Always enjoy shopping here specially for fresh pastries when you don’t have time to find a super good bakery; price are a bit higher than other grocery stores though

Why in the world would you change your recipe’s for macaroni salad and coleslaw…that was my whole purpose for going to your store. I’m extremely disappointed. I mean it was so good. I bought and raved about it to and for all my friends and family…. Very disappointing. I bought one today and returned it after tasting it. It’s terrible!

Big! Full of fresh veggies and fruits, ready to cook meats/fish, ready made dishes and salads, fresh baked goodies, good variety of gourmet extras, flowers.and free parking. My kind of store.

Fun place to shop. Lots of good veggies and fruits. Also the best place I. Ottawa to buy fish. The fish monger is friendly and always helps out.

The produce is super fresh! Although a bit more expensive, you're paying for the quality food. It can also be quite busy during peak hours so I suggest you get your grocery shopping done earlier in the day.

Employees are always ready to assist and the Sea Food department is always well stocked with a good mix, with great prices.
The breakfast bar is also well displayed, as well as all other departments.
Great for a quick "In and Out"

Upscale foody grocer, real nice prepared foods section great bakery selection, has been real busy since new opening, parking can be a challenge, a pleasant shopping experience

I will however say they have a decent organic fruits collection.

Generally Farm Boy is pretty good generally but something has happened to their produce. Lettuce is yellowish, asparagus is oversized which is not good and the cauliflower might as well be thrown out. I bought a prepackaged Greek salad with long hair in it. Not happy

My partner ordered a cake for my birthday. I don't eat cake often so I was very excited. He ordered exactly what I wanted: vanilla cake with lots of icing.

When he went, the lady took a confetti cake from the showcase and wrote happy birthday val on it that unfortunately was not very nice writing.

My partner doesn't know better so went home with it. 26.99 he paid.

The cake was dry, probably had been in the showcase for days based on dryness and how the icing tasted like the fridge.

No one ate their piece and when I called, while the person I spoke to was really nice, they offered no reimbursement.
Turns out the lady never gave him my cake as she didn't work in thr bakery. Ruined my birthday and didn't even offer the actual cake.

I will not be returning and I'll have to wait another year for a good birthday cake.

I purchased a whole rainbow trout among other groceries and realized after I got home that it smells bad. I understand such things happen (not expected at farm boy, but ok), so I called the store politely asking what they want me to do with it. In short, I've experienced a very cold reception mechanically asking to bring the item back to the store + receipt (I never keep them). No apology for the trouble this has caused. So now I have to keep the smelly fish overnight and go back to the store to return it. Never had a chance to return next day, and obviously didn't want to keep it in the fridge, so had to toss it. Not coming back.

Went there for nothing today, there was very little hot and ready meals there and what left was way over priced. I also found there were to many people in the store with the pandemic going on.

A friendly little neighborhood store which has everything you need, always fresh, always neat and tidy, and served with smiles.

Former employee, they prefer wrongful termination over providing accommodations to employees with disabilities. I wouldn't wish this job upon my worst enemy.

Some of their stuff is just better. Other stuff can only be found here. Overall you'll spend much more money if you only shop at Farmboy.

Excellent selection of fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. The pre- prepared food is excellent, I stop for lunch quite a bit. Love it!

I find it pleasant to shop at Farm Boy, there stores are always clean and inviting. They provide a good service to the community. Sometimes the prices can be a bit more than other grocery stores, however, the quality of the produce is always there. They also provide unique products that I enjoy. I am happy with my experience witness Farm Boy and will continue to shop there.

This is my favorite supermarket. Their dedication to high quality products and a clean environment shines through on every visit.

I am a very loyal customer and I was delighted to find Quark or fresh cheese 0.3 % by Liberty always on your shelves. I don't know why it suddenly disappeared since the beginning of December 2020. Please, bring it back since no other store seems to carry it.

Friendly service and a great place to stop and grab some food at the salad bar. Definitely more expensive for staples (bread milk and such) but often has good deals on meat.

Great place to get a super fresh, high quality and home-made-style lunch. The 'fauxtein' hot meals are impressive. So good, hard to keep it from getting expensive but worth it. The Centrum location is especially good.

It's a grocery store. They sell food. Not much else.

What a concept! Not a huge selection, but everything is high quality, with an emphasis on local and organic.

Best part? The big buffet and dining area. Food you can actually live on, for a decent price.

I had three people's help me from the store. But I wanted to buy a case of Mango that wasn't possible. I had to pay for them like set of 4. /for 5$.
