Ordered from this location and they messed up my order plus they are super stingy as well. Don’t go here. Go to Yorkmills leslie instead.

I frequently go to this location to pick up a tofu burrito bowl and tofu burrito for my partner (we are part-time vegans). They were both phenomenal! Every time I go, I go relatively late at night (9: 45 pm), and a girl named Roshni is always working there. She provided me with amazing service and I could tell she was working so hard to give me the best possible customer service experience. She was friendly, kind, and very easy to talk to. While putting the toppings on, she made sure that the amount of each topping was perfect and what I specifically wanted. She was also extremely efficient in making my order by making my burrito and bowl so fast! Highly recommend this location for its outstanding and friendly service, and the most delicious and healthy burritos/bowls you can ask for. Thank you Roshni!

Went at noon and took 30 min to get my order. Very slow service as they had only 2 people working. In my 30min of waiting, I witnessed: Forgot to put meat in the bowl order in front of me, mobile order that was put in 30 min not ready yet, wasn't paying attention at grill and burrito fell a part with the skin a bit burnt. Food wise still one of the better burrito places imo but service is slow and poor.

Didn’t begin making order until Uber driver arrived but food was still cold. Missing items from order and no receipt provided.

Got a burrito bowl and it was not good. The cheese had a weird taste to it and the employees working barely noticed me and were to occupied to serve me. I would not recommend this restaurant or location at all

I have ordered 2 burritos and asked to put chicken in 1 of them. But they have added chicken in both of it, my friend who is pure vegetarian, she ate it and later found a piece of chicken in it. Will never order again from this place.

I recently went there yesterday, and it was quiet. I guess they were doing some prep or doing something else. I was hungry for a huge burrito and wanted to know if I could get more things like chips and salsa and drink. Like make it into a bundle. The owner was very nice and polite and explain to me they don't do combos here. I was alright with this as I did wanted the items still. They helped me out and they did very good service and also I took the food to go. The food was good too I loved it. The burrito was very filling. Next time, I won't ask for the noodles. Definitely would recommend if you are have a hankering for one. They do give generous portions there. I was happy to come in. It was first time visiting and also getting a burrito in a while now. Thank you

These guys are highly professional in their work, I know it because I used to work in food store. Never tasted burrito like this.

Employee called me multiple times in middle of night on an unknown number. Told me they wanted to close store early and not make my order.

The staff are bitter and do not know how to treat customers, they think that yelling they speak better

They are so cheap at this location, she put half a spoon of beans as base on a big burrito. And then one spoon of pork for 12$ crazyyyy
