My wife had alterations done on an evening gown. She had them pin it while instore and the gown was altered to her liking. Although pricy, they did a great job hemming and fitting it to her body. I would recommend this store if you are okay spending a bit more money.

I was hesitant at first to bring one of my most cherished suits for minor tweaks but the experts at fashion fits made me feel extremely comfortable and confident with their approach. Their patience, professionalism, and vast knowledge far exceeded.my expectations. I will definitely be coming back for any future alteration needs!

Went in with a very small repair on the seem of a sweater. They told me 20.00, I felt I was being gouged so I declined. Went to another place and sure enough fashion fits were trying to gouge. The other place at first said 5.00. Within a couple minutes it was fixed and they told me no charge, don’t worry about it.
I will never bring anything to fashion fits again and will make sure to tell people about my experience. Will highly recommend the other business which is located close by.
So fed up with businesses gouging and taking advantage of people.

Had a coat fitted and it turned out fantastic. At first I was uncertain, due to the heavy material of the coat, but the results appear flawless. They do quality work especially if you're clear about your requirements. Definitely recommend paying Mike and his team a visit.

DON’T COME HERE! Dishonest owner Sarah said she would Lower shoulder by letting more fabric out. I didn’t post this until one month later because I wanted a seamstress to verify that the alterations place I went to didn’t do what she said she would. (Pics are obvious work wasn’t done and bill enclosed) I went in Oct 29 2023 to get my gown hemmed and the shoulder lengthened (longer/open seam let more fabric down). When I went back Nov 2 2023 to try my gown I noticed the seam wasn’t open over the shoulder (no sewing or open areas to show this of fabric opened to be extended from shoulder and resewn) and I asked Sarah if she made the alterations over the shoulder? Because it didn’t seem like she made alterations (woman who said she’s the owner of the store) said that she did open the seam over the shoulder and lowered the fabric.the fit over my chest was the same as when I went in Oct 29 and it was still tight in the chest and under arm area… needless to say I didn’t only pay (please see bill attached but I paid additional $40.00 expensive) for work that wasn’t done. I was not going to argue with the owner as I gave her the benefit of the doubt this was 88.00 hem gown which was done and an additional 40.00 for shoulder area that wasn’t done! Total: $144.64 I am very disappointed at a business that would lie and deceive customers for the sake of $40.00 where did people’s moral and integrity go? I understand since we have a recession but you shouldn’t be doing shady dishonest business like this! Go to stitch it… I never been to this alterations place since it’s in the same mall and thought I will try it. I will never return here! Owner made comment below and claims she did work whatever (I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that she lied again on review besides in person) …if she did she would’ve shown me this Nov 2! I'm not going to argue when i asked the owner Nov 2 if she did do the work and she said yes. I am not going to return waste time and energy when someone said they did do the work per her response below and btw NO faint lines or any review of photos given to me or taken! She didn’t circle or send me photos…Wow! I guess I shouldn’t be surprised of her “alleged work she claims she did that even we cannot tell “ below comments…Btw the seamstress I went to works downtown deals with clients from holt renfrew bloor st. I think is pretty experienced

If could give more stars i would! I have been taking my clothes from jeans, dress pants, suits, repairs to my pants or clothing to my motorcycle jackets to Fashion Fits Alterations at Markville Mall to be altered or repaired for the last 25+ years! They do excellent work and I can't complain. The staff are friendly and know what they're doing! I'll never take my clothes anywhere else. Plus, if you need your pants hemmed within an hour, they'll do that for you, too! Finally, prices are reasonable, but if you want things done properly you don't go on the cheap! What are you waiting for!? Bring your clothes to be hemmed or altered, you won't be disappointed!

Very satisfied with Fashion Fits. I used their services to repair an Eddie Bauer jacket under warranty. They went above and beyond to not only replace the broken zipper but address a design flaw which is what caused the zipper to break. Even though they could not make an exact match on the zipper the jacket still looks great and functions properly too!
They did a great job hemming my pants as well.
