I would give zero stars if I could. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I have been going here for a couple of years and I don’t know why I kept coming back as the services were always just meh but this past time was so horrible I will never go back and that’s why I’m leaving this review. I asked for a shellac manicure with tips just on my short nails. What I got was acrylic nails and no manicure. The polish job was so poorly done and sloppy that it started to peel within one hour of leaving the salon. Not only that, I absolutely hated the feeling of the acrylic nails. I went back and asked the lady to remove them and she flat out refused. She very angrily redid the polish but would not take the nails off despite my wishes. She also hit my cuticle multiple times with the drill to the point my skin was raw and bleeding. I tried to contact them numerous times to make an appointment to have the nails removed with radio silence. I guess they are doing me a favour as I will just find somewhere better to go now. Do not go here!

First of all my pedicure was far from one. The lady who did mine didn't even scrub my heels, she cut me numerous times and my french application was sloppy and she had to wipe and re apply numerous times therefore left smudge marks everywhere and on the big toe the French line is crooked.

Secondly the man who worked on my nails from the beginning did NOT want to listen to what I wanted and kept trying to do other things than what I asked for. I asked him for the regular acrylic application only and I made it clear i did not want the dip powder as I am not a fan of it. He used the dip powder on my thumb and I immediately told him i did not like that and colour was not the same so he was obviously upset with me that he had to re do it after I voiced my opinion on the different shades on my nail and it went down hill from there.
His application technique was absolutely awful and sloppy, the tips he used weren't even big enough to for my regular nail. The shape I asked for was square and i didn't get square.

He was so rough with filling and was aggressive pulling my hand back to him when I pulled back because it was hurting, I simply had enough with how he was treating me.

I do not know if this person is new as he's never done my nails before but his attitude and behaviour was absolutely unacceptable, he started slamming his chair and getting mad at me! Lol worst part is that I have been there numerous times and for for many.many years. I never should have paid ir at least spoken with the owner however he wasn't there and never responded to my complaint so here is my review. I will be posting pics on their pages.

This has been the worst experience

This is a great nail salon! I needed my nails done one day but wasn’t in my town so i decided to just look up a random one and hope for the best.i came across this place and i have been going there to get my nails done ever since.the staff is lovely and they all make sure your nails look just the way you want them too.non of my nails have ever fallen off and they last about 4 weeks! I highly recommend this place.

Always an amazing experience! Friendly and flexible. I always get last minute appointments and they go above and beyond to be sure my nails are exactly what I’m looking for! This is my number one place for nails!

Had a horrible experience. This was my first time trying dip nails and was told by friends how it's better than shellac because they last longer. However two of the dip nails fell off less than a week later. I went back to get them replaced no one was able to help me colour match. I was told I should have remembered the colour number (who ever does that?). I was charged for the replacement which once again fell off after less than a week. I initially went with a friend who did shellac and hers chipped as soon as she got in the car. When getting my replacement another woman came in to fix her shellac that chipped after a couple of weeks, as well. It's been a couple of months and my nails are still damaged from this experience. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would 100% recommend this nail location! There is no one better out there than the technician named Leh Lan! She does amazing nails and pedicures! She is very welcoming and caring. You must visit this place, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Leh Lan for everything you have done for me and always making me look beautiful

I love this nail salon! Mama Le, her husband Tony (the owners) and her son Phu are the best! They take their time and make sure my nails look flawless every time! I’m in love with this place
Family operated also, support the family not just any salon… so I feel close to them. Phu is so funny too and jokes around Much love!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while. Customer service is implacable and my nails are always well done. They also offer kids manicure which I have had my two daughters (5&6) do. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks for a great service.

Just had a refill and a pedicure for at their establishment for the first time. They had a gorgeous blue color. Service was clean, professional and warm. Nice foot massage too! Definitely will be back ;)
