Like most food places, this is a con artist business that exploits the labour of the working poor so that the owners can have a lavish tacky lifestyle. The food is bland and entirely uninspired. Great Job!

Being there was different than ordering skip dishes in past and I've noticed that they changed the way they made.burritos more for the lazy they must have sold off or something as Last yr it was great now it's not like it was with their tequila lime burritos seems they don't wanna cook the chicken in sauce and menu changed I've stopped ordering 5 times a mnth due to.as well I've not had ingredients I asked for

I typically love this location of the restaurant way more than others I’ve visited nearby. Burrito places are usually a hit or miss therefore some days they’ll be incredible while on others they’re just okay. I frequent here often with my boyfriend, and there’s a few things I’d like to note. One of the servers is a wonderful gentleman who always greets us with a smile and makes burritos well every single time. While on the other hand, most of our less quality burritos were made by a woman instead.

Seating inside the restaurant isn’t the best but it’s most suitable for a group of 3-4 people. While it also isn’t very well kept/cleaned up after.

Received order from Skip the dishes and will not be ordering from there again. Quesadilla was missing ingredients and I asked for mild sauce and received hot. Tried to contact them multiple times with no answer. Do better FB

Shockingly dirty. Ordered burritos when it first opened on Tuesday. It felt abandoned and unloved, but I had promised my son we would try it. After ordering I went to the bathroom. We were the first customers that day and the bathroom was disgusting. The sink, toilet, door and the rest of the bathroom was covered in dirt and worse. I have never seen a bathroom that dirty. It was clear that a lot of the dirt had been there for a long time. I hope something changes there because the food could be really good.

Not as good as they were when they opened they are slowly going down hill which is sad this was my favorite burrito place. Prices have gone up which is fine but they are putting less meat on.

Good burritos bad service I kept asking for a print out of the menu they kept saying there wasn't one and I knew for sure there was so I kept saying that's weird and sure enough they hand me a burrito wrapped in a print out of the menu the same employees also like to close an hour early and leave the doors unlocked and it just makes for a very awkward situation

Four months ago this was THE BURRITO PLACE, but somehow the quality, size, and variety of food has gone DOWN THE TUBES! The quality of customer service has also depleted to an embarrassing level. My family and I use to visit this location multiple times a month over the course of a year, especially during the summer. So what happened here in such a short time? ! Guess the hunt for a decent Burrito place begins again!

Had a chicken burrito bowl. It was either the seasoning on the chicken or the chipotle lime sauce that I had put on the bowl that was a little off putting. However, I would try them again because there are so many options.

Store was closed at 10: 50 pm on Friday night, online and store front said 12 am. I had placed my online pick-up order and got it. But I felt sorry for 3 other customers in the parking just arrived to find the store closed. I am not impressed. Advertise store hours and follow them!

I got a bowl and my friend got a huge burrito the huge was not big at all and the bowl was lacking a good amount of everything. They don’t put a lot of anything on the bowl or burrito they are very rash they actually place 4 slivers of lettuce on both items then when asked for more gave u 4 more.

Getting worse and worse with their protein amounts.got another Tequila Lime Chicken tonight, had even less Chicken than the last one. They are using more and more rice and less and less proteins/beans/vegetables. It's a real shame the place is going downhill so quickly. Will be finding another place from here on.

First of all these reviews are fake as the meat subway uses please tell me how there can be reviews from a year ago and this place only opened 2 weeks ago please explain someone

If you like having hair in your food this is the place to order from. I ordered a burrito in 2021 and sure enough there was a long black hair in it. I tried to reach out to the company by instagram, Facebook and email and haven’t heard anything from them. I decided to give them another chance last night because I understand these things can happen. And sure enough in my quesadilla there was another black hair. I will never go back here again. There is no excuse for this to happen multiple times.

My bf and I come here once in a while and we always enjoy it! A few weeks ago we went in and the girl working asked my bf if he liked the ground beef and how it tasted. We were confused but she said she was asking because the majority of the staff is vegetarian and isn't able to taste it, so she was looking for feedback. I thought that was super considerate!

Worst food restaurant ever experience in life. Take an hour to prepare one burrito. I give one star just because there is no option for zero ratings. I will not suggest it to anyone.

Customer service is absolutely GARBAGE. Communication is terrible and you feel like you’re bothering the guy working. Will never return as a result. 355pm May 28th. If I owned this place this guy would be GONE!

I ordered through skip and it was first shown around 20 minutes for preparing the order then it was automatically changed around 1 hour and after one hour I still did not get my order. This is not fair.

Horrible service and laughable amounts of food for the price. Barely a smear of beans in a burrito and a tiny scoop of rice…. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very stingy and cheap with the ingredients it's embarrassing to see them prepare the meal before my eyes (and that's after I even asked them to fix the poor portioning). They may as well wrap up the tortilla bread and hand it to me empty. I'm writing this review as they're preparing the meal.

Absolutely horrible place for burrito! No beans in bean & cheese burrito. The rice is also not completely cooked. Total waste of money. This place don’t even deserve 1 star. Consecutive 2 bad experiences in a raw.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Ordered one steak burrito, and one butter chicken burrito. The beef burrito that arrived was not steak in any way shape or form. It was shredded beef. If they had sold it as barbacoa beef it would have been fine, but the menu said steak, and steak it was not. I can't say how the butter chicken was, as it never arrived. Instead, I got someone else's Buffalo chicken with a bunch of toppings in it that I strongly dislike and never would have ordered. Very disappointing. Can't recommend.

Had the huge chicken burrito. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Burrito was made quickly. Unfortunately though the burrito was a pretty big let down. For $14 it was rather small and bland tasting. Sadly a generic chain restaurant with terribly average, at best, food.
