Went here with my partner for dinner, and the food I will admit, wasn't too bad. The cashier kept talking on the phone, didn't know how to do gift cards was very hard to understand. Handling money, while on the phone. Kept repeating himself and got angry visually when we asked respectfully "could you please repeat that. " First time coming here.

Everytime I order it gets worse ingredients forgot tortilla burned rice and noodle burnt and the barely season there chips anymore idk what happened but I will not be ordering from this location again the other locations are so much better

They changed the menu again so their sauces are no longer included and they want to charge you a dollar for each one. No other burrito place does this, quit being so greedy.

I bought this burrito bowl which was really disgusting never gonna order from here again

The guy making the food today is gross/clueless and SHOULDN’T be preparing food. You know how dangerous it is to start to making a bowl for delivery and putting something (noddles) on it and then realizing that the customer did not want that item (noddles) on it and then the worker removes the noddles with his hands and throws them in the garbage but keeps the rest of the stuff that he already had on the bowl in it and keeps building the bowl What about if the customer is allergic to noddles? Like me if that was shrimp it would be so dangerous because I’m allergic to it The point is if you make the mistake of putting something on the food you are preparing for the customer throw it out don’t keep preparing the same food as the customer could be allergic to that item and the customer wouldn’t even know that item touched his/hers food.

I asked several times for chips with extra seasoning. All I wanted was chips with extra seasoning, to satisfy my craving. What did I get? Chips with zero seasoning. Never again. Tried to call and the phones don't get answered. The bean and cheese empanada is straight trash. Would never recommend.

The girl working July 18th at 330pm has atrocious customer service. Waited a good minute for her to get off her phone in the back of the restaurant and come take our order, she could clearly see us but decided her texting converstaion was more important. When she came to the front she greeted us with "Yes? ", that's laughable. Chicken in my wife's burrito bowl was cold and we ate it immediately after leaving the restaurant. Also my wife found a black hair in hers (we both have brown hair). Burritos here are good but worker needs some extra training.

The poor girl was working alone on Canada Day. She was going crazy and there was orders ringing through, uber eat, doordash etc. Nobody should have to work alone, especially at night.

Ordered the fish tacos and was extremely disappointed with them. There was barely any meat and basically no toppings. Would not order from here again after sampling some of the better taco establishments in town.

Ordered Pick up using DoorDash. Food was ok, selected noodles and Rice on burritos but very less noodle or I would say none. Loaded Waffle Fries also not loaded at all as shown in pictures. Container was Half empty.

The portions are big and will make you full. They're very delicious. The staff is polite and fast at preparing your order. The prices are fairly good too. I spent 10 days in Canada and I had breakfast here every day. I recommend it!

Had the huge burrito. Definitely 5 lbs of food. Very tasty. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Food was good. Free guac! Not too spicy but a little bit of zip. However customer service was exactly where the difference was made. If I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely spectacular service.

Usually it's a good late night quick dinner but last night I purchased 2 burritos and I got them home and began eating them (they were made very similar) but the second one had a strange taste to it and I'm not a picky person but this just didn't taste right so I returned to the location I purchased them from and asked for a refund on the one burrito (which was tge cheaper of the 2) to which the employee said he would gladly do after he finished with the other customer, upon waiting another employee came over and said she had to call her manager. After waiting she returned and said that she cannot give me a refund as she said the meat was all from the same batch and she cannot help. I found the whole situation was a brush off and a waste of my time and money which was $31 for 2 burritos and nothing else.

I won't be returning and I suggest others to not waste money here as I have been seeing it is going down hill in quality and up in price.

Good food for the price. Lots of it, I had a big burrito and had a hard time finishing it. The huge would be only for someone extremely hungry.

Not a great bowl. My pork bowl lacked flavour and the portion was pretty small compared to other establishments bowls of similar price. Im all done with this restaurant.

Been getting BOGO burritos. Love it:) great prices for them and fills us up! The chicken can be iffy sometimes that it is dry at some locations, but the beef is tender every time we have ordered. Who can go wrong for 2 large burritos for $17? !
