I purchased my 2015 ML350 from Faraz Auto Sales around 5 months ago, from the first day till now I have taken this car to them 4 times for the same issue which is my brakes squeaking and a lot of overspray from an attempted driver seat repair, My Sales Rep Joe had stopped returning my calls once I took delivery of the vehicle and through the whole process of trying to get this fixed he tended to always “be outside of the dealership”. I have purchased many Germans cars before and not one of them ever caused this much of a headache. If your spending the big bucks they will treat you nice if your buying their “low end” cars then I hope you get a better sales rep than Joe.

What a great experience. Perry was our salesperson, we came in looking for a particular car and while we were excited for it, he showed us something we hadn’t considered, same price but a better choice for the money. From the moment of walking into the building, to the moment we got home with our new to us car, we were treated with kindness and respect by everyone on the Faraz Auto team, especially Sky the sweetest pup ever. Came for the cars, stayed for the dogs. Perry was super responsive to questions and was willing to go the extra mile. We will definitely recommend him and Faraz Auto to our friends and family. It’s the little things that count and they truly take care of all of them.

Recently purchased 2020 GLS Mercedes-Benz from Faraz. I was kind of hesitant at first because of some of the reviews. Perry was our sales person, I found him to be kind and honest. Ali, the owner, was kind as well. They took my concerns seriously and offered to have the vehicle fully inspected at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. They were few items that needed fixing, and they were fixed. Perry kept me updated with the progress of the inspection and the recommended repairs. I was not rushed or pressure to buy. The communication was honest and straightforward.

Also, I went to Mercedes-Benz dealership about the Mercedes Me app, I was asked what the price I bought it for was, and was told I got a good deal from Faraz.

Honestly best salesman i've ever met! Rossi was the most honest and trustworthy guy i've met in a long time at any dealer, Ross did everything he could to make things happen for me and i’m very happy that i got to work with him on buying my car! Very chill, genuine guy and good vibes, i will be recommending everyone i know to him as i can tell he's a good man and that he actually cares about people and not just their money. I went from all the way from Kitchener to purchase a Mercedes M-Class from Faraz Auto. I had a terrible experiance, in advertisement pictures trailer hitch was there, but when I picked up a car they removed it and it was not there.

Moreover, I need to spend well over $3700 in repairs. Everyrime when it rains, or had a car wash roof was leaking with water, also had a transfer case and a rear differential oil leak, Cabin and Engine air filter is full of dust, and rear brakes was only 30%. Transmission was slipping.

The senior sales man who served me his office is located on first left. He was not even able to tell me on how to connect a phone with Bluetooth. Just because he doesn't have a knowledge about establishing a connection with Bluetooth, he simply said this car doesn't have a Bluetooth, but later when I got home and did a YouTube search I was successfully able to connect with Bluetooth.

Hands down for a terrible service from top to bottom. Will I ever trust them to do my car purchase again? Definitely Not!

Lastly, no need to defend yourself by leaving a comment saying please give us a call to our general manager, or we are unable to find you in our database, then you database must be as terrible as your services are.

I am nothing short of delighted with my Faraz Auto Sales experience. I was hunting all over for a used BMW 330i xDrive. Found one via a Faraz ad on Autotrader. I was a bit concerned about buying from a non-BMW dealer but booked an appointment. WOW! You have to see the showroom here.it's luxury car paradise. I joked my BMW was the 'loser car'. The 2019 BMW 330i xDrive was a slam dunk purchase for me. First, the sales rep Perry Goodman was fantastic to deal with. Second, the car was reconditioned like it was brand new. I was concerned with some rim scraping and tire damage on the front left, there appeared to be an air leak, and that the tires might not have enough tread to pass a safety but I wanted this car. Perry assured me they could make the rim look great again and address the rim and tire repair. After making a deposit and returning a week later for pickup, the rim looked great and there were 4 new tires on the car. I was delighted to say the least. I would fully recommend this dealer and would recommend reaching out to Perry for sales. I'm a fan and would come back in heartbeat!

We had a great experience with Faraz, Joe was excellent at answering our questions when purchasing our vehicle and making it a smooth process. Faraz also went above and beyond to make sure an issue that arisen was handled with care from their service department team.

I had a great experience with Perry Goodman at Faraz Auto Sales. I saw their inventory online and decided to go in and take a look at some cars. I was greeted by Perry and he provided me great, friendly, non pressure service from the start. He advised me on the right car for my needs, worked with my budget and was patient throughout the process. He is extremely professional, I definitely would recommend looking for him when buying your next car. The whole team at Faraz was great from the start and they had a lot of great choices of high end vehicles.

Avoid. Typical shady used car sales tactics you'd maybe expect if you were buying a 3000 dollar beater on Danforth, not from a place dealing in 250k exotics.

Had a wonderful experience at Faraz Auto. In particular, dealing with Perry was a great experience. He took the time to explain everything to me, wasn’t pushy, and treated me and my mom with respect. Any questions I had along the way he was quick to respond to. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he put a bow on the hood! Thanks Perry for such a wonderful experience.

Bad experience after the sales agent judged me by my age or my appearance. I was looking for a family suv was interested in the maserati levante ($75k suv). Sales agent mid way asked if I was financing and I said yes and then after he asked if I had co signer and if my dad was going to help me out. I was in shock he asked me that before even sitting down and talking about my options. He stated the car is 75k and I might need a co signer but little did he know my age, my income and my credit score. They lost my buisness and i would definitely not refer any of my family or friends to the this place. Don't judge a book by its cover and to the sales agent who judged me I make more then enough to buy a 100k car.

The team in this place is very helpful and experienced. Thank you very much to everyone in this dealership, especially Ali, because he helped me in everything related to buying the car from A to Z and quickly.

The experience at Faraz was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is professional and very clean. They were very good at explaining everything. Ross was great, I highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable, honest, humble and patient. The process was super fast and easy. Ross always kept a tab on our vehicle and regularly shared updates before the pickup due date. We finally drove out with a 2017 Porsche Cayenne that we loved. These guys even sell brand new cars. Strongly recommend Faraz for people who are passionate about their cars.

I bought a 2016 BMW last year (2019) at Faraz, went to pick it up and the car was not clean at all.
During the purchase process I was offer an extended Maintenance warranty due to the fact the dealer warranty was expiring at the end of 2019, which cost me $ 5,000.00 dollars and to my surprise went it came to time for a claim found out this was not a Maintenance warranty instead it was a lost or total damage insurance (SCAM).
I tried to cancel and get my money back with Faraz but went I talk back to the seller he was very defensive and refuse to cancel the policy.
Again this was not the extended maintenance policy offer during purchase and got scam with $ 5,000.00 dollars extra.

I traded my 2011 Bmw 335 for a 2008 Toyota Sienna at this dealership, the trade in process was fairly easy and they kept their word. I would recommend the dealership and do business with them again.

Place has a stunning showroom of pristine exotics like something out of the movies. Washrooms are kept super clean, nice waiting area with couches, water and coffee. Even had masks and hand sanitizer due to corona. Need to make an appointment before visiting.

After I arrived Junior had a brief look at my car and asked some questions. We were quickly able to reach an agreed upon a number and made the deal. I felt like maybe I could’ve got more for my car or paid less for Sienna I understand it’s a business/negotiation. The price I was offered for my car was in line with another used dealership I visited prior. It’s important obviously you do your research before on what comparable are worth for cars you are selling/buying.

He agreed they would change brake pads, and detail the car- they did both. In addition they replaced windshield for $200 and did safety for $50 more which was nice. (Compared to $600 safety)

All in all a good experience and I left satisfied

Purchased vehicle out of province unseen/tested. Ali was fantastic start to finish. Went above & beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. One of their employees driving a black range rover (dealer plate ending on DRA) just cut me off and almost hit my car on the 407 exit to yonge st. He was driving recklessly speeding and changing lanes without using signals. He's lucky I didn't call the cops on him.
I hope they educate this person.

It's to bad the do have nice cars there but the service is not good. I emailed them and told them I was interested in a car it took 2days for them to reply. I replied back asking more info and told them I was very interested and they never replied. I have found a car since then.

Not professional and cars seem like they were accident repaired. Was there 2 weeks ago and I had to go to someone to help me and just by their body language they thought I was wasting their time.

From them moment we walked, we where very happy and everyone was very nice. Its family owned business and father came out and show us the car " Lexus 350rx sport f" not only did we love the car but father was nicest person, didnt feel like I was car dealership at all and that what I loved about it. They helped use with everything and didnt try to sell us things we didnt need. Wife is happiest person and happy wife is a happy life. Father and his sons are honest and stright forward people. Cant thank you guy enough for the hard work and the day we picked up the car it was prefect and full tank of gas, new tires and breaks no questions asked. I'm customer for life there now!

Very happy with my experience at Faraz! From the moment We walked in without an appointment I was greeted by Nick who took care of all of our needs. I originally went there for an Audi and left with a Range Rover. The dealership is beautiful, they have a wide variety of vehicles and treated us like family! The car We wanted to test drive was in their other building in the back with a lot of cars that needed to be moved to get it out and Nick went himself without hesitation and got it for us so We could test drive (which I ended up buying!). I would highly recommend this dealer, they go above and beyond to get you a fair, honest and transparent deal. I literally hugged Nick before I left, I’m NOT a hugger lol but he was great!
