What a fantastic experience we had here last night. Very polite and patient staff that took the time and effort to make our orders perfectly. We enjoyed a couple bowls and a couple burritos - ground beef, tofu, pulled pork, and fried fish. Everything was delicious and the perfect easy and healthy dinner to finish a day out with the family.

Great burritos. Usually order online for take out. Never had a bad experience here. Good bang for your buck

We went here excited to celebrate national burrito day after a great workout. They advertised they were closed at 10pm but when we go there at 7: 45pm they were closed. SO ANNOYING AND DISSAPPOINTED! WORST NATIONAL BURRITO DAY EVER! = (

Ordered through ubereats. 95% of the burritos were filled with rice. Very little protein and they forgot the cheese. Also very dry, little to no sauce.

Literally says closes at 10pm on the door, but the store closed early at 8pm anyways. Super disappointing and a waste of gas to drive there. If you're going to close early maybe you should update your business hours instead of wasting customers' time?

Love the food and love the service.
Will definately see this store once a week.

This has always been my fav place to eat. The sizing, the taste, the staff. I was so happy. When we moved to Newmarket, I was so sad there wasn’t one. When they not only opened one in Newmarket but within walking distance to me, I was extremely excited.

The first year or two were good, but we haven’t eaten there in probably 9-12 months. Every-time we went, it was a disappointment, staff would seem upset when you walked in, inconsistently given different portions.

My last visit will be my last. I asked what size bowls they had again. I was told just one. Which looks half the size of what it used to be. That’s fine, I just got a burrito. I asked what their medium size was and was told we only have two sizes. I asked what the medium size was before and was told we only have two. So I had to repeat myself a third time asking when they had 3 sizes, what was the medium size? Finally got my answer. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, but the customer service there, it’s like you’re inconveniencing them. Last time I went there was 2 bowl options and 3 burrito options, I didn’t know that changed. Both employees seems annoyed as soon as I walked in.

The two stars are for the food, it was still a great taste. I’m just sad at the lack of everything else

First time tried burrito… this place is amazing. Super clean and friendly environment. I would love to go back and Highly recommend to everyone go and try their super delicious food.

I ordered on the phone. It’s worst veggie fries bowl ever. I ordered loaded but there only little green onion and sauce. I completely disappointed and hope never go back again….

Great value for burritos here. Good serving size, fresh ingredients, packaged nearly, and tastes great.

NEVER order online, the people working clearly do not read the add-ons properly. Twice now I have received no with only beans and rice when I have put on lettuce, sour cream and cheese.
I have worked in the food industry myself and I always make sure I double checked the orders regardless if we were busy or not because it’s very annoying to get home go to eat your dinner and it’s completely wrong.

Warm attitude, nice cozy environment, awesome food and no holding back while assembling big burritos! Nothing to add.

Like many burrito places it's hit and miss on sizing. The taste is good but you pay a huge premium for "huge" which can be anywhere from small to actually decent portions. The picture is a huge burrito with everything on it swimming in the bag. I would consider this somewhere between a small to a big at best. These used to be poking out of the bag top and wearing the bag like a new pair of jeans. Disappointed, but there's only one other option really in the area which will be my new goto.

Actually was extremely good. Well spiced, toppings were fresh, and the meat on the wrap was delicious! (5/5) Customer service was awesome and workers were VERY knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and friendly. Will return.

Only issue was coleslaw was just okay (4/5), but besides that everything else was perfect.

Just ate a burrito from this place! The burrito was HUGE & Delicious! The staff is SUPER friendly and they have FREE Guac! Definitely recommend this place in Newmarket.

As a hispanic I have certain expectations about the quality of ingredients and how a burrito tastes. As a customer I have certain expectations about how one should be served. Today both were so far below par that I'm actively deciding to drive the extra distance to visit a place worth the cost. Muy suave este lugar

I would've given 5 stars, but all 4 of the burritos were NOT rolled tight enough and started to fall apart after 2 & 3 bites.

I go to this location twice a month and it's great. The staff is fantastic! Quick service, and portion size is great. I really enjoy their vegetarian options.

Disappointed with the quality of the food, it was simply not worth it.
The fish tacos were cold tortillas stuffed with cold lettuce and questionable tomatoes topped with very standard deep fried fish.
The baja chicken burrito was large but not "huge", and scarcely had any chicken in it.

Tofu black the first time. Second time tonight, a woman screaming "shut up" on the phone followed by a hang up. Used to be good. Disappointed!

Not authentic, obviously.but massive burritos that u can munch on until you get sick. (and then youll still go back for another bite). Only complaint is pricing. I would eat here more regularly if it was cheaper.

This is a delicious restaurant to eat at, but I don't recommend ordering Uber eats! Today is October 3rd 12: 54 and I received my final order I will be placing. I ordered a couple times and really enjoyed the food but they always forgot utensils even if I would ask for utensils. About a month ago I phoned the restaurant and reminded them to include with my order that I had just placed on Uber. I was informed that I should put a note on my order to include knife and fork because they usually don't include that with utensils. So today I did exactly what they said I put a special note in my order that said please include a fork, and of course they ignored. I'm done with the ordering from this restaurant, I placed six order since June and spent around $240

Great burritos albeit a little expensive but the ingredients are good. Lots of toppings to choose from.

This location is terrible, ordered a pulled pork burrito the biggest size, there was barely any meat, not to mention what meat their was, was super undercooked (meat was pink). Ended up throwing it out after 2 bites. Also the counter with all the toppings was an absolute disaster. Definitely won't come back to this location.

Lettuce was looking a lottle brown on the edges but they don't charge for guacamole unless you want extra. A lot of choices for protein including fish, shrimp, and saiteed veggies if you are not a meat eater. Consistency with the menu and quality with other locations. Nice to have some choices for Mexican in Newmarket

The food is alright for the price and what it is.
Only issue is with the staff. The attitude they give their customers is appalling.
I noticed when the girl was changing the rice, water from the bottom of the container that was in the heating table went RIGHT into the rice she was putting out. She started to make my burrito and I kindly pointed out that the dirty water went right into the fresh rice.
She seemed very annoyed that I mentioned changing the rice again.
She did go and get new rice, but then proceeded to literally slap my burrito together. Slapping all the ingredients over it, clearly upset about having to change the rice.
I wouldn't be surprised if she put back the rice after we left.

Also, an open concept kitchen is supposed to help ease the minds of the customers, but not this one. It was disgusting. Food all over the place. Why would anyone want to eat at a place where the staff clearly don't care about customers and the cleanliness off their workplace.
If you're that miserable working there, leave.o

Their chicken burrito is the best around.and huge, the big burrito weighs in at 1.5lbs. It's a whole lotta goodness.

Got two veggie burritos and they were delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped sort an Uber Eats mishap. 10/10 would recommend.

My ABSOLUTE favourite place to eat - such wonderful customer service too! Will definitely be coming back

Biggest best burritos in town I take my taste buds on a trip south of the boarder once in a while and this is the place to be especially the tequila lime chicken

I had a wonderful experience going into get some food today.

This was my first time visiting any of this chain and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent! Fresh, well cooked and made to my order exactly.

The staff was super helpful guiding me through their menu and taking the time to let me try a few sauces on tortilla chips till I found one I liked. They went through all the toppings and my choices with me and customized the perfect burrito for me.

They have lots of diet friendly and gluten friendly options I found out talking with them.

The best burrito I’ve ever had. Amazing here! Will not go back anywhere else in Newmarket. This place sets the bar high!

Ima big guy with a big appetite and with all the veggies and meat in a burrito I know Im eating good

Great place for a quick and delicious burrito. Fish burrito with the chilli thai sauce is the best thing to eat!

Alot of options to choose from.
Also, they have veg options.

Outstanding service, quality, and taste! I’ve been to other locations but I have never felt as welcomed or enjoyed the food as much as this one. I have been waiting for a FBB to open in Newmarket and I am more than happy with this location! I am obsessed and go almost everyday! The tequila lime chicken burrito and the ground beef quesadilla are a MUST try.

The worst Burrito I have ever had super salty and it was so disgusting. The girl making didn’t know what she was doing and put the chicken all on one side over cooked and super salty stay away from this place.
