Fat Bastard Burrito Co.

This used to be the best burrito place, but they recently changed their menu and it's awful. Like two sauce options whereas there used to be tons. The rice is consistently stale now as well, and they don't like to fill their burritoes completely especially when you order the huge size. Increased prices for worse burritos is not worth the free guac - go down the street to Fresh Burrito for much better quality and bigger sizes.

While so busy, I asked late for hot sauce and he went out of his way to give it to me. Truly an act of service. Second time here and will come again. Great service.

Very poor service. I stopped by with my son late one evening and ordered a couple burrito’s, after ordering I was told to leave the store as I was holding my 10lbs dog and dog’s are not allowed in the store. We waiting outside for 10-15mins and no one brought our food out. I wish they told me before I ordered that they weren’t dog friendly and I would gone elsewhere. 1st and last time going to this location.

The toppings here are not fresh and they don’t have a very good variety, this place always looks dingy and dirty. They don’t give enough cheese on a burrito. I’ve been here a lot and some of the employees are nice but some are awful and so incredibly rude and have terrible attitude. Used to come here alot for the tofu burrito cuz the grilled tofu is nice but after a bad experience with an employee I won’t come back

This customer service is actually terrible. The girl who was working at midnight on January 7th was so rude and disrespectful, I will never be coming back. She swore at me telling me to f off, and proceeded to threaten to throw my food in the trash and give me a refund because I asked for more guac on my burrito, who does that.

Very bad bad service, do yourself a favour and don't go to this place, the people that work there is always grumpy and very rude, the owner should find better workers or teach them customer service. The grill chicken is not grilled, is cooked, the veggie burrito doesn't come with veggies, when I asked them they salted some veggies and they burn them at the point that were inedible. Beside that the grumpy lady said I did not asked them for salted veggies, I pointed out that the menu said veggies and did not said that one has to ask for the salted veggies to be included when I order a veggie burrito! According to her if I order a veggie burrito I had to ask for that! I had been in this place 3 times and is always disappointed and told myself that I won't came back but after a while I told myself I should give it another tried, thinking that maybe other people will be there but the customer service in this place has always been horrible. I will never come back.

I use to eat from this place often but Today 22 October 2022 around 10: 15pm i was ordering food the server was very rude while making burrito and he start yelling at me when oder got ready because he have to call me 2 time.

It’s tall white guy, i hope owner kicks him out, he don’t deserve customer service job.

Please do yourself a favor and never ever go to this location. I wish I could give zero stars. For starters, the customer service was TERRIBLE. The guy that was serving us was so incredibly rude and passive. Waited 50 minutes for my burrito that had a moldy avocado taste. I also ordered a big burrito but was given a lil burrito and when confronted, the man raised his voice and said it was my fault and its "too bad". Any location I've ever been to, the tequila fried chicken has always tasted delicious. The chicken is always fried to order. However I noticed that they just pulled the fried chicken out of a container and it was literally hard as a rock and was not edible. They were also missing so many toppings! You could also tell all the customers in there were extremely frustrated having to wait almost an hour for a burrito (Its hard to control being short staffed but for god sakes at least be nice to the customers). That is all and I will never be returning.

Not good at all, the chicken was no good, the rice were literally dried like they’ve been sitting for days. Waste of money

Amazing experience, owner was very polite and talkative. 10/10 chicken burrito if you’re ever in Guelph and craving a burrito this is the go to place.

The servers dropped my food & were miserable. They didn’t seem to want to work. My burrito was soggy & moist

Burritos are amazing here. Hygienic at its best, staff is very friendly! As a regular customer, owner shows appreciation!

There was traffic on the highway so I took a detour and decided to stop here. Burrito was delicious. Friendly staff, clean store.
Would avoid Highway traffic and eat here again.

Great place for a quick lunch. Fast and friendly service. Many options for sizes and toppings. Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
