highly recommend Fantastic Nails and the staff there:)

This salon is amazing! I got everything I asked for! They helped me pick my colours, and did an amazing ombre ocean nails like I wanted! They are super nice and easy to talk with.

I made an appointment online, and they weren't ready for me. I know things can get busy, and more than the expected walk-ins show up, so I was understanding. I was totally prepared to be patient, but then I was met with rudeness. The person who did my nails rushed because she was now behind, so the job was done poorly. And rather than apologizing, she repeated herself by saying I am not her regular client (as if that matters?). Will not be returning. Respect your guests. They charged me full price and it was all around a bad experience. You can do better than this place.

A definite MUST SEE! All of the staff are so friendly and professional. They are very accommodating especially when I have to bring my children. It’s a fun outting for us!
The prices are fair. I get eyelash extensions there and they last for weeks. I also like that their products are good for sensitive skin and eyes. Very clean.

I’ve worked here for almost 6 months, “Fantastic” is the word can describe all things with fantastic Boss - my second mother, fantastic colleagues as sisters, and fantastic environment which makes my english much improved. My clients re also amazing and we all have connection because almost clients will comeback after their first visit even everyone can remember each other’ name by that amount of clients. It’s my best place to work for life cuz I dont even feel like I am working but relaxing instead. Took my mom out for an early mothers day gift. We never really get our nails done, so I didn't know what to expect, I chose something very simple and Vicky took it up a notch. She knew what to do and my mom and I were very happy with the results. All the workers are so friendly, it really is a great atmosphere! I totally recommend this salon
