Fat Bastard Burrito

Dirty place, unprepared staff, the rice was HARD as a rock and the pulled pork dry, the whole bowl tasted like old and cold food, I don't recommend it to anyone.

These guys are so slow. 4 people behind the counter and it still took 15 mins to make a burrito.going to chipotle from now on

Waited 25 mins to make an in-house order for take away, because the two staff members were dealing with online orders and completely ignoring the line of people IN the restaurant.
Horrible service. When line up enquired about ordering, asked for 10 more mins. Really? 30 mins to.order a take away, pre-made burrito. No bueno

This place is near my work… I always go for lunch … love their guacamole very fresh and portioning is also Gud.highly recommended location ️

Went there for a dinner after visiting CN tower, there was a huge rush but the staff were quick and so my turn came faster than expected! Really good customer service, coming back again

I paid 35$ for two items. They tell me they can't put specific toppings. No difference between big and huge burrito. Cost cutting and overcharging don't mix well if you want more/steady customers. (update whole wrap was soggy and meat wasn't cooked/spied. They also didn't put sauces on the side) terrible experience. Save the trouble.

Went to this location and I feel completely ripped off I ordered a large burrito bowl and honestly it feels like an extra small I barely got any rice, and toppings were minimal When I go to burrito boys or grande burrito I am actually fall after having a large burrito bowl but here I was completely and utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. My friend also got a burrito bowl and she feels the same way. If a manager could please reach out to me I would love for a gift card or free meal sometime to make up for this horrible experience.

I ordered the tequila lime chicken quesadilla and at the end the guy put a dark brown sauce. I was worried what that was as I've had the tequila chicken before and I also didn't want anything sweet which is why I specifically asked about the sauces. I got home and it completely tastes like chipotle which I don't like and it's very sweet. I called them and talked about this and they tried to convince me it's the tequila lime and it just looks a bit brown but isn't.how does that make sense? I can see the sauce is dark brown. I can taste and SMELL the chipotle. I have also had the tequila lime before. Very disappointed in them trying ro convince me after ruining my order and me wasting 18$ here. This doesn't taste nice to me at all.

Visited this place for the first time today based on its 4/5 overall rating but the burrito was really bad. The rice was hard and it was like spitting out seeds. The lettuce was old. Overall the ingredients were not fresh. It was also cold and soggy. Will not return.

I ordered a butter chicken burrito’, it was the best burrito that ever i had. Must try butter chicken.

We shared a huge chicken something something waddayadda burrito. It was very bland, and made us feel a bit queezy uneasy!

They are really relaxed with their covid precautions / overall hygiene and cleanliness. The cashier’s mask was 3x too big and kept falling so she kept adjusting it while touching the cash. I wasn’t too bothered until she started assembling my food. She wore plastic gloves but her mask completely fell. So she is talking with her mouth and nose exposed prepping my food. Two people walked in and saw this and immediately left.

Won’t be back.

I have been to many locations before and it was my first time being at this one. I ordered crispy tequila from that and it tasted amazing. The chicken was not at all oily, had just the right amount of crispness in it.
They have great customer service and alot of space to dine-in for a burrito place. Definitely visiting again!

The burrito's are filling and tastes pretty good. The store was hygenic and staff was welcoming. Good experience overall!

Past few burritos were cold, no flavour, dry, felt like ingredients we asked for were missing. Couldn't even finished the most recent one I ordered. We used to eat here all the time and really enjoyed the food. Not sure what has happened lately. Maybe quality issues due to covid.

I've had many experiences with this place as i live nearby. I have always felt they make a great burrito and they do their best to be warm and welcoming to me, even when it's clear they are very busy. Certainly Recommend!

The food was amazing, moreover the staff was super courteous and friendly. The service was quick and full marks to the staff! Would always go back!

This place deserves a higher star rating. I've had a lot of burritos but this place has THE best I've ever had, there's so many different kinds to try and each time I try a new one it never disappoints:)! 10/10 and service is friendly as well

Over priced and not the best quality, in fact it was average at best. Their "huge" size burrito is like another places large, yet the price is alot higher. Only plus is guac is included

Been ordering the same ground beef burrito, but it's somehow been inconsistent each time. Either the meat is super dry, the ingredients aren't evenly spread, or its missing some ingredients.

Had a burrito & a Quesada from them 2 days ago and after that my stomach was a complete mess. Worst food positioning I've ever had. CLEAN YOUR LETTUCE

Unappetizing. Meat was cold, no seasoning and dry. Vegetables look like they've been sitting out and the store had an unpleasant smell. I will not return.

Employees and manager are so rude, and food is also low quality, I would never go there again, if I could give review without a star, then I would like to give 0 star.

Huge is HUGE. But I managed to eat it all. Shrimp was good but my wife's Buffalo chicken was better, personal preference would've been to stay with chicken base. Wife's choice and it surprised me, delicious

I ordered the lil battered fish burrito bowl. While the ingredients looked fairly fresh, I was disappointed by the size of the fish (it looked like it was cut in half making it appear even tinier in the container). Some of the toppings I asked for, they gave very small, almost stingy amounts (like the salsa, cheese, sweet peppers, guacamole).

Despite how small the fish was, it was nice and crispy without being over battered or fried. The noodles has a nice texture to it and a decent quantity was given. The combination of the sauces with all the toppings made for a delicious combination.

Overall, the Spadina location is ok but the portion you get isn't worthwhile for the price you pay.

Dear manager, my party arrived to your restaurant at 10: 20pm after the Raptors game on Oct. 28th with 40 minutes before closing time. However upon arrival, your staff was already closing up and informed us that the grill is off so there will only be bowl options for the burrito. I lived across the street for 7 years and had no problems with your restaurant until now. Please inform your employees to honour your business hours. I write this bitterly while eating an already cold burrito bowl.

Ordered organic sweet Tofu bowl and buffalo chicken burrito.the tofu in the bowl was not well cooked and the buffalo chicken had some sour sauce that made it taste weird. Overall it was okay.

Not accessible. Came with my friend who uses a wheelchair and all of the tables were too high to eat with him here. It’s 2019 and this is a newly built restaurant - really disappointing that no one considered that when designing the dining area.

UPDATE: I reached out to the management through multiple avenues and they have yet to respond with any sort of accountability. I emailed them personally and the person who runs the Twitter has forwarded my contact info to them multiple times and they have not reached out. Making their restaurant accessible to people with disabilities is evidently not a priority to them and I find it pretty shameful.

I don't like it at all. The burrito was dry and nasty they also got my burrito wrong. I was disappointed but maybe I'll have to go somewhere else

The place was a convenient food establishment to go quickly grab some grub for people taking a break or finishing their jogging or cycling activities along Queen's Quay. There are also some bike posts outside to secure cycles which is always a good thing (I know this has more to do with the city than the place itself).
Only thing I can think of critiquing adversely are the serving portions. I have had more food for the same price point at other places. For the meal I ordered I got to finish it all up fine with no leftovers.

The noodles they put on my burrito were dried out and crunchy. I thought nothing of it but got food poisoning the next morning. Don't go here.

I asked for everything with bbq pulled pork and medium pepper sauce. Had barely any vegetables too much rice, no bbq sauce no guac! Wheres the meat? No flavors at all. Very disappointed. Best location for me is Warden and Edlington

Truly lives up to the name, the service here does not skimp on a single item of food. The food is delicious, with generous portion sizing and tremendous amounts of options. Really satisfied with the ability to call in, and have the pick up ready as soon as I walk through the door.
