I was in a very tight spot and didn’t know what to do and had never dreamt of filing for consumer proposal.
A friend of mine had mentioned it and that she had done it.
She recommend Farber debt and said how amazing they were.
I was very nervous to call and make that first step as for me I felt like it was a failure on my end.
When I decided to make that call and I heard the voice on the other end, it was so soothing and kind I felt comfortable right away!
His name is Vishal Mohammed and he is one of the most genuine, kind, attentive, caring and understanding people I have ever spoken to!
He made me feel very at ease, comfortable and not guilty at all for what I was doing.
He was very natural and very easy to talk to.
I never felt like he treated me like I was just a client, customer or anything but a human being.
He is amazing at what he does and you can tell this is not just a job for him and he genuinely cares about people, making a difference and making them happy.
He has one of the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered and it comes very naturally to him.
He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable with what he does and always explained everything with extreme detail.
He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge and if he wasn’t sure of something he got back to me as soon as possible with an answer.
He gave me all his time and attention and never made me feel rushed or bad about anything.
He is just an amazing person In general and I thank god when I made that call he was on the other end! He was my angel!

I called Farber looking for advice on what to do with our mounting bills that we couldn't keep up on. These included so many different types of debts. Lisa was absolutely amazing and such a treat to work with getting everything in order. Whenever I had a question about anything she was always there to answer my questions, and help us find a solution. We got our proposal finalized this month and we couldn't be happier to be on our way to a debt free life. If you ever need to get financial help, Farber is definitely the way to go.

Lots of debt consoloders will try to charge you what they call a "processing fee" that can be up to $4000 BEFORE they start your proposal. Farber did not try to pull any of those tricks on me and their specialists really put in the work for you. Lauren Barrett was my trustee and I felt very comfortable with her managing my debt. Lauren and Farber have been absolute angels to my family and I and now we have a second chance at our finances.

I was uneasy and embarrassed about contacting someone regarding my debt. I finally did and Lauren B.at Farber, was just amazing. She discussed my options, answered all my questions and I am now paying down my debt with a consumer proposal. Thank you so much Lauren for guiding me through this process! I encourage anyone out there to contact Farber and get rid of that debt! I wish I never waited so long but I'm happy I finally did.
