The food quality and prep style differs between the branches. I love the one at Stevenson road, Oshawa. They make it to perfection whereas the one at Whitby is not very good.
Came in on a pretty chill day. Ordered a Pulled Pork burrito, service came out pretty quick, can't go wrong with that, but other burrito places offer more for less. I miss the old logo and menu especially concerning different choices with hot sauces.
I've had burritos from many places and usually this place is great but this location is absolutely terrible. No flavor dry rice and stale wraps. I got the bottom of the bin last crumbs of rice and asked for fresh and got "there isn't any right now. " 2 min later someone new walked in and I'm like oh no what will you do with No rice.and they turned around and walked out. As they should! Won't be going back here. Go anywhere but this location!
Their fish! Worth it. I went to this location last weekend when they had re-grand opening. I have been to this location before and I wasn't happy with the service and food so I thought to give one more chance as of they have new owners.
I had burrito which was one of the best burritos I had in my life. I could test every layers-rice, beans, FISH, all veggie and sauces. Amazing right? It is very rare that your palate can have test spicy/sour/tangy everything at the same time. Woohoo.
Next day I went there with my kids and I had fish again (it was yuum) and my family tried Chicken, Barbacoa and Shrimp. Everything was up to the mark. Quality, quantity and service 5/5
I wish I could just give 0 star. Two ladies working, one had the boyfriend in store for visit (both standing in the middle of the store chatting), the other lady standing right by the cash register and not acknowledging the customer. Worst of the worst customer service. Asked the lady staff to to double toast the burrito and she didn’t even let it toast once completely. This store’s was a gem 2 years ago, now worst staff and customer service, they will close their store soon if this is how they keep going with customers. Please train your staff on customer service before it’s too late and you lose all your customers. I feel bad for the owner, I am not sure if he/she knows how the store is being run.
I pick up for uber, i go hi im here to pick up an order, the person there tied bag and tossed it on the counter instead of just handing it to me, I am helping them by delivering their food to people, no need for the rudeness
I'll start by saying this review is a bit far removed, and I hope things have changed since then. But, everytime I've ever gone to this location I had a bad experience. I went three times, and every single time it took at least 25 minutes to get my singular burrito. Even when I was first in line, it took 25 minutes. I'm still unsure why it took so terribly long, but it looked as if everyone was fighting with the cash register to get it to work. It got really awkward when the entire staff came to rangle with the machine as a line began to grow and grow behind me. I felt bad, it made me feel like I was holding up the line. I don't blame the staff too much though, and I bet nobody working then works nowadays. Anyways, when I finally got my burrito it was just kinda mid. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I've had better burritos on a college campus, and in a quarter of the time too. Overall, if you've never been, give it a shot, maybe things have changed and you'll be served a good burrito in a reasonable time frame. But I wasn't.
Always love to dine in from this place The burrito bowls are amazing and the quantity is sufficient for a burrito craving. We'll lit ambience and quick service.
I walked out after.mhmmm let's see. 10 min waiting for someone to take my order. 2 employees working on what ever they were doing for their friends. Clearly very racist and only likes their own kind. Witch is NOT how life works. Will never go back. & to top it off it smelled Like nasty people who don't take showers. Put deodorant on
