I had been shopping for a ring for over a year. Not vigorously, but anytime I was near a jewellery store and had the time, I'd poke around, never any luck. When a global pandemic stops one from maintaining watch batteries, watches can develop 'symptoms' too! When the jeweler told me my VERY old digital Timex watch couldn't be fixed, I was heartbroken. Ms. Ainuddin immediately insisted that they look closer to see if my watch could be saved. It was. But better (and sweeter) still - she would not take payment for this service.

Only because I got unlucky and a mistake was made.others 5 stars. I took my old tissot watch to get the battery swapped. In and out even under big retail restrictions Farrah herself was there manning the store. She is great truly and I can only imagine she's probably a really great bosses to work for. There was an issue with the seal on my watch and a little water got inside. I called her and she asked me to come back to get it fixed. She fixed it totally, cleaned it out too very good care of it and no charge to me, she just felt bad that it had happened i think. I'll certainly be back.stuff happens but she made it right. She is thoroughly pleasant to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Such a lovely store! Has a wide range of beautiful, quality pieces in all price ranges. The staff is attentive, sweet, and kind, and has the best mother/daughter team ever! Farat and Sarah are two of the loveliest, nicest, most genuine and most professional business owners I've met, and Farrah's remains my favourite jewellery store.

I went in to drop off a watch for repair and look into buying a new band for it. There was 4 staff working, 2 of with were with customers, 2 of them just stood around. After 10 min waiting and staring at me I left. The one employee was more concerned with making jokes with her coworkers than customers, apparently. I can only assume that they are overrun with customers these days, what with COVID, so they have to be choosy.

I just had my first experience with Farrah's Fine Jewelers and it certainly won't be my last! I took a necklace into be fixed with no expectation to get it back until January as we are days before the latest lock down. One day later, I received a call that my necklace was ready for pick up. Start to finish - from the initial friendly reception I received upon entering the store, to the professional assessment of the fix required, to the incredibly impressive timely turn around and the work that must have been required to do this has me duly impressed. The kind, professional and quality services provided by Farrah's will make this my go to jewellery stop from now on. Infinitely better experience than certain other big name jewelry stores I have dealt with in the past.

I purchased an engagement ring with Farrah and was greatly satisfied with both the service and the final product. Amazing service! I inherited a ring from my father, I went in 2 days before his service to see if they could size the ring. Initially they told me four business days, as we told them the reason they were happy to have it done within the next day which made the experience awesome! When I got there to pick it up the ring looked brand new and couldn’t not tell there was anything done to it and it was in rough shape.
