Tenants are obligated to recycling, but 'super' is removing your recycling & dumping in the garbage. Or vice versa, than turning & butcher every green leaf around.but leaving mess!

Rashid the superintendent is rude and dumb! Place crawls with cockroaches, they never fix things, mold everywhere in bathtub.they just increase rent every year. Lot of B. S rules, no barbecue, no flower pots allowed on blacony, no Halloween, no Christmas tree. Building is in an abandoned state. You must be a fool to reside there!

Garbaged apartment.stay away from this building.a lot of roaches and pests, molds.the unit smells weird and sooo nasty! Addition to this the supers are very rude.

Lived here for years. It was cheap and we my wife and I needed a place in Etobicoke. The building is so terribly managed. The two couples that do most of the management are clueless, ignorant, speak absolute terrible English and are insanely hard to deal with. The building is outdated and dirty and in a constant state of disrepair, whether it's the units themselves, the ascetic of the building or the parking garage. There are rats in the garage, roaches in the walls ect and management will only address the issue one unit at a time as opposed to blanket coverage.

The neighborhood is definilty convenient however, groceries, TTC, good restraunts, bars.ect.

Extremely rude staff. Cheaters, they take 500$ deposit and make unreasonable false excuses for not returning back. My apartment was infested with cockroaches. I have full proof of their conversations. DO NOT RENT

Don't Rent! You will regret it! Building in an abandoned state, cockroaches everywhere. Management don't listen and never do repairs. Windows & balcony has never been cleaned for 10 years straight!

Management Resist heat any other religions he’s it’s couple who managing with Poor English language. A lot off mold in vent systems no one change filters - some tenants have already asthma because off swimming pool full of mold no one can see how affected this building only stuff now harmful work and live in this building. In this building super was killed another it was group suicide teenagers from balcony -This Building-have Bad Karma’s because it use to be house for retirees. We just see all “ Picture” after two months get out like from bad dream.

The fire hoses leaked all down through the whole building.the supers blamed it on another tennant and still have not fixed it.we had to tie our light to the shower bar because it is going to fall right off the wall.it has been well over a year.oh and our rent is going up $65 because the people they hired to do building repairs are incompetent. EDIT look, they finally fixed it! Lol this place couldn't be more of a joke.handimen hired were also quite rude and then got mad at me for being rude back
