Lotsa gravy on the beefy fries. Right to the bottom. I thought the Steak Burger was great and it was HUGE!

Was craving pickle fries. They’re just as good as they used to be and the staff was friendly.

I have to say I have become incredibly disappointed with how far this location has fallen. During the day I have encounters with decent staff. The staff that has been working as of late, are rude and lazy. Numerous times has my order been wrong or poorly made. Recently I gave a call to the Stanley location as that is the one I frequent. They served me old fries, they tasted chalky and like they had been sitting too long. Definitely over salted. Cheese just shoved inside it not even covering the top. They charge you 2$ for some cheese btw. Either way I talked to a young woman with an accent, I explained how the fries were aweful and asked if I can send my boyfriend to pick up a new one. We confirmed it was the walk up window, our names number and then proceeded to ask if I'd be by today and I said yes actually he's just down the street. He gets there gives name and such, and gets asked if it was already replaced because he didn't bring the trash fry with him. She said for future to bring the spoiled product. I bought a whole combo. Not just fries and that was clarified. Only the fries were being replaced and it was NOT specified on the phone that the product would need to be brought back. They were thrown out, as I discussed with the person on the phone who was the same girl contradicting herself. It was incredibly frustrating for him and he came back quite irritated. I decided to give them a call, I wanted to ask why I was not told of the phone that was a requirement, and after about 15 -20 minutes of them not picking up the phone, I got her again. I asked immediately to get the NAME of their manager so at some point I could discuss my experiences as of late. I asked for their managers name, and they refused to give me their name. I said, I need to know who I'm speaking to, who to ask for, I want to know the first name at least. She started to stumble over her own words not sure how to respond, and said they would give me the number for corporate to make a complaint. She gave me a 519 number. I asked if this was cooperate or if this was the Area Managers number. I then asked if x was still area manager by name and clarified if that was the number I was being provided.

Usually I enjoy Fast Eddie's, but we went here on Friday for dinner after work around 9pm, and the burgers were awful. We had to park and wait for the steak burgers to cook, they were so over cooked they were crumbling apart. The sauce seemed to be sprayed into the corner of the box instead of on the burger. Very disappointed.

Fast Eddie's usually doesn't disappoint BUT this time fries tasted day old and not hot. Hardly any pickle seasoning on either order. First time trying beefy fry which was just fries with gravy. Awful tasting so it was probably good thing it was only a tablespoon of it. And hamburgers were not hot. Totally dissatisfied for the cost.

Cheap burgers and drinks.you get what you pay for. Crazy Fries are amazing.get them double crazy for the topping on the bottom too.

Fast Eddie's holds it down as the best fast food place in the area.the prices always remain reasonable no matter the economy and the menu remains the same with some new great options.addicted to the pickle fries definitely recommend trying them if you haven't yet.the service is always friendly and speedy.

Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and no order was taken so no fast eddies for me who ever works on Stanley St in brantford at 12 28 pm shouldn't be working there

I don't know why there isn't one of these next to every McDonald's destroying their business with the fries alone. Such great food, fair prices, fast clean friendly service. Pickle fries are heavenly

Went through the drive-through. The staff can not seem to understand what a plain cheese burger is. My son is picky and wants it just the cheese and the patty. I repeat this every time we go through. The past three times, they can't seem to get it right. Either there has been mustard or ketchup on it. It's really not a hard thing to remember.

They just leave there customers who walk standing outside in the rain

Meanwhile they serve customers comfortable in there nice warm car right in front of you

Again coming from out of town and they close early. Attitude from employee stating too busy while we were the only ones in line. When I mentioned going to head office cause it's the 4th time they have closed early she asked "What do you want? " With a nasty look on their face. I will never go back again

Two cheeseburgers. Large crazy fry. And a medium Pepsi, no ice. My "go to" order.
What that gets you is fed. As itt is, technically, food.
But its also the ingredients for making a 1 pound brick in your abdomen about 45 minutes after you consume them. And also the ingredients for making some mortar for that brick about 4 hours after that.

Fast Eddie's: feel full, but not good about yourself.

The burger used to taste phenomenal. I’m a student and I come everyday. They changed the customer service. The lady seemed like she was high from weed or something. She couldn’t process anything I was saying. She got mad at me and put so much sauce in the burger to take revenge. I told her to get the manager and the manager was also another student. The burger is 4.99 and she lied to my face and said it’s 6.99 and would not give me the receipt. I told the manager to give me the receipt and he did and he saw that she charged me twice for the milkshake. I told him to apologize and not just refund me but he shut the window. This is absurd.

3 stars because Crazy Fries of course.but my God what’s with the burgers? I grew up in Brantford and used to love this place.it seems like ownership has just stopped caring

You get what you pay for at Fast Eddie's. Good, cheap eats. This is not high-brow, nor does it pretend to be. Their milkshakes are what you need in your life.

We chose to go to this location because the ladies who work there actually make sure there is chilli and cheese throughout the whole cup but the guy there just puts a bit on top.over half the cup was naked fries.

So I went to Eddies for the first time thought the old fashion style menu and building was gunna a good reflection on their food. I would rather go McDonald’s throw my food out the window drive over it few times scrape it off the ground the eat it before going to Eddies again wouldn’t waste your money on it when you can go to Costco and buy and make it yourself lol.

Great place to grab a quick burger or bite fries has their own taste with special sauce
