Faster Linen Service Ltd

I recently stated working with Faster Linen. Family owned business what a load of trash.
People working there are very rude conservative and unsupportive.

I got sick because I was working overtime with no breaks or rather did not get time to take breaks. Working 12 to 14 hours daily effected my health greatly. I requested sick leave for a few days but just for precaution i had tested myself for covid and it came positive. I reported to Rick but he fired me for taking one extra day of sick leave. I would not recommend this company for anyone applying to get a job here. If you get sick they fire you right away without consideration.

Linen supply mostly stained, when call in for replacement there are only promised but never make it.it totally opposite of what their advertiment
that you hear the on the phone, when you were force to listen to.and wait for some one come to answer you call.

BE WARNED! Faster Linen is an absolute joke of a linen company. Make sure you go through all of your invoices with a fine tooth comb as they hide extra costs throughout. Look at price per unit, how many were delivered and ensure it matches, as they like to up the price. Also be aware of all the additional delivery and handling costs they charge at the bottom of the invoice!

Now, on to their drivers. If you’re not at the restaurant at the crack of dawn and they try to make a drop off, they’ll just cancel the delivery all together and leave you hanging with no linens! And don’t bother calling customer service to resolve it as they’ll just pass the blame onto the drivers. And, if they do end up sending you the delivery, ensure they’re not double charging you on your invoice for delivery fees!

There are other reputable linen companies out there, I highly recommend staying clear of Faster!

Family owned and it shows! These guys really care. Super responsive service, the product is always clean and fresh. Highly recommend for all linen, carpet, and uniform needs.

Once again, Faster Linen came to the rescue during the Covid 19 period. I had just opened up my clinic and was running out of sheets before the Canada Day holiday and I called Jared on Monday and he sent the sheets right away by uber. Their service is the best, the owners are the best and their service people are the best. Never going anywhere else.

I've been using Faster Linen for the past 11 years I've been the owner of Hillsview Massage & Therapy Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Mark Halberstadt has always provided me with the best service possible. When I've had any issues whatsoever, albeit, they are very few he's always responded. When I needed access to blankets due to reopening requirements after COVID, he was immediately responsive delivering us what we needed in advance and then even followed up with a phone call to check-in. Awesome service and attention to detail! They've earned my business year over year. I strongly recommend Faster Linen!

This company is great.always on time, great products, great service, great quality.would recommend using them to anyone! Have had nothing but great experiences every time.

So nice doing business with a family run business. They are reliable and always willing to go the EXTRA mile - even on a Saturday or Sunday when product is needed! I highly recommend them!

Faster Linen Service is a great local, family run business that actually cares about servicing their customers. I have worked in many restaurants over the years, and Faster Linen has been the one constant in a very hectic and fast paced industry. I recently called to place a rush order as we had a busy weekend and ran out of napkins, and they arrived within the hour! Fantastic service, quality and professionalism! Keep up the great work!

The sheets are 95% of the time crisp & clean. The delivery service is where they are lacking. My clinic is without sheets today because they didn't deliver on time. No one was willing to drop off a few sets to get me through the day until the driver could deliver. It states on my bill that delivery is to be done by 11: 30am at the latest. Not very professional. This makes my clinic look bad now because they could not deliver. No one even attempted to see if anyone else could rectify this issue.
Not so fast after all.

After using a few different linen companies for past events and being unhappy, I tried Faster Linen. Quality was great, service was great, and had a really positive experience. Would recommend trying them out!
