Food was great, as well as the service. However I am upset about how there is no washroom. This should be illegal in Canada.

This is my go to place for veggie burrito

Have tried so many locations but this location is the super best like employees are welcoming with such a nice greetings and if you ask for suggestions they are giving honest reviews on which food item is the best,

Their loaded waffle is such a amazing and tasty siders,

We are coming here all the way from west Brampton, it took us one hour to reach but this is worthy,

Must say good quality, good treatment, good taste

Employees speak in mother tongue. They said “ don’t give them extra if they ask”. Owner please charge for extra but don’t say no to customer. You should teach your gujarati employees to wait for customer to leave at least and then discuss. I won’t be coming here and will not refer this place to anyone.

We tried a Burrito and Burrito bowl here. It tasted just okay. Burrito boyz and Chipotle still top my list.

Horrible burrito. Just nasty. Hard to have a bad experience at fat bustard. But it was just gross. The green onions weren’t even diced or chopped properly. The chicken was old and chewy with cartilage. There’s just no love put into the food. Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. They can contact me directly for a refund.

This is my go to place for veggie bowl and burrito. They use fresh and nice veggies. And the customer service is nice. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Gorgeous portion size. Packed with substantial amount of ingredients.

I have seen this place a couple times on my way to work and always wanted to try it. I’ve heard allot of good things about this place and the food was very tasty. The dining area looked very clean and the layout was really nice as you can see in the pictures. I had gotten the Chicken Quesadilla was really and and the Carnitas Burrito Bowl was very filling. Also I have never tried the Jarritos and the ones that I liked were Mango, Guava, Pineapple & Fruit Punch.

Extreme long wait even with 1 or 2 people in the store. You'll be standing at the ordering counter and they refuse to acknowledge you. Unprofessional staff.

Disgusting food and customer service. If you are willing to eat uncooked food please come here for visit. Zero customer service.

This burritos are so huge, ingredients are fresh, great service, the way they serve customers is just amazing, must try fusion burritos. Will be coming back.

Huge burrito is HUGE! Great food, nice staff, and underpriced for the amount of food you get! Highly recommend. Hot sauce is also very good:)

I asked for ground beef burrito and when i asked them about the spices in it, they offered me to taste it on a chip and it was top notch.customer service is great.

The nee management is so good. We went there on Canada day evening and the new owner treated us so nicely. He also offered to let me taste the burrito before ordering.
If previously you had bad experiences this is the time to go and check it out again.

Horrible & slow service. The guy input the wrong order then while making the food the woman had the audacity to ask for more money because they charged us for the wrong thing. How can you be that incompetent if we are the only 2 customers in the store? And furthermore why must I pay extra for your error? Wasted 15mins in an empty restaurant- the employees at this location need to take their jobs more seriously.

For a franchise, the amount of fish that was on the fish taco was more than enough. Though beef in the quesadilla was a little dry, it was good too

Seriously, this place is worst when it comes to customer service, the manager here doesnt have a welcoming behaviour! Specially if your orders are small, u can see his fakeness in behaviour when he smiles.

In Toronto from Windsor for vacation and we ordered 5 different Burritos and they were all amazing. Placed our order at 8: 10 and was in our room by 8: 40. The warm tortilla chips and Salsa were a bonus. Highly recommended this place

Terrible service. One of the employees Anmol was the most rude and unprofessional individual that I have ever met in my life. I went in to order and she was already giving me attitude off the bat. After placing my order and confirming it 3 times while she was giving me the most vulgar attitude, she ended up missing something. Also later when I got home, I opened up the burrito and it wasn't even what i asked for. If you're going to have a terrible attitude like that at least try not to screw my order up. I will never be going back to this location

This place the food is not good at all, went there spent $35.00, but the food was awful. Ask the cashier for an extra plate he told me $1.00, just for an extra plate. But overall there food and customer service is bad. I will never go back there again.

Let's start off by saying I enjoy a little hot sauce every now and then. So I went to get a delicious chicken quesadilla from here. My request of add enough hot sauce to make me cry was heard. Even got a little bit of a chuckle from the staff. The person behind the counter asked me to let them know if it was hot enough so this is what I am doing.

Although there was enough hot sauce put on to over power everything else in it, I still did not cry. Thank goodness as I was at work. But they tried and I appreciate that!

One of the tastiest burritos I’ve ever had! Super filling and delicious, much more flavourful compared to other places.

Friendly service, large portions, great place for a quick bite. The small is usually enough but I did order the jumbo once out of curiosity. My ohhh my! It was huge, as big as a large bubble tea. My go to order is the chicken.

They put very less meat in their burritos here, also the wrap size is thin: (the guy i guess is the manager is real stingy, you should see his face when I asked for bit more of meat on the burrito. And plus they are very keen on charging extra for anything like even a mayo extra on the burrito, not good experience!

For 14$ you will get a huge a burrito only problems is its mostly just veggies with only 1 small spoon of meat. If you want a better burrito try bar burrito much better value for your money

Tried first time here, burritos were soggy, excellent customer service, fresh ingredients. Maintained and clean workspace. But food could be better

Horrible Tacos. Chicken had no flavor and seemed boiled also found some bones in it.
Smothered with barbeque sauce. Not good at all.

Bread was really soggy.i got a steak burrito and it tasted like pulled pork? And the chicken tacos we got had BONES IN IT, and it looked like they put barbecue sauce all over it.overall really bad.

Decided to try this spot out as I've heard good things from others. Friendly/fast service. Food was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. I do like how they don't charge extra for guac. Worth trying to compare, can't say I would be a regular here.

Owner is a great guy and cares about every customer. Food always comes out hot and most importantly it’s consistent. Would recommend this store to any burrito fans!

Terrible experience - the guy who wears a black dress behaving like manager and bossy - when i went into restaurant i literally saw this guy was shouting at an uber driver - i knew the poor uber delivery guy was just trying to do work and explained why he doesn't carry a heated carry bag into restaurant cause of covid and risk of infection - but even though he went and got a bag this owner had literally behaved so bossy & rude to him - i just went out without ordering anything - cause I did'nt like the atmosphere when owner dont respect their subordinates or staffs who do the work for them.

One of my favorite lunch spots in the area! The burritos are tasty and a good portion - good value for your money. I usually get the veggie / yam burrito. Service is great as well - prompt and friendly!

I get burrito wraps from here when getting back from work as it comes in my way to home untill one day as the manager or owner seemed to be there this day.i put orderd and waiting for pick up inside.i saw this owner was very furious or rude to a new staff who was trying hard. That was my last day getting something frm here. I know these students work hard in these fast food to make up their expenses and fees but if a manager or owner dont respect that dont need to buy anything from there. Very bad experience.

I love the food here, but I hate to say; the staff here make me feel like they could care less if I ever came in. I'd give 5 stars if the staff gave even the most basic level of cordiality.

Had the experience the food, which is AMAZING, and to meet with Mark, the owner. Amazing conversation with a great business owner, who showed me how clean and organized his restaurant is. Definitely coming back and sending my family and friends try his delicious food.

I stopped in for a burrito at this location and I can’t stop thinking about how good everything was, I tried this noodle topping and I couldn’t believe i hadn’t tried it before. The Burrito was well made and stayed together which for me is a make it or break it when it comes to burritos, I’m a tow truck driver and to be able to eat a burrito on the road without it falling apart was fantastic, can’t wait to go back this weekend

I frequent this location and the food and service is always top notch. Today I was in and had the pleasure of having the owner serve me. It was such personable experince and he was so friendly! Hands down the best burritos always come from this location! Delicious

I ordered a naked chicken burrito and received a small sprinkling of chicken (almost a tablespoon) The owner seems more concerned with cutting costs than ensuring customers have a good experience

Clean place, very friendly staff, excellent telephone etiquette. Very pleased to see how full my burrito bowl was. Loaded with all the toppings I asked for, and fresh and warm. I love this place, and will keep visiting often. Thank you!

Burritos were structurally unsound and kept falling apart. Juice from the meat was enough to fill a cup. The taste was okay but the chicken was dry. If you want a burrito go to Burrito Boys

I had ordered Uber Eats back in early 2018. I had just started a vegan diet so I ordered a big sweet potato bowl with beans, rice, and asked for lots veggies. What I got was barely 25% of the container filled, with all the food in the corner of the container. You would think that since I didn't get meat, and explicitly asked for lots of veggies, that they would load up on those ingredients, but there was only small samples of each ingredient.

I’ve been here multiple times, hoping they would get better, but every time I come here, they get more stingy. You’re better off going to burrito boyz just down the street, to get a better bang for your buck.

Great service, excellent management and amazing food. A gentleman who seemed to be the owner of the place was very nice and recommended their steak burrito which was super yummy! Their fish taco’s are amazing too!

I ate here yesterday, within 2 hours I started to feel nauseous, another hour later and I had symptoms of the worst food poisoning I have ever had (I'll spare you the gory details). It's been 20 hours since the burrito and I'm feeling better, but I'm afraid to eat anything.

I checked the reviews last night and see I'm not the only one to get sick after eating here. I wonder if there are more people getting sick but not writing reviews?

Unfortunately I did not keep any of the burrito or I would send it to a lab, and if it was an employee with poop on their hands, I would get them closed down.
