I truly love this store. Logical layout, fresh produce, a lot of locally sourced product, professional and friendly staff.

They have their own product line that is good. Prices are a bit high. Great fresh produce. They have good bakery bread. Bakery desserts are hit and miss. I had their cinnamon buns that were very dry.

This was our first time to Farm Boy and we were not disappointed. Although the prices are on the higher end, we find great quality items that we wouldn't find elsewhere. For example, pre-made pico de gallo in the bakery section and vegan goods. For budget conscious grocery shopping, I would not recommend Farm Boy but for individual items not easily found elsewhere this is the place to go. This week we couldn't find an item on the shelf so we spoke to a staff member and she was able to grab it from an offloading skid which. The "going above and beyond" customer service is what really makes Farm Boy stand out. Thank you for helping us!

Great location close by to the CF mall and other stores like JYSK and Dollarama. Very clean, well stocked, great variety and staff are very friendly and helpful here.

Edit as of April 14,2022: Met a really nice worker named Mike at the butcher area who said he would order in blade roast and took my name and number. Said it would be in and when my husband went to pick it up as we live 30 min away, he was told it was never ordered. Very frustrating and it would have been nice to have a courtesy call to confirm that it wasn't in or that they forgot to order.

I would advise to always call and check for any customized customer service requests or offers to make sure they hold up on their end.

From produce, to meat section to checking out. We were asked if we needed any help. This is our new grocery store without a doubt.

A little disappointing this time. I was the only person at meat counter and couldn't get waited on. She just kept on doing whatever it was, going back and forth from the front counter where I was and the back. So I finally left without what I wanted.

There is always something that you can find there. From fruits to vegetables to even beer (certain locations)

This is my go-to for produce and Farm Boy quality. Staff are not merely friendly. They go out of their way to help. If you have a mishap, they not only help, they make you feel like it was their fault anyway. Just a great place to shop and I go there regularly.

Absolutely love this grocery store. Excellent selection of products and top quality customer service.

Home of the fancy cheeses, best commercial bread and a rainbow of other products to check out, a good focus on luxury and high quality products.

Edit: (2021) Farm Boy no longer stocks "the good bread" it's a very generic loaf now, with none of the chew or character of the older bread, losing a star.

Like all the Farm Boys, the franchising is great—but unlike the 4 or 5 other franchises where I've shopped, this one went above and beyond the call to help out an elderly member of my family after she left some of her groceries behind. The customer service here is a cut above. Does the high quality of the produce justify the slightly above-market prices? I'm not sure. But the quality of the staff and management certainly does.

A chain operated store it is set up more like a boutique grocery store. Mostly high end and hard to find food items.

Generally high-quality stuff, but much of their stuff is too expensive, even considering the high quality. Still, it's nice to visit when you want something premium. Wish they had more low-carb and sugar-free foods, given their positioning as a "healthy" chain.

The produce here is always beautiful, there is never a shortage of fresh buns, and their store baked cookies are delicious! Always love coming in here.

I love their catering ideas for special occasions. I bought both Easter dinner and Mother’s Day brunch kits from this location and they were incredible. Thank you for offering the catered meals, it has been such a treat in this extended lockdown.

While you can get great self made sweets and the store is very pleasant, the products variety is very lean.and highly priced. The home made food is seasoned weirdly, and there is always a line in the registry.

It was clean, lots of stock, the employees were very helpful finding items (especially the produce person) and when I had phoned to enquire about an item they were quick to answer the phone and my question.

Great store to go grocery shopping everything is fresh, staff are friendly, store is extremely clean. Specifically during this locked down/pandemic.

Farm Boy stores are not the traditional big-chain food warehouse. Lots of different things not found in "big brands", and a bias to locally-sourced products makes the slightly more expensive prices worthwhile. FB stores are well designed, and the walking distance to get what you need seems more efficient.

Love Farm Boy vegetables.fruit meat/fish. My only place to buy is Farm Boy. For other things I'll go to different stores but Farm Boy has the best selections of vegetables.fruit.meat/fish. Bakery is good but things I've gotten are not the best for my liking. Some are okay like their carrot cupcakes.some tarts and pecan pie.but I usually make my own baked goods. I tried their Sticky Toffee Pudding really good but like my own when I make it.

Great prices and excellent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Friendly, courteous staff.

Poor management and the security guard is rude to people just waiting outside for LCBO or JYSK.

The store is clean, prices are considerably higher than most stores. I also notice they were not wiping down debit machine after using (have your hand sanitizer ready). Not wiping down conveyer belt either.

What a pleasure to shop in your store. So colourful, fresh and vibrant food! It looks and feels like a farmer's market. We are excempt from the mask and had no problem shopping in your grocery store. We found this gem and we are very happy. Thank you lots.

We visited 2 markets to purchase a Fruit Basket, but found them very unorganized and not helpful. We then went to Farm Boy and were so impressed with the polite helpful staff, the process, and the very reasonably priced bountiful basket we picked up the next day. We definitely will return to shop at the Wonderland Rd. Farm Boy!

The manager here is absolutely nuts.he yells at folks idling outdoors who are trying to fit furniture in their cars (Jysk next door).

All the farm boy brand / made baked goods from this store are always staaaaaaale and overpriced.

Always have great variety and lots of meat free alternatives for vegans! Produce also always seems to be fresh and at reasonable prices.

The price is a bit on the pricy side, but the variety of food is good and most of the time you can find what you're looking for.

Great to check out this place for meats, cheese and produce! Finally found cheese curds here and there is a great selection of baked good. There are also some specialty items available such as vegan cheese.

I witnessed a mother and her two young children shopping without masks and I’m upset with how you’re not enforcing this as a mandatory rule. Other stores have, why can’t you?

We love shopping at Farm Boy. Their produce is always fresh, meat dept is clean and has good selection and the bakery always has delicious treats.

Always great shopping experience. Clean and tidy. Welcoming atmosphere. Well arranged. Fresh groceries, cooked foods and baked goods. Delicious cakes, cookies, brownies etc. I always feel happy for this shopping experience. Milk varieties are super awesome. Above all great customer service

The food looks indeed very fresh.store is well laid out and very clean, and they do gave a nice selection of cheeses and cold meat. I found the prices a bit on the highside, but I quess one has to pay a bit more for quality

Great place, but not your typical grocery store. If it can't go in your mouth it won't be found there (i.e. Do not look for cleaning products, paper towels, whatever.it's just food/bev). May mean you have more than one trip for groceries but not their fault. It would be 5/5 stars if not for their recent-ish downgrades to the breakfast element of their hot food bar, being able to get bacon and sausage a la carte by weight was handy. I am told "eggs just would sit there and not sell, too much waste / cost" was at issue, oh well, their choice, no need to grab a quick breakfast there even though they sort of throw a few pre-configured things into clamshell package or a foil breakfast burrito instead. Not quite equivalent but their choice. 4/5.

Farm boy has a great selection of groceries and premade food. While it can be quite expensive, the quality of items being sold makes up for it

Loved this location.until the last two visits! I understand how business works I own a retail business and know how things work! And management is KEY! And the NEW management at this location is awful to say the least. I still love Farm Boy but will be going to a different location!

Friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful & fresh produce & meats. Many products are organic. What's not to love? I enjoy seeing what new products they have brought in since my last visit.

Don’t get when you have a rain check that is more than one then you have to buy that amount I had three and was told at Beaverbrook London on location I have to buy all three but only wanted to buy one if you went to other stores like shoppers or foodbasics you don’t have to use the rain checks right away they adjust the amount on the paper and give it back this jackass at 8 pm on Monday March 18 2019 Beaverbrook location said they don’t do this what a disappointment

Always great prices, lots of fresh produce, lots of unique items. The sushi bar has excellent selection of plates, I'd go here just for the poke bowl. Been going here years and will continue to do so.

As you would expect if you've shopped at farm boy before, it's great. Big aisles and plenty of fresh produce. So much better than hitting the larger "carry everything under the sun" type of store. I also love that the LCBO is right beside!

They do a super good job of keeping fresh food in stock, in the summer their produce is mostly local. The meat is definitely mostly local and always some of the freshest in the city. If I am having guests this often the grocery store I choose. I also Reay enjoy their in house mustards, definitely one of the best I have ever had.
