I found the potatoes to be over seasoned, and my medium egg was cooked easy. Overall it was a good experience.

First time visit on Sat morning Jan 6th for a birthday Bfast with my family, and was delighted! Highly recommended!
Service was A1, Food was delicious, quantities great and prices more than fair! Cozy feeling to the place, nice views outside from large windows and a few TVs with some sports on.loved it, we will be back 100%

My son, grandson and I decided to eat here because of the name and they served chicken wings, my grandson’s fav. We were not disappointed, five stars on all accounts across the board. Great atmosphere, exceptional service and outstanding food, probably the best “Pub” experience I’ve had in many years. Our new “Go 2” establishment whenever we come to Ottawa.

The food wasn’t bad and the waiter was attentive but I only gave 4 stars because it seemed like the waiter didn’t care about me at all. He did his job but not once did he smile or act friendly. Just turned his back to me every time. Once I paid the bill I gave him a big smile and said thank you very much in an extra kind manor and he did not even respond at all, just turned away with no reply. Very very rude. Other then that food was great for price point

I’ve never been more honoured to be served by a beautiful gentleman named Michael. The best service i have ever had and i will be a forever customer. He gave me a hug and a back rub before i left which made the night even more beautiful. Life long customer.

Used to be very happy with the place. I loved their breakfast and nachos.
But recently went to get their half-price Nachos on a Tueaday night to-go and was told I could only dine in to get that.
Very disappointed to say the least. I was able to get the half-price nachos for takeaway before so I don't understand the change.
No notice or update anywhere.

Classic spot! Consistent and delicious pub fare. Reasonable pricing and good servide. Overall a great experience every visit. Keep it up F&S!

Amazing service always! Great prices, amazing service. The place is always clean, properly organized and great for groups of all sizes. Our server Parker was absolutely stellar. They really know what they’re doing. If you looking for a bite, a drink, or a place for a get together, I’d recommend 10/10.

A student bar that's always a good time! Friendly staff and delicious sangria. Good breakfast in the morning! Always very slow service however

Service was impeccable. The food is your typical pub fare, nothing amazing but in line with the prices. The terrace borders on King Edward, which is busy, so there is quite a bit of noise from traffic.

Tldr. Don't go for the food.

Got their poutine. The fries were a bit cold in some places, other places weren't crispy, and some sections were edible. The gravy was terrible, no flavour or thickness/fat, just salt, and they gave a small serving over nice cheese curds (I mean they don't make them so that's probably why it was nice). Friends also had poutine and agree with review. Other friends had the sandwiches and quesadillas, thought it was ok. Apparently beer was good.

Bon restaurant si tu veux t'éloigner des spots à touristes. Le service est rapide, le personnel courtois. Service en anglais quand nous y sommes passés mais le menu est bilingue. Il est situé juste en face de l'Université d'Ottawa et attire une clientèle dans la vingtaine.

I love their breakfast special & french toast, as well as their red sangria. On top of that, their menu is reasonably affordable

Pretty good food and prices are very reasonable. Would be nice if they reduced the saltiness of the breakfast food though. Especially the home fries. That can be a lot sometimes.

I think over the course of 4 years this place got more money out of me than the University of Ottawa. I will continue to jeopardize my financial future in this place because it's WORTH EVERY DAMN CENT.

Fast & cheap breakfast near the ottawa campus. Only a few minutes away from our hotel. Breakfast is the typical eggs, sausages & bacon but delicious and filing. Service was fast and efficient. I like the fact that we can pay by the app. Saves time and we don’t need to wait for the bill. Will be back!

Love love love coming here for a night out with the girls. The staff are all incredible, just like the food. Lots of entertainment going on, and I miss the pre-covud days with all their special little events like karaoke nights.

A great place to eat as they offer a variety of food options. Their wing nights are great, but the service can be very slow when its crowded. The food is always good.

Very good food friendly staff exellant service would recommend that you go eat there if your ever in Ottawa.

It's an alright diner with some standard breakfast foods. There's nothing special about it althought it's not bad by any means. They do have a breakfast menu in the morning which is nice, I had the Monte Cristo sandwich which again was okay but not exceptional.

We were recommended by friends, I went with a friend, we arrived after 1 pm on a Sunday and sat at the bar to eat our meal, the young buck that seems to run the place forgot about us and gave us our menu 30 minutes later, it took another 20 minutes for him to take our order. At the same time a couple arrived at a table beside us and received their menu right away, not long after they had their food, eat and were just about to pay, and we finally received our food. I asked for a refill for my tea and all I got is hotwater with a used tea bag. The food in general was ok, nothing impressing and definitely not worth the hour and a half we did to get our food. First impression is a bad one, if you have time to waste or want blend food that's for you.

Service was very friendly and quick the food was good and the prices are very reasonable. Being surrounded by beautiful university students does wonders for an old man's heart.

Good breakfast place with very reasonable prices. Well-kept and the food is good. One star off due to a lack of variety but if you were looking for a classic Western breakfast this is an excellent option

This place is pretty good! My friends and I used to come here all the time. Food/drinks are amazing and are a reasonable price. Plus the staff here are equally amazing. Great customer service.

There were two servers on board and it wasn't busy with 2 other tables outside and 3 inside.yet it took 20 minutes to get my breakfast and receive my well done steak and eggs that I asked for medium.

Great wings on Wing Night! Amazing breakfast! The only thing is that you need to get there at the right time otherwise the service can be slow.

Matt’s Club was a delicious sandwich, however this isn’t a place to come if you have a fixed lunch hour. The service was quite slow.

Last called for drinks at 10pm on a Saturday.service is also terrible.would not recommend for a night out drinking

Eggs and alcohol feed this university joint. Relaxed atmosphere when university breaks. Steel toe boots welcome!

Love this place. My friend and I call it our burger date place. Generally when we're eating out it's here.

The 5 stars is for the breakfast and bottomless coffee. I have no idea if this place is fun at night but I will still drive back into this neighbourhood for the delicious and cheap breakky

They close at 2 am. But they told me they are out of wings at 9: 30pm. This situation happened twice. If u don’t have ability to do the wings night, don’t do the fake advertisement!

This been twice I've come here for their "Wings Night". On both occasions they told us they were "out of wings". I can't believe how they can be out of chicken wings at 9pm Saturday on a "Wings Night"? Aren't they supposed to stock up for these days? I'm starting to think it is false advertisement.very disappointed

Terrible service. Nowhere else have I had to ask for water from multiple people, not receive it, and have to go pour myself water in the bathroom half an hour later.

POSITIF: Les pancakes servis dans cet établissement sont délicieux. Le cadre est très agréable et chaleureux.

Decent food and prices. Busy place. Just walk in and find yourselves a seat.
If it's wintertime watch yourself walking in the door. The tile at the threshold is VERY slippery.

I LOVE this place. In my opinion best breakfast anywhere! Great price. Fresh. Lots of food. Fast and friendly service:) Whenever I am in Ottawa from Toronto I make a visit to this spot a must! Great other meals available as well. Fun student environment but lots of all ages welcome.

Great spot for a cheap, tasty brunch. Regular lunch/dinner menu has quite a few options, which are all quite tasty. This is your typical student-district pub, and for what it offers, it's fantastic.
