Fashion Flowers

Beautiful arrangement and a great price! Purchased several different arrangements recently for a funeral from different places on behalf of other family members. Not only was this one the best done with the biggest flowers (and plentiful), the pricing was also significantly lower than others and was really beautifully put together. Very robust and well packaged for travel!

Will definitely be ordering from here directly in the future for local needs.

I wanted REAL flowers. You said only the hydrangeas would be fake.rest would be real. I asked you would it look weird that some are fake paired with real. It was over 700 total not $500. How would you consider fixing this?

BE CAREFUL! READ YOUR RECEIPT (REVISE IT WITH HER AND HAVE HER READ EVERYTHING WORD BY WORD) SHE WAS SAYING SOMETHING AND CLEARLY WRITING ANOTHER! (Handwritten in messy cursive.was the receipt and yes my mistake for not checking) Was unfortunately referred here. Was a very pleasant meeting in the beginning (For Wedding bouquets/boutonniere).

Completely different flowers than we talked about and all the bridesmaid bouquet were TINY and FAKE! She said only the hydrangeas will be fake as they dont last long and i asked if it would look okay since everything else will be real she reassured me it will go well together (she was writing as we were talking so i assumed itnwas all we agreed on.there was no miscommunication here.

I was quoted $50 (per bridesmaid bouquet) and if it was fake I could have spent $20 elsewhere:). Anyways her response was you should have looked at your recipt. A cursive messy handwriting that only you will know what it means. She was writing down as we were talking and I ASUMMED IT WAS WHAT WAS BEING TALKED ABOUT.but cleary not. I'm not saying the bouquet were bad. They weren't bad but they didn't go with my wedding venue theme. I showed a reference picture and went through the colours. She gave same boutonniere for groom and groomen when all were white and 1 maroom. She refused a refund "because of the beautiful work"
I never said it wasn't beautiful.im saying it's not what I asked for AT ALL!

OVER $700 FOR SOMETHING NOT ASKED FOR.

Apparently this shop has been sold to some new owner.she’s rude and simply doesn’t know customer service. I have been shopping here for years for flowers for cake orders.will not be returning.there is a floral shop at middlefeild and finch which is way better with their prices and their services.

I rarely give business 1 star.

On the Mother’s Day, I went to this shop. I rarely go to flower shop so I don’t know much about flowers or plants. This day was a hectic day. I totally understood. I went up to the cashier and asked about the prices. The lady (I think she was the owner) was wrapping the flowers and friendly told me about the prices. There were two bunches of flowers ready-to-go on the counter, I asked if there were for sale, she told me it was for someone else to pick up, she pointed at the area where two other florists were wrapping outside the shop and told me that the flowers were out there. So I walked over and asked her what I should do with these flowers, should I just pick the flowers and one of the florists would wrap for me? She started getting impatient and told me that I should just walk around the mall and come back and check if the (currently empty) box beside the florist have any flower ready for sale.

I decided not to go away because obviously the box was still empty and someone else might pick up and the box would stay empty. One of the florists heard what the owner had told me and walked over to me and said “I am going to wrap one for you. ” So I stood aside and waited for this florist. About 5 mins later, she finished and handed the flowers to me. The owner just walked up to me and grabbed the flowers away from my hands and said “this is not for you. It is wrapped for someone who had preordered it! ” With a very impatient tone. I told her that the florist said it was wrapped for me, but this owner didn’t seem to care.

Due to the tight timeline I wanted to get some flowers for my mother, I stood aside and waited for more flowers to come to the box. During this waiting time, I saw the owner kept wrapping flowers for the box, I asked her if she could wrap two bunches for me but one was roses and one was carnation but mixed them into two bunches. The owner still talked to me in a very impatient tone and said I don’t have time for customized bunches! (But meanwhile she was wrapping anyway, I still don’t get why she wasn’t able to do that since she is wrapping right now for the box.) any way, I stood aside and waited until I got two bunches and roses and I went up to pay. This owner was handling the payment with a very long face and obviously impatient, meanwhile she was smiling to other customers.

1. She just grabbed away the flowers straight from my hands. That’s very rude? Meanwhile the florist told me she wrapped for me?
2. Her face just changed completely different attitude towards me.
3. As a service business, your attitude represents your shop, regardless how good your product is.

I don’t know what kind of customer service is this. The flowers I got on that day were meh too. I will never go back.

Great service. Price is good not a lots of choices but still few good selection. They help me choose the right one thanks to the lady who working

I always try to stop in at Fashion Flowers for a bouquet when we are in the area visiting family. They have the freshest, nicest smelling flowers, and lovely floral arrangements. The staff is very friendly as well. I definitely recommend!

At Fashion Flowers we always buy our roses from them for our cakes, the roses last more than a week as others die within 4 days.
Will be coming back for more roses. Thank you for having a large selection of roses.
