My first time coming here. The staff were very polite and helpful. I ordered fish and beef tacos, plus a roasted chicken bowl. The fish tacos were excellent. 4/5. The beef tacos, not so much, the beef tasted like a salty mushy slurry. 2/5. The roasted chicken bowl was good too. Since I arrived late in the day, the chicken was dried out and salty too. 3.5/5.

I tried the rice, and it really wasn't to my liking, so big pass for me.

Overall, it was decent. I'd get more of the fish tacos for sure, and the chicken bowl, if the chicken was fresh.:)

Disappointed with the new chicken: (It’s now dried out and burnt “roasted” chicken vs the juicy and flavourful slow cooked chicken it used to be. Service was good enough though. They seemed like trainies but they were happy and eager.

First visit here the lady was polite when she took my order. Then proceeded to watch me pay and I kid you not, the moment i selected "no tip" she did a full 180. She had a rude attitude and threw things around like she was pouting. Handed my food to me without a word or smile. Had I not watched her make my food I would have got my refund and left.the food itself isn't bad but isn't great. There are better burritos out there people.

There are better burritos. Everything about my dish was disappointing. I ordered a pulled pork burrito bowl, and there was hardly any meat to be found. The rice is horribly undercooked (I actually gagged while eating because I found a clump of stale undercooked rice in my mouth), they’re stingy with ingredients, stingy with sauces, and overall the taste is subpar. Save yourself the visit and go somewhere else.

I went there on morning and i order veggie burrito and i asked old lady that is that possible to get only green paper and no onions from sautés veggies she was so rude to me and reply me with anger that she is doing that for me i said ok and then she start making my burrito and the way she asked me for toppings was so rude and and the way she made my burrito is like disgusting and then after she even did not cook my burrito it was literally cold. I don’t understand why she was so rude with me. Is this kind of customer service you guys provide us? I am very disappointed. I still have receipt of burrito with me. I will never go this place again. They have no kindness no manners no customer service at all.

Thanks to Sherrill and Hayley I had an amazing meal. Thank you guys both for the amazing service. I asked for more on certain topping and they loaded it up. They also gave me an option to sample if I wanted to as well, which was nice. I always have a great experience at this location, thank you again!

I ordered 2 burritos for a friend and I from DoorDash and it made us SICK. Both of us have been running to the bathroom for the last 4 days since eating here!

No other words I have to keep it clear. Order taker was racist. As soon as we entered she literally made sound like ugghhh… and started shouting saying I just cleaned this side so step on the other side because I don't want to clean again and again then she said what do you want very very rudely!

Great Job guys.treating customers based on their skin colour as 2 customers after us were treated very politely not welcomed like us by saying dont step here it will get dirtly…! As you probably have guessed why!

Never come to this place again.

They give terrible portions here, and they’re so stingy with with the portion.i pay for extra protein and it’s still terrible portions considering you’re paying close to $20 for a burrito/burrito bowl.and never order online! You’ll never get a full bowl or an extra amount if you pay for extra meat/protein.and it to mention the ladies that work here and very rude and disrespectful.i get the tofu bowls here, and they were joking to each other and saying how gross it is to order tofu and we’re starting at me.and when i asked for an extra fork they lady complained and said we pay for these and you have one bowl and almost didn’t give me an extra even after i explained im sharing my bowl

They’ve basically doubled their delivery prices. Used to cost us around $32 for 2 burritos delivered, the exact same order is $51 now.

Good food, but garbage management.

I've been a strict vegetarian for almost 20 years and I ordered a Sweet potato burrito, had a few bites of it, and realized it's chicken. They gave a vegetarian a chicken burrito. How hard is it to make a correct burrito, come on. Pay attention! They need to be more cautious especially making sure that veggie orders go to the correct people. I will find another burrito place to order from. They remade it and offered a MEASLEY $2 COUPON. But I will not to be returning. I am also PREGNANT and was hoping to raise a vegetarian child.that's ruined now!

Came in tonight for a burrito bowl and quesadilla. When I got home and went to eat my dinner, the chicken was SO tough that I couldn't even get a metal fork through it. It was absolutely disgusting. Worst burrito bowl I've ever got. Will be eating elsewhere.

All in all I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. I will go back for sure. Check it out

Food is delicious but you’ll die of starvation waiting. Their assembly line here is super inefficient. They need to take lessons from the other FatBastard on HWY 2… it’s five to seven minutes away from this location but has way better service and staff. I love the burritos. Just horrible customer experience at this location.

Very understaffed place. Had to wait 30 minutes just because they had 1 employee taking care of everything. No help available for the lady.

The quality and quality of their Burritos have definitely changed. This location is always under staffed and more preoccupied with their Uber eats and skip the dishes order. I have been in several times and have been overlooked while they spend 20+ mins dealing with those orders and not with the customer in store.

Sierra was absolutely amazing, she was very sweet and very kind. She made sure that our food top notch and made sure our order was correct. Going above and beyond! Thank you for the great costumer service.

I was worried about the food a lot after seeing the ratings online. But I always like to try things for myself anf leave a real and honest review. The food was great, and I have no idea why they have bad ratings. I'd give five stars if the food was warmer than it was.that could be the downfall here. I also don't really like the name that's chosen for this establishment. I am a bit of an activist against body shaming, but my fiancee insisted we try it. So I did, and it was good. Bean and cheese was excellent, and never tried deep fried Mars mm.

It was a great portion of quesidillas. I'm giving them 4 stars because I did tell them to put green peppers but the lady didn't tell me that it was a hot peppers and I am not a fun of spicy food. I think the way they cut peppers is wrong way. They should cut it in a way that shows it is obviously a hot peppers.

Order never ready on time, i ordered 3-4 time online from them to pick up, always need to wait half hour after your promise time.staff is not helpful, always screaming on you, 1 start coz food was good.

Just ordered food from here for first time. My lactose intolerant sons bowl came with a mountain of cheese on it that we didn't ask for. My burrito was missing half the ingredients I asked for and the fried vegetables in it were not very appealing.cabbage and onion basically. We won't be ordering here again.

The girl who served me was really good but the management or owner need to have proper staff on to help clients especially during peak times.

Pretty dam good the hot sause is really hot and they jam packed my burrito I thought it was physically impossible to close it but they defied the laws of physics to make it possible as they put everything on the burrito besides the cilantro.

Food was okay. Staff was rude. Messed up my order and when i questioned them on my order i was given attitude and treated rudely.

Ordered a burrito with steak and noodles and rice and they gave me a 90% noodle burrito. Should be embarrassed.

I walk in, I'm the only one there, I look up at the menu. Another customer walks in within 20 seconds and they take his order. Even though I was standing there waiting to place my order. Wasn't impressed. I then walked to the business next door where they greeted me and took my order.lost another customer for life.

I always love the food at FB's - my lunch was delicious as usual. However, today I went to this location with a few of my co-workers and the older woman working was extremely rude and disrespectful to both her fellow employees and the waiting customers. I myself have worked in the food industry for many years and understand the stress associated and of course, bad days happen. This behavior was unacceptable to witness. My order was called out and when I did not reach to window immediately due to the crowd of people waiting this woman proceeded to scream my order out and then asked if I had a receipt. We were never offered receipts at the time of ordering. She them scolded her fellow employee in front of other customers. This is the second time this has occurred at this location. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness. I will not be returning to this particular location.

Good but whoa a franchise watering down the ghost peeper sauce or using Franks as a replacement unacceptable. 100% did happen at your location aked for ghost pepper. I'll stick to the whitby location. Funny the manager/owner that answered my question in the questions section gave the restaurant a 5 star and Los cabos a 4 lmfao.

Food is okay. Really expensive for a small. They really, really skimp on the portion. Most burrito places such as Burrito Boys, Mucho Burrito and Bandito Burritos give a hefty serving considering the 9 plus dollar charge for a small (bean/meatless) burrito. Not recommended if you enjoy this type of food.
